😠 Staff were really rude on call. I ranging asking for advised and she was not willing to help or answer questions. When asking her name she then put phone down on me. I rang back several times to have no answer. Absolutely shocked about the poor customer service provided by reception staff People often mention staff, sports, friendly, good, Great, great, lovely, hall, people, venue,

All I can say is wow! The cafe here is new and it was just stunning! It had a beautiful rustic vibe with such lovely friendly attentive staff there. I'm going to be going back there just for the cafe as the food is just delicious. I highly recommend the cinnamon cake ❤️

Did a table sale there wasn't what I expected. Facilities were very good and managed well. Sale is only beneficial if your selling your stuff for 50p to a £1 .It's more like a jumble sale.

We visited the wheelbarrow this afternoon. The service was very slow considering it wasn't busy. The Lemon Drizzle Cake was dry and the Lattes (when we eventually got it) was to be fair very nice.

It's a tidy place. Nice wood floors in the sports hall .6 badminton courts or 2 5 aside courts.staff friendly and this place was very much made for people with disabilities in mind .In that regard it ticks all the boxers .

I recently booked the cafe for 50 to 70 people to have bite to eat and a couple of drinks after a funeral, The food was lovely and plenty of it, reasonably priced drinks, and warm and friendly staff. I would definitely book Greenbank again for any other parties or functions, Thanks to all the management and staff for all their hard work and making everything go smoothly .

Multi purpose enormous sports hall. Endless variety of sports take place here from roller derby to table tennis. Wheelchair sports arena from beginner to the highest competitive levels with purpose built facilities. Competion events arena. Cafe bar. Sports tv screens. Outside dining in the courtyard. And sports club gym membership with purpose built fully accessible equipment. Excellent venue for social events too. What more could you need.

Wheelbarrow restaurant did not disappoint. Went for the fish finger brioche, lovely fish light batter cooked to perfection. Coffee good. Menu is small but that may get developed however I would sooner go for small and excellent over a larger menu and just ok. Good portions Little picky points Always ask your customers do they want condiments not other way about Had to ask for our portion of chips Overall excellent

An excellent place for sport. We hired a table tennis table and it was good value. The food in the Wheelbarrow Cafe is excellent. My daughter plays netball there weekly.

I just called to ask about badminton club for my 14 year old son. The woman on the phone said, "He can come at 2pm". I reminded her my son is 14 and at 2pm is at school. When she said he can come another time I asked her who he would be playing with. She said, "He can play by himself". Is this a joke? I am intrigued...... What are you actually doing for young teens?

Decent facilities but needs updating. Disabled friendly . Limited parking space on site and the road is also very congested with vehicles parked on the street . Parking is available near the park few yards away but this also get filled up very quickly. A coffee shop named the wheelbarrow is located on site but very expensive

Played football here for a long time. The staff are always helpful, the bar is a nice feature too. Not just for football, I've had a children's party here and the place was fantastic, the kids loved it

  • 5/5 Natalie F. 5 years ago on Google
Been coming here for years. Nice beer garden to sit with the kids as they have outdoor table tennis and 'woody' area. Lovely suntrap on summer days. Drinks inexpensive, approx £4 a pint. Spirits a little more than usual but it's not like a local pub. We've been to a wedding here before and it was decorated lovely. Good place for kids parties too :)

🫤 Good facilities yet inconsiderate swimmers in the 20m pool, during the morning sessions, make it hard for swimmers to complete laps. Two gossiping groups take over 2-3 lines on each side leaving other swimmers squashed in the middle. Some are forced into larger pool which they may not be as comforta...

🫤 The price is very cheap which is good but with that comes negatives, the most obvious is overcrowding, waiting for machines but other issues I had with the Gym were the Rules the Gym enforced. I understand in Liverpool Central you will get a lot of Uni students and some can be rowdy but until people...
