    My experience today ended in my decision to refuse to shop there from anymore. They're big enough not to care really and I'm not asking anyone to boycott it. My experience is all. No one deserves to be verbally abused. If they are, then they are well within their rights to refuse service. I'll always agree with that. However to refuse my aid to said person is not within their rights. How dare they say who I can, or cannot, help. As I said, they're big enough not to care about this but they have just lost one previously loyal customer.

    I was served by Fay, polite, took my order appropriately, however her colleagues were not so professional, Alisha was acting like a toddler in a nursery, giggling and distracting other staff, the assistant manager Laura, was not acting like she deserved her role in management and seemed to provoke Alisha’s childish and unprofessional behaviour. I asked for a full refund due to the fact it was not busy at all, yet because of their slack approach my order was not ready after ten minutes. Laura, the so called managerial staff didn’t even question my reason for a refund, or offer apologies for the issue. Very poor customer service and clearly the wrong staff allocated roles.

    All was going well until one of the staff accidentally handed miss piggy a hamburger, she looked into it and looked absolutely mortified, I can't get her to come out of her room, I hope ur happy with ur selfs

    first of all theres plenty of staff! ordered pancake with sausage meal, 17 minutes later received two very rubbery pancakes,syrup and coffee but no butter! according to staff hasnt been served in the five years hes been there. the regional manager needs to come into this store and get a grip as this for a mcdonalds is an embarassment.

    McDonald's in Rome is better than Liverpool. There is a differencial waste, the totem that you can order and pay food and everybody wear the masks. Safety first.

    Dry burgers, pale buns, clearly put under a heat lamp. Restaurant doesn't look like it has been cleaned a while. Outdated equipment clearly shows that this place has not been refurbished.

    Awful. The management there are disgraceful. My 16 year old kid got his first job there. The management are nothing but vile little bullies, making him take a break 10 minutes into an 8 hour shift. Making him work till midnight even though it’s illegal. Ignoring his availability and then complain when he has to swap shifts. Worst mc Donald’s there is, the place needs to shut down and do the town a favour

    This place is so much mass around Walk in and waited 15 minutes to order and couldn’t not find where to order or No sign that says order here food is all over counter and I was first person to wait but someone else walked in order finally got to place order the trainee staff was talking order so boring did not smile not even said hi not eye in my eye like just Robert order please what u like that all why people work if they not no energy or positive attitude in them ..!

    Service is very bad it was very quiet just me and my friends more than 20 minutes we wait for 3 wraps We ordered without baken we can’t eat and they give three of them with baken i don’t how they gonna serve for allergens too horrible 😤

    Every time I order through just eat, the wrong drinks are delivered. How hard is it to read off a ticket to get the order right? So I've now paid for meals, to get drinks that no one likes or will drink. Nobody ever answers the phone, is this because they know people are ringing to complain so can't be bothered?

    First off, the chap on the door and keeping the main floor organised is doing a top job. The issue was that we had to wait as the kitchen services the half dozen or so delivery riders who came and went as we stood there. There is no point going into this branch on foot as the wait while this happens is ridiculous.we saw the same delivery riders each come and go three times by the time we had our food. Might I suggest they close this branch to walk in customers as it is clearly not their.main focus anymore. I only went in as my son wanted a milkshake, which we could have bought in Burger King down the road without any wait.

    Ordered last night couldn't leave review then or get an answer on the phone. Order incomplete chips lukewarm at best couldn't get a refund just eat didn't want to know and McDonald's refused to answer the phone. Total rip off 👎👎👎

    The only decent McDonald’s left on the Wirral! None of that self service malarkey, just good old customer service.. friendly staff interacting with customers like how it used to be! Extremely fast service and hot, accurate food.. which is rare nowadays.

    Food delivery was all wrong! Loads of missing food and what was there was cold. When we called they tried to blame the delivery guy (bag was sealed with the receipt order attached) so it's the restaurants fault not the delivery guy! They put food in the bag and sealed it. McDonald's wouldn't take the blame and refused to help.

    1- The manager who has a long hair is a bad communicator. 2- They don’t use the Mac app rewards. 3- I gave a star for the young ladies who are working and the coffee was nice.

    The shift runner Amy stood slagging people off and telling her staff to just put anything down for the fridge temps. Need sacking, waited nearly half hour for food, worst mackies ever been in in me life.

    Server put fries in a bag and left them on the counter. Order took another 2 songs (6-8 minutes) to be completed. We all know fries go cold quick and so I asked for some fresh ones. I watched the McMuppet put the cold fries back under the heater and grab another slightly warmer but definitely not fresh box. Baffled by the lack of standards openly on display here. After a year of trying to give this location a chance and regularly getting old crusty burgers and cold soggy fries, I give up. The picture is this locactions signature soggy and undercooked fries that were considered "fresh".

    Something not right with big macs, been ill tummy ache. Yes tried different mcplaces and things are just as bad, slooooow service due to outside orders, food gets to you cold, a lot goes wrong with them giving you wrong or missing stuff. Also for what we pay for we should be served hot food and proper order. I have noticed the burgers seem fairly different from the past, I enjoyed them but not any more. I will no longer bother going in, expensive for cheap filling burgers, I would rate burgers at - 0.00001.

    I never normally have a problem here, eating in or delivering for them. The staff are lovely and the food is okay. Today I was kept waiting for a longer than average amount of time for an Uber Delivery order so I cancelled the job to work another platform and left, when leaving I made a staff member aware and they wasn’t too bothered. A short while later I returned with a new order, I was confronted by Chelsea (shift manager) who kicked off for cancelling it, despite my self being self employed. I explained that on this occasion the wait time was too long so I cancelled but she wasn’t happy about this, she was raising her voice in front of a restaurant full of customers when she is quite clearly in the wrong. Delivery drivers are self employed and they can do if they wish cancel their orders at any point.

    Fries are rarely fresh and mixed with old when out of the frier ... Floppy drive arm half filled. McDonalds food is not designed for drive through or takeaway as it's cold within minutes after. The standards have dropped nowadays compared to the past like the 80s

    This McDonalds is sadly in a poor state at the moment. Half of the tills are cordoned off for delivery drivers, there was only one till active for regular customers when I went tonight. One inept member of staff struggled with taking orders on that till while more attention was paid to me by staff sorting out the delivery drivers. In the end after 15 minutes and finding out my order hadn't actually been sent into the kitchen for preparation, I asked for a refund and left. The first time I've ever had to do that in a McDonald's. Sad state of affairs but I'll be avoiding this one for the time being. Drove to the one on Rock Retail Park instead and got my order within three minutes.

    Do not order from this restaurant on just eat. I choose to go to the rock retail park as more often than not, there is always at least 1-2 items missing and it's never the cheapest item. I don't normally complain or leave reviews but I'm sorry to say its become a habit of this restaurant.

    they gave us the wrong order and when i try ring McDonald’s it’s self they don’t bother answering i tried ringing 15 times and no one picked up , so we try ring just eat, we can’t there number , but if they did answer they would say “ring just eat “ but i’m sorry but what has it got to do with just eat with my wrong order you give it to the drivers so it should be macdonalds fault this always happens with the one in birkenhead!!!!!!!!!!!

    I ordered through Uber eats, received wrong order, so sent it back with the driver and contacted McDonald's through Uber to notify them of this. It's over an hour later I still haven't had a reply from them, I have been charged for the food. I am hungry and would like to know if they are going to correct the mistake or shall I order from somewhere else???? It would help if McDonald's communicated back!!!! It's now almost 10pm and they will be closing soon.

    Absolutely ridiculous, by far the worst mcdonalds Ive visited in years . 30 minutes in a queue of 3 people. Staff happy chatting with workers on break, witnessed lots of complaints about mistakes. The queuing system in store is comically bad. By the time I got my food 45 minutes after arriving the kids had lost interest and food was cold. Persuaded them to get desert elsewhere as wasn't prepared to wait that long again. Best part of the experience was leaving.

    Food was over an hour late, food was just chucked in bag and was freezing cold. Apple pie was passed discard time by over an hour, coffee was ice cold chips all soggy and cold. Burgers were just a mess. Tried calling the restaurant a few times with no response. Awful customer service, to think that this restaurants use to once be good many years ago, shame staff and poor management there now have let it down so much.

    The service was absolutely diabolical. The servers especially Laura the crew trainer was dreadful. Took nearly 15 from order to receiving the food. The first time the food was cold. Asked for a fresh one to be made. which then took another 5 minutes. The second burger was cold cheese wasn't evenmelted. Had to get a full refund and and the staff found it funny and were laughing behind the fill area. When getting a refund for all my items they didn't want to give a refund on my drink as I had drank some of it while waiting. Has to be the worst experience in a McDonalds that I have had

    When fast food becomes slow food - or no food! Dreadful customer service. Given it one star as there isn't an option for no stars. Waited patiently for 20 mins while staff wandered around aimlessly and avoided serving with three of them huddled around the ice machine in fits of laughter because it had broken. Hilarious! When I had the audacity to interrupt the 'fun' and ask if anyone was serving I was met with attitude and back chat to the tune of 'we've got loads of orders to deal with'. You don't say! How about actually dealing with some orders to alleviate the backlog instead of ar5ing about when the queue is out of the door? They clearly weren't bothered which made me question whether I'd trust anyone working there to prepare food properly. Walked out and went up the road to Burger King. Got served within 5 minutes. Grimmest MacDonald's I've had the displeasure to visit. Won't be going back.

    The last 2 times, I have called into this McDonalds. I have ordered a big Mac an fries, to take out. Both times I've got round the corner. Opened my bigmac to find it's old. Buns have been hard around the edges. Cheese has fermented to the box an gone hard. With extremely dry burgers. One bite an had to be binned as inedible. Why has this become the normal ?Serving stale food to people. As if it's acceptable. Awful experience an food

    It was OK not very good queing system. was stood by a table that were eating felt like you were intruding on them. need to be looked at I certainly wouldn't like that either. and had to sit upstairs. As again workers had there own corner so not much choice of were to sit needs replanning of seating and were to que up for food

    Hit n miss ... My biggest grudge is that the fries are not always fresh crispy and nearly always come half full. So annoying. But it's better than rock retail place by a long shot

    It's so slow getting served here if you don't mind waiting 20 mins for your food. Uber and just eat get priority over walk ins also never got serviettes either with order very disappointed with overhaul service. Even though staff are busy and rushed off their feet.
