Brilliant experience. The home made hummus and pitta bread for starters was beautiful! Followed this up with a chicken dish. Excuse the image, the rice and potatoes came in a seperate dish! Authentic Greek atmosphere with great service. Would definitely go again.

Really great fresh food, authentic, thoroughly enjoyable. Portion sizes are on the large size so take a healthy appetite with you!

Ordered grilled platter for two for our dinner tonight. There was so much !!!! Enough for us to enjoy for our lunch tomorrow. I made a mistake with the on line order but I rang the restaurant immediately and was able to cancel and reorder the correct meal. Dips, bread and salad were fresh and tasty and all the rest was well cooked and presented. I have eaten in the Poseidon on a number of occasions and the takeaway food is exactly the same excellent standard as the food served in the restaurant. Thank you Poseidon for a most enjoyable and excellent value for money meal.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! Food is amazing, so much variety and plenty of delicious foods to choose from! The staff are so friendly and made our visit so welcoming. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

First time at this restaurant. Absolutely spot on. I had a Poseidon salad and a side of garlic bread to start. The salad was a seafood salad. Crammed with prawns, mussels, squid and a couple of king prawns. The dressing was to die for also. Garlic bread was nice too. Lind's had Tzatziki and pitta bread which was also beautiful. Mains. I had Swordfish. Another first for me. It was not a disappointment. Cooked to perfection. So juicy. Presentation was also brilliant. Lind's had Kleftiko lamb casserole. She thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was great. Definitely would be returning. Well worth the money.

1st time to this restaurant, lovely setting inside, with a Greek authentic theme which is very tastefully done. Lovely clean table linen and comfortable chairs. Excellent choice of starters/mains & deserts, plus a tea time menu & specials board. Food 5 star 🌟 well presented, excellent quality and the staff very helpfull, pleasant and friendly waiter service. From my experience I would recommend & looking forward to re-booking.

The food was incredible, the staff were so polite and attentive I can personally recommend the lamb and the chicken every need we had was catered for would highly recommend for lads looking for somewhere to take their lady the best restaurant in wallasey.

We went to this restaurant just by chance as we were staying in New Brighton and all the restaurants near us were full. What can I say! The food was amazing!! We have been coming to New Brighton for years and didn’t even know this existed. The food, staff, atmosphere was fantastic. The food fresh and colourful and most of all tasty. The staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The restaurant, spotless, interesting and very atmospheric. What a fab visit we had. We will definitely be back when next in the area!
