Operating as an illigitimate 'supervised' contact centre outside of their remit and advertised working hours but is really a supported contact centre at best, please look up the difference, because their is one!! Putting vulnerable families and domestic abuse victims at risk. No pre contact checks made, did not ask to see court order. Accused 3 year old of lying on the day she saw her father for the first time in 12 months. Worker was supposed to write a report on fathers interactions with children but wrote almost solely about mother and quoted things she said. Very unprofessional and clueless to abuse and safe guarding issues. Needs training in these areas! This place should be reported to cafcass and social services. Supposed to be a lottery funded community centre but keyholder is taking cash in hand on the weekend by hiring a room out for £25 (no fixed rate). Anyone looking for a safe, neutral, cafcass approved contact centre please check the NACCC website for nationally approved centres. 'Bee' certainly isn't on the list. Spoke to wirral family safety unit and they were also baffled as to why this place accepted a contact under such delicate and risky circumstances. Don't use these con artists. Bee should stick to what they have advertised on their website because contact centre certainly isn't in there.

A wonderful place with wonderful people doing their best with the little funding they have. Places like this shouldn't have to fight hard to prove themselves worthy to be open. A community building for community people , lots of love to you all

Great place, staff are brilliant. Used as a contact centre and the notes were very helpful at court. Lisa supervised - it was easy to forget that she was there. Lisa and all staff create a calm and peaceful environment that made it easy and fun to spend time with my son. Thank you to everyone at Bee Wirral.

Amazing place. My daughter is 10 months now, in the time we have been going to bee we have seen so many families helped out by this cause. My daughter loves both the place and the staff, it’s now like her second home.

Lovely place with lovely people. They do good work in the community, with cooking classes, help with food and other group based activities.

Spent about 12 months at bee wirral with contact through court can honestly say the staff in there are amazin always there to help what ever the situtaion i have been to 3 different contact center regards to court orders and can honesly say this has been the best by far noone wants to be in this kind of places with there children but thats life but the staff make u feel as homely as they can and do there jobs at the same time with out bee wirral and the amazin staff i dont think i would be where i am today free as a bird with my gorgeous girls thank you so much guys
