What a great little green space, a proper community garden! I think this really epitomises what community should be all about, you can sense that the area is maintained with love and enthusiasm. The space is larger than I expected, with an interesting little path through a wooded area. This must be a great environment for local wildlife as well as a place of quiet relaxation for the local community. An interesting notice board with some historical background and aerial photos as well.

Lovely family friendly park for all to enjoy. Love it when people play music here. I also love to see young kids enjoying the space. It is a shame that some dog owners let their dogs roam free, too many dog poo around. Please can all dog owners keep their pets on a lead and pick up your dog poo!

This is a small public garden (free to enter). Lovely little picnic spot. The garden so well cared for and a peaceful space to sit. Well worth a wander.

Visited for the first time today and met two of the blokes who set it up and maintain it.They were very friendly and gave me a potted history. What with the coconut smell of the lovely native gorse, tiny daffodils and snowdrops combined with bright sunshine I felt spring had arrived.
