Been in here 3 min and 2 fights. Overcrowded, full of uber and delivery drivers, most things broken and staff overworked, worst McDonald's ever been in.

Could do with hiring somebody to clean milkshake machine instead of waiting till its that clogged it breaks down. Every other week machine is off. Today we got.. its broke n we havnt got ice cream.. joke

More delivery drivers than proper customers they seem more interested in serving them

Not sure who's written 3:45am opening times but I've just went at midnight and they're closed, probably needs fixing that to prevent more people walking 30 mins for no reason.

Takes a while to get your food in here now as it's packed with delivery drivers who are all over the place inside and out and it's a shame that the staff or the company don't want to blame one when it's the other they priorities deliveries over customers who are in there which is a shame as McDonald's used to have the best customer service out of most chains

Good service here most of the time, had an issue in the past with a manager charging me double the price of what I was meant to pay, get my order right about 7 times out of 10 however staff fix it straight away and gets busy around 12pm-1pm

Absolute joke, Bootle McDonald’s must owe me about £50 in missing food the staff obviously don’t know what they are doing they never answer the phone calls every time I order they constantly miss something off my order strongly suggest you pick a different restaurant

Disgusting place. It's filthy. Called in to use the disabled toilet,might have been better wetting myself. The toilet seat was wet,whoever used it previously should have wiped it down when they'd finished. Burger King across the road is so much better.

Can't fault the staff here. Service is quick, staff are polite, they never get my order wrong, food is always warm and I've never had an issue. It's clean and there is always seating available, even at busy times. The only thing that lets this place down is the kids that come in. They're loud, rude to staff, shout/swear and it ruins your meal.

Staff friendly, but service very slow and food only just about warm, the staff have to much interest in the delivery side to it that seems to come first and the customers in store a very poor.

We always get the wrong food here - either from delivery or in store order. Ordered two double bacon and egg mcmuffins this morning and we were given two double sausage and egg mcmuffins. I'm not sure how the staff in here consistently get the orders incorrect. It's either incompetence or just pure laziness.

Went in for breakfast. Outside there were 15 illegally parked motorcycles belonging to certain food delivery riders. Inside, there were only 2 tables available for PAYING CUSTOMERS. The rest of the area with 5 tables, 2 long tables and the window bench were all taped off for this bunch. They just barge past you as you wait to go in without so much as "excuse me". Upstairs doesn't open until 12, which isn't use to me anyway as I'm disabled and have difficulty with the stairs. Something has got to be done before they lose the franchise.

More interested in getting deliveries out than the customer stood waiting for. 30 minutes for food . Not enough staff on hand

The atmosphere is always loud, smelly, and doesn't feel safe there, especially during the evening hours. I also saw the staff taking off the date stickers off the brownies today before serving them.

The worst maccies around been waiting for my delivery since 2.15 an ther saying it's been delivered an try ring them up sn they dnt answer jokes 😡😡😡

I didn’t get order number , because there is no roll to print out & I stood for 20mins which have already ready but I tried to ask management but responded lately ….👎🏻

Staff got order wrong and it was cold then trying to off load someone's else's cold tea on us 😷 until l pointed out that out ,

It was really messy place. First visit there. The double cheeseburger was stone cold. The lady by the front door (with basketball hat) extremely kind, helpful! She did the table servicing and the table clean as well. Otherwise the company is very unorganised. The biggest mess is the delivery staff... Laying all over the chairs, some of them on sitting on the table where customers should have their food... They're blocking the access to the restaurant by motorbikes and bicycles... They should be somewhere in behind the scenes. Also, they should have one certain person who is dealing with their orders, because its look like they're always the priority!

I'm courier , worked there twice . Very quick service I think one of the best McDonald's in Liverpool.

this is the worst food experience i’ve ever had in my life. i think my dog could make better food than the staff in here

Absolute joke of a McDonald's, if it's not that your waiting anywhere between 1 and 6 hours for your delivery then you never get the food that you ordered. I ordered 4 meals on the 21st of August for the 4 of us and only 2 big mac meals turned up which the kids dont eat so then I had to order another 2 meals for them. That's just one of about 10 things that have happened. Never order from here. 1 star if I could

Should be clearer about opening hours... Public can enter 0500-2359 but serves until 0345 (delivery drivers only from 0000 to 0345). So may be cooking but don't go for a snack after midnight if walking / driving !!!

Don't order from here they take the money don't even send u your food straws or sauces ordered a big Mac burger and got 3 buns with no burger even worse then don't give u a refund would never eat from here again vile

Food cooked fresh , long wait as queues of delivery driers waiting on orders, correct order always a bonus at McDonald's, always a punch and Judy show on the opposite side of the road from the people drinking on the benches

Went here today food was good service was okay there was a lot a families here so quite busy but didn't wait all that long tables clean and the floor wad clean. Over all would go again

Tried the order in advance via the app. Got in store and pressed that I was there. Took a while before it showed on the screen but once it did the food was rather quick.

Poor service once again with missing goods from my order and added cucumber bags instead of fruit bags? Don't answer the phone. Food cold

Absolutely disgusting!!! I can understand if the flurrys was still 99p but 1.69 and less than half filled, you're having a laugh big time on your customers!! I have taken screenshots and I will find someway of complaining about being ripped off by you and I only gave it 1 star so I could write a review - oh and by the way this is not the first time but I am just so blooming sick of it 😡😡

I cant believe the change in this McDonald's!! There was food all over the floors, tables hadn't been cleared from previous customer's and when I got to the till area they had so much food prepared waiting for orders. One customer brought back a big order as it was cold. I got half a cup of coffee, cold chips. I will never visit this restaurant again and would advise others not to. They should make food to order and clean the restaurant and themselves as the staff look so untidy.

I would be giving zero stars but it won't let me post with zero. The place was filthy. It's supposed to be fast food but they're more interested in the food for delivery drivers rather than sorting out the people in store. I waited 20 minutes for food with a hungry difficult child. Then we go upstairs and the tables are filthy, the bins are full. My sauce for my nuggets was missing and I couldn't go down for them without my child getting upset and not a single staff member in sight to ask for assistance. The whole experience was disgusting not sure I'll be going back.

Absolute shambles, it's not a dine in place. Can't even get to the till that many "just eat drivers" in the way. Placed an order for breakfast, waited 40 mins for it whilst they served 101 "just eat drivers" avoid at all costs.

Asked for a large cappuccino and got half a cup of tepid coffee not much bigger than a flat white. Only went there as Greggs coffee machine had broken down but would not go again as half a cup is a rip off.

Shocking!!! Every time the order is wrong. Not one bit of my breakfast order was correct. drinks missing, hash browns missing, syrup missing, absolutely abysmal. Kitchen staff don't have a clue. No one checking for mistakes

Awful place. Every time I ordered from here I waited between 20 and 30m for my food. Not exactly fast food.

Ordered a quarter pounder. Came with what looked like a bite taken out of the meat patty. Was in a rush so couldn't go back in. Ate the other half of the burger and threw the rest away. Onions weren't cut up. Worse McDonald's I've ever had.

Food was lovely and hot, really fresh. But they were over run with teens making the place an absolute mess. One of the customers told them to clean it up, they were so entitled (the teens). Maybe you should have a rule of only 4 at a time or something because it was a bit much and they made it a bit awkward to be there woth little kids using the kids high chair as a rubbish dump for their wrappers that they had NO intention of cleaning up!

When you order your food and get it delivered and it’s more colder than what your milkshake is. Good job I’ve got a microwave but I shouldn’t have to be using it. I have give them a few chances thinking it maybe because they get stuck in traffic. I would be quicker on my peddle bike.
