Excellent facilities. Could do with fixing the potholes on the grounds on entrance.

Had a lovely time here, I enjoy the fact that this is not like any gym. You really come here to build your body and strengthen your core. Is very well organised and situated every machine and spot. People are lovely and the Music is very pleasant to give you that boost. Thank you so much

Recently finished my first block of 6 weeks training and I have noticed massive improvements in my swimming and cycling. The training app coupled with a programme designed specifically for working on my weaknesses is helping me so much. I have always neglected strength and conditioning work as I never knew what to do in the gym. It’s a really friendly facility which is open to individuals, you don’t need to be part of a team to join

Amazing gym I've been going over 5years now. Only issue is this random woman normally records videos for her only fans and destroyed the flooring with a kettle bell the other day, I felt so uncomfortable.

I have been going The Athletes Factory for over a year now. Great facility , you won't find any other gym like this. Very unique in what it offers and unique equipment that you won't find in the regular gyms. Well priced and nice helpful staff.

I couldn't be more happy… I've used AF often over the last couple of months and I've recommended the place to several friends who are also now regular customers. I'm very happy to be eating the correct portions and not wasting any food. John the head chef always takes the time to make sure you're enjoying the food and I've found him to be passionate about the customer service and is flexible with the menu options. Seems a really nice bloke. I'm not as yet a member of the gym but I have trained at AF on a on a couple of occasions with a PAYG day pass and found it to be very friendly with an incredibly range of equipment. Give this place a try...you'll be very impressed! Simon
