Absolutely out of this world 🌎 pancakes with syrup and bacon served with oat milk latté! Definitely coming back when I visit local friends and family. Service is impeccable, ordering via the app is simple even with variations! Thank you Team Marino Lounge!

Great food on offer - particularly for vegans, veggies, and gluten-free folks. It's a nice atmosphere, has friendly staff, and the prices are half-decent. It only really loses the star because it's frequently so busy (and admittedly quite noisy).

Started off great. Tapas sharing starter arrived timely and was nice. Ordered 3 vegetarian burgers. A bit of a long wait but then 2 of the burgers arrived but not the third. The 2 burgers and chips were luke warm so we sent them back. The manager responded very well and started the order again and offered us a round of free drinks as way an apology. 1 burger then came out and then a delay for the remaining 2. Quite small portions for the price. Handful of chips and about a tablespoon of coleslaw. I mean how cheap is cabbage to make coleslaw! On a positive note, I have no complaints about the serving staff and the manager responded very well. The atmosphere was nice, and they played some great tunes. A big plus allowing dogs who were all very well behaved, but overall disappointed.

It was my second visit here and I found it to be just as good as my first visit. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food menu had a good variety of dishes to choose from, and enjoyed the food that we had. Will be going back again.

Dropped in on the off chance one saturday evening in May, even with covid rules in place we really enjoyed our night (if not more because it was quiet!) We had starters, cocktails and even went back for breakfast the next morning! I'd highly reccomend the Big Lounge Breakfast to soak up the night before! As smokers they have a little balconynarea to the rear that overlooks towards Liverpool. Service was next to non and nothing was too much trouble, they even remembered us the next morning! (Not through bad behaviou) Hoping to return soon and that everything is just as good as last time. 👌

The staff are always lovely here, the first thing you get asked about is allergies, not that we have any but it's clearly good if you do. The food is always quick and great quality and you can order on your phone or at the till. Definitely great for breakfast and brunch but they do have other food on the menu. To top it off if you sit at the back you have a great view of the sea birds on the marine lake.

Nice friendly dog friendly cafe with good atmosphere. Food is average but drinks are nice and service is generally pretty good. Usually have to wait to be seated as it gets busy, which is great for them.

Just been for our breakfast with family before we all go off on holiday. Food delicious, service great. But what stood out most of all were the staff. All cheerful, couldn’t do enough for us and we had a lovely family morning. Thank you so much to all.

Dined here many times, nothing less than exceptional every-time, vegan menu is great, plenty of choice and at a reasonable price. Staff are attentive without being over-bearing and the ambience is very relaxed.. To top it all, its also dog friendly!! Would recommend Morino Lounge without hesitation.

very good food, and the wings in sesame were delicious, fantastic service, we didn't have to wait long for the food. I recommend this place and I will come back for sure

Absolutely gutted been coming here for years and always rate the burger 10/10 hence always order the same thing. But tonight burger was burnt was replaced but similar to previous burger. Staff didn’t really care tbh. What a shame gutted. Probably will revisit as kids enjoy it. One star would have been less if there was an option.

Great café, nice vibe and extensive menu, sure to satisfy everyone in your group! Good veggie and vegan options, equally good for breakfast or lunch - best in the area!

More often than not, we sit outside overlooking the marina, the fort and river, but it's always pleasant inside on occasion. Food is good, staff and service good too. Alcohol is served but good coffee too. Dogs allowed in usually, but more during the daytime as pensioners use this as a meeting place s well as the young. Children allowed in too, never been a nuisance so far. Lighting is quite low, decor deliberately old with suitable artifacts. Music background but not intrusive. Prices very reasonable!

Got taken here for dinner. Beautiful location but a little dark inside, which is a shame since there is such a fabulous view. It's one of those places where you can order on your phone so you get very little interaction with staff which I always think is such a shame. I understand that it suits a lot of people but it would have been nice to of had the choice for table service. Food was excellent. We had some tapas to share and then I had the Chicken Souvlaki flatbread - really lovely ingredients and filling too.

Busy day in New Brighton when we visited, service was good. Food is usual fried dishes that you'd expect from the lounges, and it was fine.

This is a nice and cozy place to eat! I like going for the tapas, they have a nice homemade raspberry lemonade/pink lemonade. The atmosphere can feel a bit dark at times but that's just builds onto the cozy aspect of it. Overall I like this cafe/lounge and I love coming with my dog. They're also very dog friendly and provide dog water bowls.

Always loved this place food is amazing and friendly staff 💯 and love the fact you can bring your dog along with you best place to eat out in new Brighton I'd say 😀

This is one of the best places on the Wirral for breakfast! Occasionally my wife and I come here after taking the dog for a walk along the beach. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is fantastic. My go to place, in a wonderful location. Keep up the good work guys.

Friendly staff and also with a sense of humour which is always a bonus, everything Covid compliant and clearly explained where needed, now onto the food my mate had Eggs Benedict and I had the Burger, both very tasty and nicely washed down with ice tea. Weather was nice enough to sit outside so it made for a pleasant afternoon watching the world go by.

Decided to come here while visiting some family. The food was very tasty and the service was quite good, despite the team being short staffed due to covid. Pete and the team did a great job. Will be back again

My food was tasty and medium warm. Just about palatable. My wife's was cold. However. the excellent staff replaced it without a quibble and supplied us with free drinks... We are regular customers and this incident is very rare. Would still recommend.

Had a great time on Tuesday 28/09 here. Food is excellent and Pete was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Even though they were short staffed (understandably due to covid) the staff tried their best in making sure we had a good experience - Pete and the rest of the team did so well! Would definitely recommend

We like this place...the food is good and I like the staff, but I'm getting fed up of being served meals with key ingredients missing. It has happened at least 3 times recently. Today, the vegan cheese burger came without the cheese. No-one told us...they just served it and presumably hoped we wouldn't notice! When I pointed it out, I was told "we haven't got any vegan cheese and that's why it's not on it". That's not really good enough. Surely if you've run out of a major ingredient of a dish, you should ask the customer whether they still want it, or offer a free substitute item (seeing as we had already paid for the whole dish and only got part of it). I guess we should have sent it back and asked for a refund...but we didn't want to make a scene! It's a shame this keeps happening because there isn't much else to complain about this restaurant.

Great food and a lovely atmosphere. Slightly more expensive than a wetherspoons but quality and experience well worth it. We had tapas Tuesday offer which was 3 dishes, ciabata and a drink for £10.25 and it was worth every penny. You can order at the bar or via the app, they cater to vegans and all allergies, it's dog friendly and everything is on one level so all accessible.

It used to be good but it’s gone right down hill. Went there last nite and stood at the bar for ages waiting to be served, lots of staff not busy but only 1 serving, lots of stuff not available but they let you ask for it first then “computer says no” and the food was just about warm. Looks like it needs some good management

A really nice place to grab a coffee on a cold, windy day, or a glass of something stronger. In the evening, it's a decent place for a casual meal out. They have a reasonable selection of food including Tapas dishes. Family and dog friendly.

A lot of dogs. I understand dog friendly, I’m a dog person, but more dogs than kids in there. Should be a limit. Also why is it that poorly lit! There’s a difference between ambience and can’t see my food. Seems like the Management need to take a step back and look at a few ideas to brighten it up a bit. Having said that, food was nice, not amazing, but nice.

The coleslaw was a bit of a let down but let’s face it most people don’t eat this anyway. It was in the defence of Marino lounge quite late in the evening (1930). Regardless of this all the food ordered was amazing the massive burger and buttermilk chicken. Fries and sweet potato chips were cooked perfect. All food was delivered still hot from the kitchen. There were 2 members of staff that stood out to me who both did a fantastic job. The person who greeted us originally and the server. Both well mannered and couldn’t do enough when I had random requested for condiments. I am sure the rest of the team were great but we didn’t interact with them. The app worked great for placing orders. We don’t carry cash which is a shame because I would have left a decent tip for the quality of service. We will be back soon

Good food, and great helpful staff. My only grumble is that the place could do with the lights being turned up a bit - definitely not as well lit as it could be. Either way, love the lounges and will be back for sure.

This is a find a table queue at the bar to order place, but that is where the slumming it ends! The food is delicious, the ingredients are of excellent quality and there is a wide selection of drinks to suit all.adult palates. Dogs are welcome and will be brought a bowl. All round great place for Big lunch, Brunch or semi casual (first date dinner).

Always busy, small wait to be seated, but staff are lovely and always very accommodating. Perfect place to unwind and eat after a walk with the dogs and baby. Music a little loud, partner struggles to follow conversation over it, but that's just personal preference ☺️

👍 This is one of the closest pubs to home but I haven't eaten here for years. Gave it a try on a sunny Tuesday evening and it was pretty good! The pub wasn't too busy but there were more people in than I expected on a Tuesday, creating a nice atmosphere. The staff were all super friendly and helpful....

👍👍 Had to downgrade our review unfortunately. Went back tonight for the steak night. The food was tasty but we were asked how we wanted the steaks cooked, we both asked for medium rare however I would say they were well done and quite dry. I could have complained but they were edible. If the chef can't...
