I absolutely love this little gem of a place. Beautifully looked after, lovely spot to go for a little stroll or just sit back and relax. Strange thing is, not many people I talk to actually know about it - may be why I love it.

Visited purely on a friend's recommendation and a read up on Google. This park is not big and full of things that other parks have, like play areas and picnic benches, but it is mearly a place to stop off and just take in some quiet time and reflection from a hectic day. The big circle of gardens from Storeton Road has lots of flowers to view. Walking up the park to come to some stone steps. This is where the old quarry was and upon walking onto the big open field you notice a big rock face feature to remind you of its heritage. It is a nice lovely park but not somewhere for families to take kids to be entertained in my opinion. Worth a wander if you are in & around Oxton 👍

Great place for anyone who wants to get away from madness. My little one loved it. Will definitely go again .

A nice park with a big circular rose garden. You can walk and stroll around the park with your loved ones or even your dog.

Love this little area. It's normally a tranquil place to sit quietly and enjoy the beautiful plants,shrubs and trees that the gardeners work so very hard to keep looking amazing.

Beautifully kept, lots of roses in bloom in the flower garden. We had a peaceful hour there and appreciated its beauty🌹

Lovely green open space on the border of Prenton going up the hill to Oxton. Designed just over a hundred years ago. Old quarry and circular primarily rose bed s with lovely seasonal flower beds from spring. Spent many happy times there in all seasons with my young daughters .showing them the quiet joys of the flowers, bug hotel and fairy trees as well as larger green field old quarry area at the back for picnics n ball games . Much loved fairly small park used for a century now. Visit .SM .

A lovely local space for a walk, gardens are well kept and tidy and the atmosphere is always good

I've been visiting the Arno & it's fields for many years. Gardens are pleasant. Arno & fields are very popular for dog walking. No facilities.
