Ordered
food
at
till
and
paid,
was
told
10mins
*which
was
expected*
and
I
had
a
taxi
waiting
(which
I
informed
them
of,
when
I
realised
there
would
be
a
delay).
After
25
mins
and
being
ignored
twice,
I
was
told
it
would
be
another
15mins
-
at
least.
The
'supervisor'
was
totally
rude,
and
kept
bagging
orders
for
JustEat,
UberEats
and
Deliveroo
-
even
one
of
the
drivers
had
been
away
(with
a
delivery)
and
come
back
while
I
was
still
there,
he
commented
that
the
supervisor
is
horrible.
She
tried
to
blame
the
young
girl
who
took
my
order
and
berated
her
in
front
of
everyone,
which
was
totally
out
of
order!!!
In
total
I
waited
for
55
mins
for
a
9
piece
bucket,
on
offer
for
£5.99,
and
yet
my
taxi
waiting
time
cost
£16
(That
is
excluding
15mins
I
was
expecting
to
pay
anyways).
I
was
horrified
at
the
supervisors
attitude,
not
just
towards
me,
but
to
the
young
girl
who
took
my
order.
Before
I
left,
I
made
a
point
of
telling
her
that
it
wasn't
her
fault
and
thanked
her,
she
almost
cried
with
relief,
but
her
boss
was
shooting
her
daggers.
This
person
should
not
be
in
any
sort
of
supervisory
role.
Even
the
other
staff
were
trying
to
avoid
eye
contact
with
her
because
they
could
see
she
was
wrong,
and
didn't
want
to
be
on
the
end
of
her
wrath/attitude.
