Great park to just to walk around, have a picnic or just relax. There are places for the kids to play and plenty of space to walk the dogs.

Well-maintained park with good paths for walking. Sheltered walled garden and a small cafe serving hot drinks.

I do love this park. It's just a shame that irresponsible dog owners do not pick up their dog's fouling. My daughter stepped in some today, and I'm usually so careful bordering on paranoid about it. Spotted several other dog foulings on our way back out of the park. If you can't pick up your dog's mess, don't have a dog! It's so dangerous for children.

Nice going on my walk around park every morning. They have done alot of work to enhance the park. The lake and play areas . Be lost without it .

Beautiful park with a cafe, they have a lovely lake and a couple of ponds. There is a skate park for your up and coming skaters. Keep an eye out for the Mandarin Duck ... Beautiful little bird! Only downside is: During these wet months it's very boggy off the paths, so if your dog is off lead it's going to get very mucky! But my overall experience is good!

Love the walled garden cafe here. It's cheap and always warm. Great place to stop of for a quick bite and a hot drink. Good range of snacks. Great place for parents to take kids, as its cheap .. thumbs up

As with all parks very pleasant, dog friendly, wide open spaces for sport, picnics and walks. A great space for all ages. Includes 2 ponds skate park play area and a nice relaxing garden area with refreshments.

Great park and well kept. The play park had something for all ages, the gardens were nice to walk round with little areas for children, the cafe and toilets were clean and tidy and within the cafe you can buy food for the ducks to go and feed them at the big lake. There were also some statues and what looked like an exercise bit and basketball/football court (we didn't go that side to see).

This park has few hidden gems inside. As well as the normal things you would expect from a park, this one has a lake, a cool skate park and a nice looking walled garden. Nice.

A large park, complete with lake and forested areas, walled garden, cricket ground and outdoor gym equipment. The park is well kept and fairly tidy but very busy on hot days.

Popular and beautiful park in Wallasey. It's got football pitches, cricket ground, children's play area, walled garden, toilets, cafe, fishing lake, fitness course and a free carpark. There's usually an ice-cream van beside the carpark.

It's a park. Lots of green bits, a couple of ponds, some playing fields, tennis courts, kids on bikes, dog walkers, ducks etc... Almost exactly what you'd expect in a park. (no monkeys, I checked)

Kids enjoy it, between the park the ducks and the open grass land they have plenty of fun, made better by the lovely cafe which have toilets.

Park is OK, not the cleanest I have ever seen, but the little lake is nice. Also there is a big playground for kids.

Lovely park, bigger than you think. The lake has lots of geese, ducks and swans. Sometimes when I've been some thoughtless people have left rubbish, packaging from fishing equipment and fast food containers, which is really annoying. But mostly it's a nice clean park, spring is especially beautiful with lots of lovely flowers and a walled garden too.

This park was once a haven during the 80-90's with the central focus point on Serve Wirral training centre in Liscard Hall. Rose Gardens, a walled garden, playground, football & cricket fields, the stone castle mini play area & the infamous central park lake all in daily use. Liscard hall was destroyed by vandals after much abandonment for years & then the council pulled it down. The walled garden long gone & rose gardens no more. Not the much loved park it once was but still a central location & in use by the community for dog walkers, runners, football, cricket and more. It's in need of improvements, a cafe, toilets, park wardens, dog only areas & dog free play areas for our kids. Time for our council to bring back its beauty & put the heart of Central Park together again.

Victoria Central Park, wallasey is a great place for walking, relaxing, sports or simply sitting and admiring the scenery. There are fields, a wooded area, play area fire kids and a pond. Beautifully situated by liscard.

Lovely place to take the kids at night! No fights ever happen there and its 100% safe!! Also totally no creeps lurking in the trees :)

  • 5/5 Whispering W. 2 years ago on Google
Nice if you go in the day when it's a little more peaceful. The park can get a little lively with teenagers smoking and drinking on the kids equipment. Could be improved but it is what it is and it's better than nothing
