Fantastic Indian food. I've lived in Merseyside 11 years and this is the best tandoori place I've been to. The butter chicken was excellent and the bhuna was also fantastic.

Not recommended if you are looking for authentic Indian food. Very disappointed with the owner who got angry about the feedback.

Huge disappointment. Used to be nice with good portions but this time, tiny portions and over 40 minutes LATE delivery. No apologies or goodwill. Trying somewhere else next time.

We don't know the area and were looking for somewhere to eat in the evening and dropped on this place. The food was amazing with a good choice and reasonably priced, drinks were also reasonably priced. The gentleman that served us was unassuming, but attentive. A very enjoyable evening. I wished I didn't live so far away, it would be a regular place to eat.

Went there for a meal with work last night. The first time I'd ever been there, and I'll definitely be going again. The food and service were brilliant! Definitely recommended!

We have been coming here for years. It has changed very little but the food is fantastic covering everything from mild to hot, served by staff who know their trade. Good choice of beers, wines and spirits. The staff are pleasant and efficient. We will be back.

1st time there, food was spot on and plenty full. Only criticism would be the restaurant was cold, but we did arrive just as it was opening. Will definitely be going back.

Really don't no what's happened lately to the wirral tandoori. Always been the best in the area but now very average and disappointing especially takeaway. eat in is always fabulous!!I have eaten in and ordered takeaway very often over the past 20+ years. Not the same which is sad xx

The food is amazing! We opted for the set meal for 2 which came with poppadoms and dips, mixed kebab, Pam Bhoona, Chicken Tikka Masala, Rice, Bombay Aloo and a Nann! It was delicious, but there’s more than enough food to stretch to 3-4 people 👏🏼. I would recommend this if you are hungry!

Disgusting. Very watered down mango chutney & mint yogurt. Special Biryani really wasn’t!! It was luke warm, lamb was hard (only 2 pieces anyway), prawns were hard and uncleaned. Late delivery (Ubereats) - I ordered 3 hours earlier to ensure timing but it still came 20 mins late. Veg curry was a quite watery too. What happened to the great Wirral Tandoori that it was? Waste of our money and time. We won’t order from there again. Might take back their hard dirty prawns to see what they say.

Been twice first time was excellent and really tasty. Second time food was late, lukewarm and tasted like it had been reheated. Bhajis were dry and naan was damp and soggy. Bombay potato's were cold and had a dodgy stomach since!!

The food was very tasty and flavoursome on the first order but delivery took 90 minutes. Second order took another 90 minutes, arrived barely warm. Lamb was too tough to eat in one dish and the madras had too many bitter birds eye chillis that it no taste but chilli and was too unpleasant to finish. 2nd order though we ordered 4 poppodoms and got 9 and double the pickles/chutneys and starter. But overall will not be using again. 90 minutes for delivery <5 miles (both ordered on a Saturday) but the meal on the second order was just not good enough to eat, had we been in the restaurant we would have sent them both back (and we've never done that anywhere before ever). 1st order in Mid 2021 was very tasty, 2nd order in Autumn 2021 was pretty awful. Won't be using them again.

I adore this place! Food is amazing, fresh and tasty, and the staff are all so lovely and polite.

A shame. Have been twice and each time they have given me the wrong dish. The first time i informed them and they swapped it but the second time the manager was telling a lady member of staff off infront of the whole restaurant so was embarrassing and humiliating for her and I didn't want her getting into more trouble. The food has been really good though.

It might seem like I'm over zealous with my 5 star reviews but I only bother to take the time to review a place when I feel it deserves 5. Was taken here for my little sister's birthday. Food was all lovely and we eat alot of it. Pints of cobra extremely great and the bill very low but we used a tastecard. However the prices Vs the sizes of food in general very good and amazing service. I kind of mocked the place from the outside but it was very good and my whole family all agree we will be back there. I would like to add this place seems to get some low reviews on here and trip advisor. Every single low review is because somebody got annoyed with a delivery issue or maybe a missing item or a long wait. The place itself was fantastic honestly the food was great. Only thing I'd say was the mixed kebab starter was small compared to other places which usually give alot more meat for the price but was still nice

We have eaten in this curry house once and the food was nice, placed an order for delivery tonight and would not order again from them, my order came on time but was lukewarm I had to re heat it all up, the chips were awful stone cold so tasted like warm ups when reheated, mango and mint sauce was watery and tasteless and the starter came with raw onions, expected a salad odd. Gave a two because the rice was ok. Not for us going back to my usual Indian takeaway Khans.
