Ordered from here many times before, always been happy, food is good and normally arrives quickly. It is pricey, normally around £15 a person for a takeaway if you want a starter and a main! However tonight we ordered as they opened (5pm), must have been one of the first orders in for delivery! Was told the driver was in at 5:30 so we would have our food by 5:40-5:45, at 6:05 i called and asked where it was, i was told it was on its way and would be with us in a matter of minutes! At 6:20 i called and said still no food, she said she would call the driver and ring me back. 6:25 she called back and said the driver is literally outside and she would do a discount for our next order?! We said what about a discount for this order as it's now been 90 minutes since we ordered so thats 45 minutes late?!? She said discount next time and the driver is outside with our food which he was not. Basically we told her to call the driver and tell him to take the food back (if he ever left in the first place!) £30 order in the bin and long time customers lost!!! We had a Dominos instead which was cheaper and arrived within 30mintes of ordering!!!! Five stars for Dominos!!!

Called last minute on a Saturday around 8pm and they had a table for us, service was good and the food was brilliant standard. All of their starters are superb and would recommend trying the mixed starter, although the dim sum are also fantastic but not part of the mixed starter. Mains were very good I had duck with my stir fry and it was cooked perfectly. Drinks were good with cocktails reasonably priced £5.50 for a Long Island ice tea. Have loved takeaway from here before now and would recommend, also recommend eating in!

Tuk Tuk Thai is fantastic, lovely food and fabulous service for an extra large party of people. The staff were so helpful when I couldn't be sure of numbers and sorted extra tables out for us.

I'm Thai visiting Liverpool. All I can say this place is really authentic Thai taste. Must try Thai omelette and Beef "Nam tok". Real Thai taste, far from home :D

I know tuk tuk restaurant from the owner go thai temple at runcon many time. It made me want to go eat at his restaurant. So I get go Tuk Tuk thai restaurant at Wallasey. I'm impressed. Because far from my lived in Liverpool and hard raining. Im 1st costomer and get talk with staffs and recommend pad thai for me. So I try it. Woow. The tease so nice. It's same as my home town Nakhonratchasima of Thailand.

Don’t bother to order anything from this place. I’ve ordered food at 5pm, at 6:35 I phoned the shop at got told that driver left at 6 but have a couple off deliveries with him so I have to wait longer. Driver arrived at 7. That’s 2 hours from ordering after carrying my food in a car for an hour. I could walk to Wallasey and back quicker than that. Phone restaurant and they said he’ll take food back and they will issue refund. So 2hours waiting and still starving, Now looking for more decent place :(

A great restaurant in liscard, the staff were so helpful and welcoming. It has beautiful furnishing and the food comes out quickly. Would definitely go back again.

Really Fantastic food lovely service

This has been our favourite restaurant for several years and we have dined in and ordered takeaway from there many times. Food has always been exceptional. Unfortunately, last night was the last time we will order from there. We ordered online and it went through just after 6pm. Charged for delivery, despite the website saying it is free within 2 mile radius (we are only a mile or so away) . Received a call 15 minutes after the order went through to advise they didn't have one of the ingredients for the main, did I just want the vegetables? Disappointing but ok, go on then... The website stated 30-45 minutes wait for delivery. It took an hour and a quarter to arrive with no apology from the delivery guy or restaurant! Food was lukewarm on arrival. Never known that before. I have been vegetarian for 30 years and found a small piece of chicken in my vegetarian main meal 😲 😡 Put me right off, I threw it in the bin. Sad to say I won't be eating there again.

Ive had Satay skewers and one of the spicier stir fries, it was was very nice, I love the sauces and ingredient quality here. First time eating in the restaurant, but if we want Thai we always order from here on just eat. Highly recommended ♡ Staff I also very polite and friendly.

Lovely restaurant, Thai style furnishings which gives it a lovely setting. Food hot, well presented, spolit for choice on the menu. Staff very pleasant and helpful, you can order a set menu or individual dishes from the menu, not overpriced. Would highly recommend and certainly will go back without hesitation.

Brilliant experience here tonight. Came after the races and was very impressed with the food and service. The place was pretty much empty and for the standard, it should be full of customers. Not only great tasting but all dishes were neatly arranged. A true gem for a great price.
