A lovely walk with good views of Liverpool and the Mersey estuary. Pram & wheelchair friendly paths, just avoid the dog mess which some selfish dog owners leave behind.

Really great area for walks, runs, or walking the dog. It has a perfect balance between accessible walkways and nature. Able to claim the summit to get great views from up high, but even without hiking to the top, simply walking alongside the river Mersey allows a beautiful view of the Liverpool skyline. Famous landmarks are visible such as the Cathedral and the Liver building. To the side of the park is a small beach area.

Nice green space on former landfill site. It's near some industrial sites in a small part of the park, but this doesn't take away from this haven for wildlife, the pleasant walks and the views across the Mersey to Liverpool. The lake is great for wildfowl, but you'll only get glimpses of it through the reed beds. The visitor centre was closed when I was there, but the toilets were open. There were lots of blackberries just ready for picking and great for the birds and mice too. There's a little carpark at the start of the park that would take about 8 cars.

Free parking. Lovely views over the mersey. Cafe on site. Some parts will not be suitable for people in wheelchairs or with mobility issues, but still some parts are very flat and accessible for them. Toilets next to Cafe (not 24 hours)

First time here from Flint Mountain to walk our dog and take a look. Firstly, car parking is a pain. Just a few spaces. We not allowed to access the large car park by the Cafe. Cafe is OK- next to the river with a bicycle repair kit outside. Toilets available whilst Cafe open. Met some lovely people and dogs. Walk to the summit and the fences are gone with open spaces for dogs to run and play.

Very nice and Beautiful Park. Picnic area. Most beautiful views across the river Mersey of Liverpool. Nicely drawn. Although clean but still many dog owners don’t bother cleaning after, so walk carefully. This is not to be missed if visiting Liverpool. Ferry charges, Toll charges apply by car or merseyrail or bus can be used to come over

A nice walk around the area with good views over the water to Liverpool. Be warned if you go on a hot, sunny day though, there's no shade on the summit, so go prepared. There is more shade however going to the lake end. There's a small car park at the bottom, but you may need to park nearby on busy days.

A pleasant walk accessible for all. Good paths around the site although they can be steep in places. The views over the Mersey from the summit are excellent.

A wonderful, well-maintained park which offers excellent views over the River Mersey and Liverpool skyline. Port Sunlight River Park is a haven for local wildlife and a great place to take exercise. I used to go hill training here with my coach when I was preparing for races but it is also suitable for walking and jogging with good quality paths.

Fantastic views from the summit path. Great place for a stroll and dog friendly. Picnic benches at the summit are a good place to relax. Paths are in great condition. And a nice cup of tea at the cafe!

A wonderful park that's been transformed over the years. Plenty of good paths to the summit of the hill, well maintained areas, and a wildlife habitat, spotted a couple of kestrels today. There is fantastic views over the mersey to the Liverpool skyline. There is a lake on one side which had wild birds on like ducks, moorhens etc. And if you get thirsty there's a great little cafe there selling hot / cold drinks and cakes, crisps and sweets that is run by Autism together, a great charity that helps autistic people with their day to day life. So in summary, great walks, views, wildlife and refreshments.

Fabulous place like going back in time our dogs loved it, very clean and well looked after I'd love to live there, the views are really nice and all the different style houses are lovely go early to avoid the crowds. Really nice tea rooms near the station too.

From what this place used to be to what it is now is a complete credit to the council! A nice, enjoyable walk with multiple routes for all abilities. Gorgeous views out to the Welsh valleys and across the water to Liverpool docks. Parking can be an issue so don't get disheartened if you turn up and have to park further away than anticipated. Some amazing wildlife too!

Not a bad walk, pram friendly, dog friendly, free parking. The lake however you can't see coz its that overgrown and dried out. Loads of ducks swans though. Some great views of the river too.

This is one of the magnificent location to have a walk around with you or with your loved ones. You can catch a beautiful sunrise or a sunset from here The total perimeter of the part is around 3 to 4 km and you can cover that within 1-hour time. From the top of the mountain you can see the city of Liverpool and the Bay area. The only drawback is that the car park will be closing at 4 p.m. Sharp and you may have to park your vehicle nearby if you are gonna be late.

Brilliant for family walks. Took our daughters with their bikes. At the cafe/kiosk is a very thoughtful tool station and pump for cylclists to use.

Nice recovery of a former landfill site and views of Liver Buildings at an angle. Kiosk selling coffee and clean toilets rear of the heritage centre.
