Pathetic. That's the only way to describe the experience here any more. The sum of the times i've visited this place i've had things missed off orders, burgers given with fridge cold ingredients on them and standing waiting for far too long to be reasonable. Today was the final straw; while shopping I thought to get a quick burger and fries to just eat and hold off getting hungry while i'm out. -The self service kiost I was at had a broken card reader -I went up to the till -Several people standing around chatting, one of which clearly noticed both I and the people behind me were standing there waiting to order. -Eventually I had to get the attention of someone and ask if anyone was actually working on the tills at all. -Then the order gets put through. -Yet another long wait for a simple burger and fries while delivery orders pile up on the counter to the point the have to use a cleaning trolly to add counter space for them to sit on while they go cold, some of which were there before I started my wait. -Then much larger orders that came in after mine get called out first. So I just asked for a refund, went to KFC and was eating within 5 minutes. Absolute joke of an establishment this franchise is. Honestly avoid this, go to KFC, dominos or the cafe inside to eat within a reasonable time.

Absolutely shocking. Staff are all laughing joking theres about 15 of them. My order was on screen for 12 mins. Two caramel frappes whilst they all stand behind the tills just having a chat. Ive been a chef 8 years. To see this was appalling get a chef in and watch the changes. Honestly never been so shocked

The food was absolutely stone cold and the mc flurrys were melted and drenched with coffee. a drink was missing as well and it is just appauling. The courier had our food for over 40 minutes. This shouldn't be served to people it was a waste of money and it all had to go in the bin the ice drink wqs melted. Tried contacting and phoning over 7 times with no answer.this isny even the first time this has happened aswell.£17 wasted.

Lets start, Food is bang average mostly cold but alright. Service is slow but alright. Atmosphere I could rant on about this all day but ill keep it short. The gangs outside intimidated people but once I nearly got sheffed up but I’m going to Upton from now on

Dnt bother!!!! Have to wait outside in all weather to get seated to eat. Half the restaurant is not accessible for the public because more interested on home delivery drivers picking up food so they have somewhere to wait for orders.AND IF YOU ARE WONDERING WHY YOUR FOOD IS COLD WHEN YOU GET IT DELIVERED IT'S JUST LEFT ON A TABLE NOT IN A HEATED ARES UNTIL DRIVER PICKS IT UP!!!!!!!!

Absolute shambles of a place. Is this where you work when you fail school and have the brain of a new born. How many times can you get orders wrong, that is written on the order screen. Manager positions in here if you can count to ten and spell your name’ish! You should be able to leave no stars, as McDonald’s seem to recognise 1 star as the area manager I believe.

Would give this place zero stars if I could have. Placed order on the app and still had to wait absolutely ages. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. It didn't have any pickles on it and had ridiculous amounts of tomato ketchup on it. Was absolutely disgusting. Ridiculous amounts of staff working there (gossiping permanently). One member of staff looks like she eats nothing but burgers and is the size of six people. Never going there again.

I visited early evening and the place was surrounded outside by large groups of very loud abusive teenagers,who happily moved in and out of the restaurant without challemge I used the self service machine and no receipt came out for my order, I informed a staff member who told me that was normal and as long as I knew my order number it was OK??! But my order number never even made it onto the board so I second guessed myself for ages before finally getting my order. No organisation whatsoever.

For over 20 years I have been a very regular customer at this Liscard, Wallsey branch, 3 sometimes 4 times a week plus deliveries. They recently had a branch refurbishment and were closed for quite a few weeks. Today I went there for the first time since they reopened and was amazed to find that almost all of the downstairs seating had dissappeared forcing people to go upstairs to sit down because there was nowhere for me to sit. For me, at 80 years old, to climb a long 3 flights of stairs is impossible and seeing that there were no vacant tables of the few that are downstairs, I had no option other than to leave and forget about having lunch there. Even speaking to the staff when he asked what the problem was, made no differerce.There must be many others, including mothers with push chairs, that are in the same situation and I cannot understand why they have done it. Now I have to find somewhere else to spend my money. Bad move McDonalds.

they are so stingy with the mcflurrys they don’t put hardly any toppings on the mcflurrys may as well just order a plain mcflurry at this point. The chips are never salted enough and are always cold. The nuggets aren’t very crispy and are quite rubbery. The staff are always rude and are passive aggressive make me feel uncomfortable to be in the store. Mcdonald’s liscard up ur games up

100 members of staff and still got our order wrong, the girls where to busy gossiping about the girl who started the day before. Meal was minging as well, freezing cold and looked like it had been thrown together by my toddler. Hadn't been in here in over 3 years. Will make it longer next time 👍🏻

If I could give this place no stars I would do. The person serving me at the till forgot to put my order on the screen and I was left waiting for my food for ages and when I went up to the counter to ask if everything was ok as I had been waiting for a long time I did not even get an apology. It’s like a zoo in there with the staff running riot. It’s the second time I have been there and I won’t go again. They could do with new management to turn that place round. It’s absolutely shocking. I never right reviews but I had to for this place. I’m going to send a letter into McDonald’s about this

More interested in serving delivery drivers, than customers on the counter, might as well close the doors and go delivery only, totally joke operation, counter food is cold. To be AVOIDED!! Staff do not answer the phone, awful customer service, delivery drivers are known to be stealing food from customers orders, one of the worst franchise operations for McDonald's in the UK.

Poor. Absolutely over run with uber and deliveroo. Staff working their buts off but impossible to perform like that and keep a good atmosphere in the restaurant. Food was obviously cold. Feel for the staff to be honest.

Terrible place McDonalds now in Liscard, its all about delivery drivers & as for ordering food on just eat its a very bad service, last 2 times we orderd food we have waited upto 2 hours, we will not be goin back to McDonalds Liscard thats for sure

We just ordered from Liscard branch & it took over 2 hours to be delivered, however we waited the food finally arrived and it was freezing cold . Why and how anyone thinks that is acceptable to send out for someone to consume I do not know. Disgusting to be honest.

A worker with the name Alexis was extremely rude me and my friend were sitting upstairs with an adult and he said we can’t sit there because we’re under 18 even though my Auntie Emma is 24 and was sat a few tables down from us he still said we have to sit downstairs so we did that but there was no seats so he then proceeded to remove us from the mcdonald’s premises leaving our poor auntie in there on her own. Me and my friend now had to eat on the liscard benches this is not ideal or okay. I want change people! Because of this we are taking our buisness elsewhere to kfc as we get treated like actual customers there. good day.

Mac Donald’s in liscard is disgusting. The guy that co foundered Mac Donald’s would be horrified. We have been there a couple of times and you have to wait a long time. While watching the staff laughing and joking and hurrying the food through for deliveroo drivers. When you eventually get your food it’s all stone cold. It’s ridiculous and very disappointing. They need new management in liscard, Wallasey Mac Donald’s because it’s a joke now.

Food is always cold when delivered ordered an tripple cheese burger I got given a double & ordered a Big Mac it come with just burger an cheese hardly any burger sauce either which I didn’t request. When phone up to complain staff say to deal with just eat which is confusing when it’s the shop it’s self that is getting orders wrong not just eat!! My family order come to £22 it wasn’t even enjoyable most of it went in the bin.

I'm going to be honest.. Food was slow and cold . Waitress never cleaned table from previous lazy people.. And the language from the school kids was shocking... Maybe I was unlucky. But ill give it a miss next time

Definitely the worst McDonalds I’ve ever had/been to. Customer service 1*. I was the only customer and it took them 15 minutes to prepare 2 chicken mayo burgers. I’ve asked Olivia about my order and I got completely ignored. Then on one of the burgers the meat was missing 🤣. The woman manager in charge this evening (19/10/23) didn’t seem to be in charge of the team.

Literally 2 customers inside, staff just standing around, noone bothers to clean up the tables. Absolutely shocking. Health and safety compromised, food hygiene on a ZERO level here. Avoid.

Ordered inside and via delivery firm recently. Absolutely dreadful both times. Everything stone cold - fries, burgers...even coffee! + Delivery took 2 hrs....2 HOURS!!!

Ordered on Justeat for delivery, what an absolute shambles this branch of mcdonalds is, never get it right. Food arrived, absolutely freezing cold (The food was delivered less than a 3min drive) Nuggets tasted off also freezing. Also why charge people for dips when your staff are clearly too lazy to simply just put them in a bag? Will not be ordering from here anymore, major improvement needed.

What can I say? I just love this place so much. The chippies nuggys burgers, mcfloppies, all so bloody tasty! I go in here at least 4 days a week and when it's a weekend the kids get a treat of a Happymeal which has the best toys and they love eating the chippies aswell and then havin a milkshakes. The staff are amazin because they let me take home a burger which was stood on the counter that no one collected. Tea sorted! The security man on the door is my neighbor too lol

Ordered a delivery, waited over an hour, food arrived it was completely wrong order, food cold in any case so inedible, tried to ring store phone rang out. No option for a refund/ complain on app. 18 quid wasted. Absolutely shocking service

This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been in, or ordered from. The fries are usually cold and soggy, and the Delivery orders are always missing items even though the bags have been security sealed before being collected by the delivery person. The store will not answer the phone or correct mistakes, and they will not refund for items not provided.

You think I’d learn to NOT order from here. Every single time there’s an issue. Usually there’s something missing. Save your money don’t order delivery from here ever.

staff are nice and just working with what they can, and the food is just the same as you'd find in every mcdonalds, but the screens frequently don't give out your receipt so you have to order at the counter, and the menu is pretty lacking compared to other branches! the waiting time can rack up too, it's a shame cuz i remember this place being way nicer as a kid, even the decor, i think the deliveries or just time has made it go more downhill or something... even the decor i dislike more now

Far too busy with all the Uber eats orders, and too crowded as everyone waits for order to eat in. used to be a good McDonalds.

Decent McDonalds with good staff but be aware it is located in a rough place. So rough it has bouncers on the door in the evening! Keep a lookout for ferrel teenager cherubs!

How is this place still open.. Felt like forever waiting for food.. About 30 staff just chatting, picking their faces, no awareness of dealing with food!!! Missing food and cold. Will Not be coming here again.

Got to be the worst McDonalds ever. Had to wait for ages. The food sits piled up under a heat lamp until somebody can be bothered to bag it up.

cannot believe since a year I have lived here and I have young kids and you never get any orders correct last time everything was freezing and you didn’t give any sauces and this time you sent a vanilla milkshake instead of a choco one I wouldn’t mind but you see most of the staff waffling the deliveries left on the side because someone is too shy to call out to the drivers and every order is freezing when I live less than 0.7miles from the restaurant just wow listen to your customers and improve

Ordered here the other night, told to wait 30 mins - okay, that's fine. 40 Minutes later "sorry, it'll be another 30 minutes"... 30 minutes later "sorry, it'll be another 20 minutes"... 20 minutes later "sorry, we had to cancel your order". Waited nearly 2 hours just to be told I couldn't eat, grumpy girlfriend and 2 very unhappy daughters who were looking forward to their happy meals. Oh, and staff, there's this thing called a "phone". When it makes the ringy sound, you're supposed to answer it!
