You always think of M&S as being expensive right? .. But it's not, not only do they have reasonably priced great quality foods, they also do lower end price stuff if you have a tight budget. The quality of their burgers are amazing and priced as well as the other supermarkets, their pre-made meals are better quality and only for a few pence more. Their Honduras Prawns are simply amazing and is their bacon and cheese muffins. Their branded alcohol is a dearer than most places but they do have deals on now and then and you can get a loaf of bread for........ £0.65p yes just 65p for a loaf in M&S.

I have always used this store and always received good service. Since the lockdown the staff have been brilliant. The gentleman allowing people in explains very clearly what the procedure is inside the store., on one visit I was given a free bunch of flowers. The shelves are always well stocked , the assistants will move out of your way allowing you to look for what you want. I use the self service tills and I think all the staff should be given a huge thank you , they are doing a brilliant job and it is not easy trying to please everyone. So THANK YOU ALL t

Quality food at reassuringly expensive prices. Well laid out shop.

Visited this store 2 weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed walking around without it being overcrowded. Plenty of choice and staff very friendly and helpful. visited the cafe and again,plenty of choice and staff very helpful. visited store today, shelves fully stocked and no problems in the food Hall. Honest visited the cafe, where the young lady was very miserable and not at all pleasant or polite. Sad really compared to other staff working there.

Outstanding customer care from a lovely shop worker called Sheena, very genuine and nothing was too much trouble for her. Very helpful and this kind of assistance would make me return every week.

Myself and my sister were served this evening by the most lovely man named Mark. He chatted to us both and was so lovely and happy. He made suggestions about products and you could tell he enjoyed his job. We mentioned to our mum when we got home how kind the man who served us in Marks and Spencer’s was and she said oh Mark yes he’s served us before he’s lovely! Amazing customer service, he definitely deserves some recognition!

Never opens on time always well after 8am when staff loading shelves it's like a death trap trying to work your way around the crates throughout the store aisles quite often blocked

Visited here today, shop very clean and tidy.I was in need of a gift card not knowing how to process it at the self serve checkout decided to go normal checkout, the sales assistant was very rude and abrupt to lady infront of me and also with myself. I was quite shocked on how she behaved .I work in retail myself and I was in my uniform at the time of my purchases. I don't know if I will be visiting this place again in the near future.

New Brighton is lucky to have this place. We supplement our weekly shop here for goodies. Amazing burgers, nice steaks, "company" wine and side dishes. Today's ship was great. Orderly "Covid" queue, man outside disinfected your trolley on the way in, checkout lady had a chat with me.

I wish to congratulate on your Male member of staff who was controlling the queue waiting to go into the shop. He was very pleasant and polite andmade the wait easy. I was talking to him about me being stranded in France and he was sympathetic and fun.

Little cafe in store is a great idea. The croissants are delicious if you can get your hands on them and the coffee is surprisingly good. Staff always have a smile on their face. Spacious store, and some discounts to be had if you go at the right time too. Lovely selection of m&s goodies always with a great seasonal selection of foods. Plus there is an in store bakery. As i said before, get your hands on a croissant.

Very good clean and most items were stocked. Unfortunately, whether demand or delivery issues some of the items (vegan) were not available. Staff very polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend.
