Such a grate place to have a little stroll. Mini fairy garden to take the little ones. And there is benches for you to sit on and just listen to all the birds sing

What an amazing place! Took the dogs here for the first time tonight and they loved it. Great space for them to explore and lovely to walk around. Also good for kids as lots of bits to climb. Highly recommended giving this place a try if you've never been.

Simple layout, several benches, not ideal for any wheelchair users really. Plenty of opportunities to do some bouldering, there are routes that you might be able to find online. Plenty of dog walkers.

Viking and Victorian history, a tiny little former quarry, lots of wildlife, views over to North Wales, a secret place to sit and reflect

Use to go here as a kid on the bikes. Forgot where it was until someone mentioned it. We decided to take a trip up and have a walk round the park. Some lovely views. Great for a walker even with a dog. In the middle is a big rock which you can climb to the top on. Have to be careful at times as is a steep drop at the top.

Congratulations to the Volunteer group. They've done a brilliant job on rejuvenating this park. It still retains its nature charm. Sadly, Wallasey Council bin collection (lack thereof) mean dog poop bags overflow the only bin. Suggest what your dog does, bag + take home to bin.

Lovely lovely quiet place to take the dog for a walk or kids for an explore. Lucky to have this gem so close by, it is a wonderful wildlife area and the volunteers and rangers take such good care of it.

Old quary so some risk of falling off the edge children would need to be supervised.
