    Conor is a great personal trainer and a real asset for anyone who has a specific fitness goal or just wants to see general improvement. Everything he provides is specifically tailored to your goals and needs and he's always there to answer questions or give more info when needed.

    I started with Conor last year, my aim was to lose weight and become healthier & more confident for my trip to Australia. From the moment I enquired, Conor’s communication was great. He made me feel really comfortable and at ease from our first meeting. Training with Conor completely changed my mindset & increased my fitness dramatically, which allowed me to gain the confidence to start playing football again. The sessions were challenging and Conor was able to push and motivate me in a way that really worked for me. Although I no longer train with Conor I learnt a lot and I am now able to confidentially plan my own sessions & track my nutrition. I can’t thank Conor enough, I can honestly say reaching out to him and training with him is one of the best things I have ever done. The confidence and active lifestyle I now have is everything I ever wanted.

    I first started my journey with Conor a few years ago now, I got in touch with him after struggling for years in the gym. I was training but without any real purpose and I never ended up putting any muscle on. I was always nervous about getting in touch with a PT if I'm being honest as I was always shy/embarrassed about anything gym/training related. It was apparent in my first text from Conor that all my stresses about reaching out for help were nonsense. He put me at ease straight away and made me feel good about myself before we even got started. I started with Conor with absolutely no idea of what to do with my training or diet. I had a body like ET, with skinny arms and a little belly. Over the years, I've now massively transformed my body and it's down to Conor without a shadow of a doubt thanks to his easy to follow workout routines, diet plans, simple explanations and motivational messages that really do make you feel boss. I can't thank him enough, he's a great lad and is always there for me to answer my questions.

    I started Conor’s programme just after lockdown when I felt like I was stuck in a rut. From the first contact I had with Conor he was so helpful and answered any questions that I had. Before starting training I met with Conor we’re we discussed any injury’s I may have and also any prior training I had done before. This helped Conor to work out the best plan going forward with my training. I trained with Conor for over a year and he got me into the best shape I have ever been in with his expertise of training and nutrition. Not only did we have a tailored workout plan but he also gave me meal plans, recipe ideas and even a calorie chart for many different restaurants so I could stay on plan and plan my meals even when out socialising which really helped. If anybody is thinking of joining with a personal trainer I would highly recommended Conor all the way!

    I trained with Conor for around about just under 2 years. I really enjoyed the sessions a lot I really gained a lot of self confidence with myself in the gym and seen great results. I also widened my knowledge about nutrition. I seen big changes in myself over this period of time my goal was to build muscle and this was a success and to improve may way of thinking also mentally which was also a success. Before attending Conor's sessions I did not have a clue in the gym and had 0 confidence but now that has changed dramatically! Its great to be taught 1 on one as I feel like I need the help provided I really benefitted from this. Thanks for training me Conor, you helped me reach my fitness goals!

    I began my fitness journey with Conor a couple of years ago after many failed attempts at trying to loose weight and feel good about myself. I decided that I needed to find a PT who would hold me accountable and help me to stay on track and achieve my goals. I wanted to set myself a goal of having a better relationship with food and understanding nutrition better. I also wanted to loose weight. Since starting this journey, with the help from Conor, I have seen a big transformation in how my body looks now to how I started. I have gained a better understanding of both diet and fitness. I have learnt what works for me. Conor has made everything so simple and straight forward to understand and if there was ever a time I wasn’t sure, he would happily go over things to make sure I was happy with what I needed to do. The diet plans, the weekly check-ins and the workout plans all helped me to achieve. I can’t thank Conor enough for making this journey so easy to follow and for also pushing me to work harder. He is really invested in his clients and will always do what he can to make you feel at ease!

    Conor is an excellent personal trainer, very personable and approachable. What sets Conor apart is his genuine passion for personal training and you only have to look on his instagram/website to see that shine through. I have been training with him for 3 months and can not fault the experience. Originally signed up for 12 weeks but decided to continue as I have enjoyed the experience that much. The workouts he sets for you are a perfect combination of challenging and rewarding and Conor is on hand to answer any questions I may have. I genuinely look forward to going the gym to workout now and that's the key thing I've taken from this experience. Having someone personalise a workout tailored to your needs/goals is a game changer and I cant recommend him enough.

    I used conor for a 12 week online programme,I was a bit sceptical of how good an online coach could really be. But them fears were soon dispelled as Conor was there for me from start to finish with advice,regular weekly check ins and also just checking in when he knew I had social events on. He provided meal plans, restaurant guides,food knowledge was passed on and he genuinely wanted the best for me over that 12 week programme and all decisions about moving forward were discussed with me before being implemented. Would seriously recommend using Conor if you are considering an online fat loss programme. It will work for you

    Conor is an amazing personal trainer you definitely get what you pay for with him. He is extremely knowledgeable & thorough. His approach also shows concern for your mental well being as well as physical. I have learnt to fuel my body properley whilst enjoying a goal driven training plan which has given me great results. The food side of things isn't too restrictive I find ways to fit my favourite foods still into my macros. If you are thinking of starting with him, do, hes brilliant.

    I’d 100% recommend training with you to anyone! Before starting with you I would never dream of training in the weights section of the gym as I didn’t have a clue what I was doing! My confidence has grew so much an I feel like a different person, I’ve become more motivated and have more energy. I used to be very self conscious over my skinny leg, but now I feel like a different person an have become so much more confident in my self. You’ve taught me a lot of different things over the past few months and I’m grateful for every second of it! Our sessions were always hard but you always made sure I was comfortable with what you were telling me to do. You’ve helped me become a much stronger person (mentally and physically) Thank you for helping me over the last few months Conor! 💪🏼🤩😊

    Everything was perfect from start to finish, was impressed with the amount of tools there was to help you along the journey, whether that be recipe books or restaurant guides there wasn’t anything Conor didn’t cover. Made going to the gym and eating so much easier and less hassle. Would definitely recommend !

    Conor is someone who is really easy to get along with and ensures that he gets a full understanding of what your fitness goals are before you begin your sessions. I’ve learnt so much whilst in the gym with Conor and I can definitely see/feel how my physique has improved since we started training. I’d highly recommend him if you’re looking for a PT.

    I have enjoyed the six week lift up plan immensely. The programme i found to be really enjoyable, effective and catered for all needs and abilities. It’s fitted in with my lifestyle and I have started to see some results which I’m very pleased about. Conor is so easy going, always willing to help and his communication is second to none. It’s helped me change my way of thinking towards food, exercise and mindset. It’s also greatly improved my self esteem. I’d highly recommend Conor for anyone or wants to change not only their body, but also their outlook towards exercising and getting healthier and fitter.

    I am delighted with my results for my 6 week lift up plan. Not only has Conor helped me to get excited about workouts but I now have a much better relationship with food. I have lost 8lbs over the last 6 weeks without having to completely strip my diet of the foods that I love. The plan is tailored to you and Conor is always a message away for any assistance. Absolutely thrilled with my journey with you Conor! You’re the best!

    Can’t recommend Conor enough! In the 12 week coaching that I had with him not only am I over a stone down in weight but my whole mindset has changed completely, I’ve never felt so confident in myself and it’s all down to the coaching I’ve had! The knowledge I’ve gained from it will be with me for life now and I’m so grateful for it!

    I have honestly enjoyed working with Conor so much and achieved a lot aswell, not only just physically but even in my day to day life. Changing my eating habits and getting into a good routine.     I can’t fault your service! I’d never really been into fitness before and didn’t really know where to start. You have gave me a great basis of knowledge surrounding my diet and my fitness which enabled me to feel more confident do to things I might not have in the gym before. You always check in with my goals too which is good because I can take things at my own pace without feeling like I am letting anybody down. So thank you!☺️ P.s. I’m already getting mini biceps 💪🏻
