The ice creams are lovely. There's a huge range and the vegan ice creams are - in my opinion - indistinguishable from the non-vegan equivalents. Yes, it's expensive, but the quality is really there. I'm a fan of the honeycomb flavour in particular.

Looking for a fantastic ice-cream and vegan too? We'll head to this place, amazing flavours and huge portion sizes. Coffee very good too. Handmade cookies - huge In and outdoor seating. It's always busy, so be prepared to que, however, it's worth it. Dog friendly. Staff very polite.

Big and open inside with sunny outdoor seating and dog friendly (at least outside) lovely coffee and ice cream with good portion sizes. Reason for 4 star is that every time I've been in whatever ice cream flavour I choose they never have left. Hot days, cold days, could just be me being unlucky but last time I went through 5 different flavours they didn't have before settling on honeycomb (nice but very sweet!)

Table was cleaned when we sat down, to be honest it didn't need it to look at but so glad it was. The whole place was absolutely spotless which was also good to see. Other coffee shops in the area should take note. As soon as our table was wiped out order was taken. Nice coffee and lovely sandwich. If I were to give marks out of ten, it would definitely be ten. Well done and thank you to the owner and staff.

Very expensive and very messy ice cream that melts quicker than you can eat it lot of water content not much cream which spoils flavour.

This place brings a smile to my face even on the gloomiest of days. The ice-cream selection is lovely and varied and the staff are always friendly and patient.

First try of the homemade ice cream. I opted for 2 scoops on the basis of 'how big can it be?'. Rather large, as it turns out! One scoop of rocky road (very chocolaty, but otherwise unremarkable) and one scoop of cherry amaretto (which was REALLY good!) That is definitely not the last one of those I will be treating myself to.

Best ice cream place around. We have visited other cafes in this chain, but find the New Brighton one most inviting and organised. The wait is never too long and the staff are always friendly. Would love a sign with pictures of the available ice cream flavours high up, so the kids can decide what they want before we get called.

Promenade cafe. Plenty of people watching. Service is slow. Toilet is unisex and not serviced very often.

Bought some ice creams and hot drinks to sit outside. Waited for waitress to bring the drinks outside and when they arrived she asked if there was anything else we needed. I asked for two teaspoons, to which she said, yeah sure they're inside by the till, you have to help yourself. Such poor service.

Nice sea front cafe with a good choice of coffee and ice creams. Tables a bit unclean outside though and although the coffee was nice, the cakes were a bit expensive - £3 for a cookie and £2 for a small portuguese custard tart! Service was friendly though and always try to support local independent shops.

What a great cafe. There was an amazing selection of tasty ice creams and it was surprisingly cheap for the location. Everything was spotless and the staff were very friendly. It can get quite busy, but it's highly recommended.

Love this place under 4.50 for a double scoop of any two ice creams (what are massive) so many flavours and they taste unbelievable, cost me the same price for a normal ice cream man’s one down the road !! Will defiantly be returning

Went yesterday and I couldn't fault the service. It was chocker and the queue soon went down plenty of staff working. Guy who served us was very pleasant considering they where run off there feet. Portion sizes are absolutely brilliant considering the price the ice cream van charges for a rubbish amount. Keep it up caffe cream !

Superb selection of drinks & ices and a smashing location looking out over the Mersey estuary.

It was a sunny day and the place was packed with a queue that seemed to be a mile long. However the staff were extremely efficient and the queue moved at a decent pace. Despite the fact that they were busy, they remained cheerful and friendly. And the ice cream is awesome, would highly recommend you try it, even if it's not a hot day it's still with a try.

Pleasant, popular for ice creams with families with young children. A good range of flavours available. Would certainly try it again

As a whole this is a great cafe. The ice cream is some of the best on the Wirral. Coffee is made well and food it tasty. Feel it is let down however by level of staff at times and how well the cafe is managed during busy times. Have also noticed recently that the seating needs investment as is looking a little tired.

Ice cream is lovely but quite expensive. I think the shop has lost its great community feel, I don't know why, can't put my finger on it. Enjoyed the visit nevertheless as was with my granddaughter.

Lovely coffee. Never seem to have enough staff. Coffee is good though and priced on par with other places. Flat white was 2.70. Larger than you would get at some of the bigger named companies

A day trip to New Brighton and we discovered this gem! We only had coffee, (which was very good) but the selection and sizes of ice creams looked amazing. Already planning another trip to sample some! All staff were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this establishment.

Friendly staff nice coffee and hot chocolate. Will call in again.

Modern seaside cafe with good views, clean and tidy, quick polite service, no music (thank goodness!) outdoor seating available, wide range of ice cream, reasonable seaside coffee shop prices (cheaper independent cafes and food available elsewhere), well spaced tables, several families and young children happily accommodated, unrushed, China crockery, metal cutlery. A little bit characterless.

Fantastic Ice Cream Parlour. This is a truly amazing place if you have a child with a milk allergy. There were wonderful assorted flavours of vegan ice cream so for once my grandson had a choice like everyone else. Well done Caffe Cream!!

👍👍 The range of cakes, coffee and ice-cream make this an easy recommendation. You can eat in, but we sat on a bench overlooking the Mersey watching people and ships pass by.
