Have been wanting to try here for ages! Went there previously 3 times and was closed so was so excited tonight to find it open. I was the only person in there so I ordered my food… a kt noodle box; and upgraded so came with a drink; salt n pepper chips(my fave); and spring rolls. Imagine how gutted I was after wanting to try there for so long to get the food in the photos attached 😱😱 now give them their due they refunded for the chips so that’s what the stars are for but how the chef thought it was acceptable to send them out like that is beyond me. The chips went in the bin as did the noodles as they were all stuck together, burnt and inedible 😢 they had no taste 🤷🏼‍♀️ To say I am gutted is an understatement. What a complete waste of money and now I’m starving as the only edible thing we’re the spring rolls which to be fair did taste nice so thank you for that.

Eaten twice here. Both times disappointed. Food is not close to authentic, just generic, bland flavours more on the unpleasant side than pleasant. Staff usually just sat on phone, can prepare a meal in about 6/7 minutes, that paired with the quality of meat and rice used just confirms its not fresh. Things not seasoned well. Very cheap ingredients used in the cooking. Not fresh and definitely not healthy as advertised

Completely got my order wrong and wasnt interested in sorting it out. Just swerve you on to eat at home. Will never order from these again!!! The cheapskates dont even give you free prawn crackers on a £30+ order. Disgusting customer service. Companies are measured by how they deal with there own errors and sadly this one has no interest after they have taken your money!! If it was possible to score below 1 star i would of. Girl on the phone needs some customer service training or sacking. After looking into them in a bit more detail ive also discovered they have a food hygiene rating of only 2 given as recently as january.

Shocking customer service. Placed an order of over 30 quid only to find that they have messed up the order & delivered the wrong food. Asked for an exchange & willing to wait only to be told by the girl on the phone that it is not possible & 'its just a mistake '. Fuming is an understatement with the incompetence & lack of customer service. Never again & regretting ordering from here. If I could , I will rate them a zero !!

Worst takeaway ever,girl took my order then sat down on phone,wife had BBQ sauce box,crispy chicken looked as if it had been cooked at least twice,tasted more of peppers than BBQ sauce. I had the sweet teriyaki box,tasted more soy sauce than teriyaki, Gave one star for the spring rolls and good drink choice,another for the quantity,but quality beats quantity every time, wouldn't even give it to the seagulls,RSPB would do me for abuse

Amazing food however abit overpriced. Woman in there not customer friendly and very blunt whenever I go in there makes it a rather awkward experience.

We order 2 regular box meals and the spring rolls. The box meals were large portions and 1 could easily have been enough for 2 people to share The hot box was very soy (salt) based and wasn't very spicy. Service was slow.

Omg how did I not know about this place until last week! Today was my second visit and the food is absolutely amazing 💯, freshly cooked and so so tasty, massive portion, hot and so full of meat and veg along with the noodles, spring rolls are the best I've ever had and I will definitely be returning and recommending to others ❤️

Always on time, friendly staff, the food is absolutely amazing from here, full of flavour and so tasty, the sides are as delicious as the mains. There is something for everyone's taste in choice, you're not limited in anyway, and the quantity is completely to your moneys worth. The noodle and rice boxes and absolutely amazing. Love this restaurant!

Great food great service great prices highly reccomended

Pretty poor all round - entrees were all dry and burnt, especially the prawns which were burnt to the point of being black. Chips and spring rolls were ok. Singapore noodles were a flavourless mush, and the curry noddles were not much better. Delivery was quick, but I would not recommend.

Ive had food from many Chinese places but this one is the best. The KT noodle box is out of this world and the Siu Mai are the best I've ever had.

Burnt & charred sides, mushy overcooked noodles which tasted horrible. Verging on inedible. 80% went in bin

Best Chinese food have tasted in a long time, staff are friendly and helpful. Duck and Mushroom is amazing that has made my top 3 soups
