This
is
a
great
location
and
the
staff
are
polite.
However,
we
were
a
little
surprised
at
just
how
tiny
the
private
en
suite
room
was
-
also
that
we
booked
a
twin,
but
got
bunk
beds.
A
little
odd,
but
I
guess
that
kind
of
qualifies
as
a
twin.
The
shower
was
broken
-
as
in,
physically
partially
detached
from
the
wall
-
and
there
was
a
screw
on
the
floor
in
the
bathroom
which
my
daughter
stepped
on,
unable
to
see
it
because
the
floor
itself
was
a
mottled
grey
colour.
Took
the
screw
and
photos
of
broken
shower
to
reception
at
around
5:30pm
-
staff
member
was
polite
but
offered
no
solutions
or
apologies;
simply
said
we'd
have
to
manage
because
maintenance
had
gone
home
for
the
night.
I
replied
that
I
would
not
use
the
shower
as
it
was,
well,
unusable.
It
gets
very
loud,
especially
in
the
evenings,
and
whilst
the
photos
show
lots
of
facilities,
in
actuality
there
is
not
much
available
to
use.
The
room
itself
was
basically
tidy
although
the
carpet
was
not
very
clean
and
if
I'm
honest,
I'd
book
the
YHA
instead
next
time
-
I
would
have
done
so
this
time
but
they
were
fully
booked.
I
feel
quite
disappointed
with
the
stay
overall
but
I
guess
you
pay
cheap,
you
get
cheap.
For
somewhere
to
crash
after
a
night
out
I'd
say
it's
brilliant;
it's
close
to
everything,
you
can
just
roll
in
and
pass
out
accordingly.
But
for
anything
else?
Perhaps
book
elsewhere...this
was
a
last
resort
booking
to
see
Jack
Whitehall
as
our
previous
hotel
had
let
us
down.
Won't
use
again,
but
that's
just
because
it
didn't
meet
my
needs
or
expectations.
Judging
by
the
reviews
it
has
already,
I'm
in
the
minority
so
people
should
still
give
it
a
chance
to
judge
for
themselves.
