Classic Liverpool Pub in the trendy Lark Lane neighborhood. Very large interior split into different rooms and a good sized beer garden at the back. Nice mix of real ales to choose from and prices are reasonable.

Oh, but what would it all even mean without The Albert, I cry. Stunning architecture, beautifully tasteful decor, spectacular yet functional 360° bar serving on all sides, exquiste drinks selection, a wonderful collective of motley regulars mixing with occasional visitors and tourists alike, and the best staff any alcoholic could ever wish for. I'd like to give special mention to Naomi, who is reliable and diligent in her work, but those qualities are far outstripped by her other quite notable assets too many to mention. Nestled amongst those assets, though, are her humour, her smile, her kindness and her pint-pulling abilities

I am a local who has been coming to the Albert since I was 22. I love the Albert, Naomi is a great bartender and a beautiful soul, she makes me feel really welcome when I come for a drink. She has great service and has good chat. She is truly an asset to the pub and us locals.

Great pub with a fab range of real ales on tap and food and drink, but due to its location its often full so there's no where to sit. Not so great if you have mobility issues and need somewhere to sit. Toilets are accessible and a beer garden out the back too. I enjoy a drink there, nice atmosphere

Large roomy pub on Lark Lane. It has kept its features and is very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. They sell traditional pies here, which appeared to be very popular.

The Albert!! What can I say! The only reason why I come on Lark Lane, huge selection of IPA’s and gins. The pub is clean and fresh! But one of the biggest reasons is SERVICE/STAFF. A few days ago I came in with my Father at a busy point for the business and two girls behind the bar stood out to us both and their service was commendable. Louise and Lucy, what a tag team. We noticed a lot of people waiting at the bar and they were both zero-in-on. They were not stressed, in fact they were having fun and laughing all round👏🏻 give them both a pay rise because you don’t find two gems like those girls. The only thing I can fault.. is the men’s toilets, not very clean and the smell of urine circulated around the entrance of the corridor.

First Guinness I've tried in here, it was excellent, not a single bubble and a nice dome with a coffee taste. 9/10

My friends and I visited the Albert to have the famous pies everyone raves about on the Lane, and they were delicious. I had the fungi pie mothership and it was cooked thoroughly and the temperature was spot on. The lovely girl who placed our order for us, Lucy was phenomenal and very helpful and quick on her toes as I could see the pub was very busy. Very alert and super welcoming After we finished our food, she came over to the table to clear our plates and actually checked in on us. Astonishing service and could not fault her by any means! Pies - amazing! Service- amazing! Atmosphere - amazing. Absolutely could not fault anything about The Albert. We will definitely be back again!!!!! 😊

The Albert is a real gem of Liverpool. Not only is it in a prime location on lark lane but the atmosphere and staff in the pub are the best I’ve ever come across. The bar tender Daisy especially made me feel really welcome she was lovely! Definitely recommend.

We hired the back room at The Albert for our leaving party and we had a great time! Lucy and Mic were very helpful with booking and the general organisation of the evening. The staff were all friendly and all my friends had a wonderful evening. Cannot thank you enough!

We went in today to have a drink with my Niece, her husband and 1 year old (asleep in buggy). Went to order drinks at the bar and another customer at the bar shouted at us that children aren't allowed. This was confirmed by the bar staff. No idea why as they were serving food in the bar. We left and took our custom elsewhere and won't be returning with or without children. Not happy 🤐🤐🤐

Good friendly atmosphere, dogs allowed. Beer choices are great. It can get noisy, but there is seating outside. All amenities are fresh and clean.

Great pub. Good selection of Ales. Dog friendly. Which is a massive bonus. Louise was great. And helped me with vegan options. All in all a great traditional British pub.

Lovely time at the Albert with my partner for drinks the other night. Lucy the lovely girl behind the bar couldn’t of been more helpful and friendly, helped me pick a lovely gin which I ended up drinking all night. We Can’t wait to go back again
