Every time I order pizza they add extra extra sauce as if I requested 3x the sauce, but obviously I didn't. I can't taste anything but BBQ sauce and the ingredients just fall of the pizza as you pick a slice up. Not ordering from them again, I can never enjoy a pizza without having to call up, ask them to replace and wait 2h or 3h since I initially placed my first order to have dinner. Clearly the quality control team is not paying enough attention.

What awful food and customer service. I order from dominos in Upton whenever I fancy a dominos and tonight has just reminded me why I will continue to go back to them and not here. Half yes half of my pizza had hard cheese on. One half was melted and one was completely not! They also put tomato sauce on the base instead of bbq? I rang the shop to ask if I could have another pizza delivered and I would return the one we had. The response was terrible. Told me to ring head office as he “is not willing to send me another one out as it is impossible for one side of it to be melted and the other not” I said I understand this but it is and I will send you the pizzza back so you can see for your self. Still the same response. Will never be ordering from here again! Dreadful.

Tried to place an order and got told they couldn’t help me I have a medical condition and every other dominos I have been too caters for me don’t see how the rules are different for this one, one very unhappy customer

Only thing i have to say is they messed up with the order but rectified it quickly . Rather refreshing having issues rectified fast nowadays

Terrible experience Monday night. Treated the kids to a dominoes £43. Ordered at 6.35 my husband rang after 45 minutes to be told it would be on its way. It was in quality control for nearly an hour. Rang again and explained we didn’t want it to be cold whoever answered was quite rude. It finally arrived at 7.50 and it was cold went in the bin. Disappointed kids. Wouldn’t order from there again. Emailed head office to complain.

Absolutely ridiculous that there still only doing contactless delivery despite covid regulations being over for months and months really need to start to rethink this now as sometimes it's far more convenient for people to pay with cash

Ordered £44 pizza and sides, driver came quite quick , rang main doorbell but refused to come inside corridor to deliver food .... when i asked why ? Driver abruptly said "don't know asks management !! " and walked off! Wow !

A bit expensive but it's definitely worth the price. You can not get better pizza for the same prices. Only wish their workers paid a bit more attention to details, work on their pizza cutting skills and actually uniformly cover the pie with the toppings instead of just randomly throwing them on. Can't complain to much tho'. They're doing a decent job overall.

Just tasted of tomato sauce on cheese tomoto pizza was really thin and didn't have hardly any of the cheeseburger toppings on the cheeseburger pizza and it didn't taste like a cheeseburger either garlic bread was oright and the cheese wedges

Pizza is always spot on and ready in good time if I collect. One of the best Domino's that I've used.

Poor service and simply rude. Can't order a gluten free pizza on the collection deal on the app. So I called up and a nice fella sorted it for me. But it got worse after this. Next time I go, they won't put it through. So I go into the store to order, 'its online exclusive.' So I explained I'd just had it on the offer and they didn't care. (£5.99 small collection offer) I had to pay £10.99 for a Any Sized Pizza offer, so I thought I may as well get a large pizza. Oh wait, you can only get a small gluten free pizza. Joke to charge people stupid prices for an intolerance... We regularly order from here but its been a while. Hopefully they have an over

Everything is good except very limited parking spaces. Even nearby streets are paid

Food tasted nice it did, but the pizza was wrong, just flat out wrong. And poorly put together I had sauce and pieces of pizza all over the place. It is not hard to make a half and half pizza with the selections chosen by the customer.

Shift manager tonight is absolutely nasty man don’t order from this store we put complaint in with head office over this guy

Awful service to be honest. Ordered over the phone to collect. Only to be told when we got there it was card only. So we had to leave without our food. It's now 10pm. The guy behind the desk had a bad attitude. Dominoes need to sort this card only thing out!!!

I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken wings yesterday! I have been up all night with a really bad stomach. I have never felt so poorly. I have hardly slept a wink. I had plans with my son today for an Easter hunt, which I won’t be able to do now so I have a very upset son. I will never order from dominos again!!!!

Gone down hill pizza bases look like a blind person made them and looks like the same person has been slicing them. Not even tasty anymore

Placed order for delivery. Pizzas were delivered cold. Unacceptable, and customers shouldn't be expected to microwave them.

Awful service. I rang twice earlier trying to place an order for collection, they put the phone down on me both times after being rude. I rang back and asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that I was “prank calling” them. Wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered 2 pizza's on line after an hour I rang them as still showing as in prep. They said they had an issue and would be with us ASAP...... 45 minutes later still showing in prep. Rang them again.. yours is next in the prep area.... I asked them to cancel as my son who was visiting had to leave. I Rang back to see if I could reinstate the order as we decided we could wait.. we where told it would be put to the back of the list so could be another 2 hours and have to pay again and we wouldn'to poor performance Birkenhead I had to put 1 star to leave review but it should of been none

To much oil on pizza. Inundated with oil I can say, so gues how taste was....the rats from the bin was happy...

Discussing food found pure black hair on my pizza was a fan of this restaurant now feel sick to my stomach avoid avoid avoid

I am currently following the domino's pizza diet and I can now hold my breasts to wipe my chin on as I cannot stop eating these pizzas. The only down side is that there is very little parking

Poor service / delivery. Entire double decadence base arrived detached from the pizza, with the pizza squashed to the other end of the box. Won't be ordering from here again.
