Music lovers and lovers of good food too are well catered for at this great venue. Thursday night open mic night was a revelation and all contributing musicians were warmly greeted by an appreciative audience and most lived up to expectations. The organisers have got this well organised and balanced , not an easy trick to pull off . The house band gave Stirling performances too and were helpful to those who just wanted to have a go. Weekends give you chance to see and hear quality bands at their best , a bigger stage is however needed I feel. Food excellent and competitively priced . All together a great experience .

My first visit was 2 weeks ago. I am a harmonica player..It was Jam night. I cant thank everyone I met at Molly's enough for their kindness and enthusiasm to get me up to play .. Beer n service top notch What a fantastic place. See you soon guys .

The place is brilliant. The cider was spot on. The Sunday lunch was great loads of veg but just a bit short on beef. But we'll worth it

This is a fantastic local venue – For the warmer months (and colder as well) there is an outside bar with a stage for live music with BBQ food (weather dependant) and there is also a downstairs bar area, with places for Bands to play. They also do a Sunday dinner, they always have amazing bands on whether they be local bands, cover bands – We managed to see Indiemand on our last visit and they were brilliant, definitely be coming back and will be looking out for this bands next gig.

I do not visit this place anymore because I get harassed and even assaulted by men almost every time. A very obvious incident involving a band member and one of my friends was denied by the staff and their lackeys, they then switched to victim blaming and to this day continue to deny and victim blame. This is where the creeps go, this is the cess pool of Birkenhead. It is not safe for women. Avoid.

Have always had a great night when coming to this place, friendly staff and great environment. Obviously need to like a bit of rock music. Had a burger and was very good! Would reccomend!

I was there to have some drinks and listen to some music. There was a rock band live and it was really good. Nice atmosphere, good people. I really liked it!

Always a great time, drinks can be pricey but the atmosphere is fantastic and the service is great, a night out here is awesome 😎

We love Molly's for their band nights or tribute acts, it's a great rock pub with nice ales a cosy outdoor area and a pool table inside.

Good night overall but I had to manage a couple of big issues: Security Door Supervisor (bouncer) very rudely and unprofessionally had an issue where I was standing....in a bar with no seats left and I was not in anyones way or blocking the bar. He continued to stare at me throughout the night. I felt stereotyped and profiled and uncomfortable. Thought the days of the bully bouncers were over, especially in an age where everyone trains MMA now lol. Bar staff were great, once you engaged wirh them and asked them how their night was going ...other wise, clear look of "I hate my job and don't want to be here" face. I did get a smile or two off them eventually. Outside bar area had no ice and didn't replace the ice for the rest of the night. Not a huge drinks selection outside too....or at least didn't have what I would of liked. I only ordered some fries but fresh and crunchy but did have to wait 10 mins as nothing prepared. I will be returning and would love to change this review to 5 stars next time.

Great rock bar, one of only a few left. Great bands on as well and reasonably priced drinks ! Good location!

Nice place but the scheduled band didn't show up and no one told any us. Waited for 3 hours and out of the blue another band shows up.

Paid £8 to get in at 11pm tonight. They'd obviously let way too many people in because I left half an hour later having been unable to get anywhere close to being served. £8 to stand in a queue for 30 minutes before leaving. Never again. 1 star is one star to many.

We stumbled on this place when visiting the transport museum just across the road. What a great place. There's a good selection of drinks, nice menu, live music and a great atmosphere. We'll be making another visit soon. If I'm being picky then there was a wait on the food but the quality was great.

Fantastic place, lots of different types of bands. Love how they have altered the outside space, it looks amazing. Feels different to other venues, and a good mix of ages in clientele, with a really friendly atmosphere. Go and see for yourself, and no doubt this will become one of your favourite places to socialise! Well done guys. 👍

Great atmosphere. Great live music scene and it's very reasonably priced. Been telling myself to go there for ages and finally went and had a great night. Looking forward to the reggae nights and bbq's I hear they have. Great venue

Molly's chamber is a unique live music venue brimming with Character. A choice of 2 stages along with indoor and outdoor seating means there is something for everyone in this one of a kind Rock and live music Venue. Live bands Every week are sure to please. Highly recommend.
