I
first
started
my
journey
with
Conor
a
few
years
ago
now,
I
got
in
touch
with
him
after
struggling
for
years
in
the
gym.
I
was
training
but
without
any
real
purpose
and
I
never
ended
up
putting
any
muscle
on.
I
was
always
nervous
about
getting
in
touch
with
a
PT
if
I'm
being
honest
as
I
was
always
shy/embarrassed
about
anything
gym/training
related.
It
was
apparent
in
my
first
text
from
Conor
that
all
my
stresses
about
reaching
out
for
help
were
nonsense.
He
put
me
at
ease
straight
away
and
made
me
feel
good
about
myself
before
we
even
got
started.
I
started
with
Conor
with
absolutely
no
idea
of
what
to
do
with
my
training
or
diet.
I
had
a
body
like
ET,
with
skinny
arms
and
a
little
belly.
Over
the
years,
I've
now
massively
transformed
my
body
and
it's
down
to
Conor
without
a
shadow
of
a
doubt
thanks
to
his
easy
to
follow
workout
routines,
diet
plans,
simple
explanations
and
motivational
messages
that
really
do
make
you
feel
boss.
I
can't
thank
him
enough,
he's
a
great
lad
and
is
always
there
for
me
to
answer
my
questions.
