If you need a hearty breakfast one thats worth every penny. I've never had one as nice as this i assure you I've had many. I was blown away by the presentation i could not believe my eyes 😳 is Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen? What a unforgettable surprise. Tomatoes on the vine , Hash browns look home made, mushrooms and grill patterns on the bacon. Sausages and egg well displayed, Toast with anchor butter and beans in a miniature pan. As long as that cooks in this kitchen i will aways be a fan.

Lovely little premier Inn. Stayed here one night after having travelled to have day-case surgery at Arrowe Park. Very comfortable, clean rooms. Very easy to check in and out, lovely breakfast at the attached pub. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I had requested a ground floor room and got an email confirming this. Unfortunately the information did not get to the Inn but I was lucky enough that the staff were able change my room from an upstairs room to a ground floor room. Which made my stay a really good one. The staff were always very helpful and friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 and a half months after my house flooded. The stay could not have been better and the staff did all they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The reception staff, Lindsay, Steve, Kathy and Siobhan were incredibly helpful and very welcoming. The cleaning staff were equally as friendly and do a fantastic job. Sue, Karen and Annie were extremely personable and couldn’t do enough for me. All in all, a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

We always stay at these hotels for the value and rooms. Always awesome beds, good bathrooms w/ bath, quiet and good restaurant’s attached . The only complaint I have is the 10£ charge for getting in the room an hour early. Awesome bed, good size tv and full bath.

Met by a lovely young lady called Siobhan, who was helpful and had me booked in within 2 minutes. The room is lovely and clean and has all the amenities you need for a short stay. It is located about 1/2 mile from some local shops and take aways.

Great value for your money. The building seems fairly old with creaking stairs and a narrow staircase, but you are unlikely to hear any of that in your room as sections are soundproofed to ensure a great nights sleep. Both times I have stayed here the room was cleaned to a high standard (although some strong scented cologne seemed to have remained in the bathroom after checking in one day), and the staff were spectacular - offering to carry bags, suggest restaurants and provide assistance at every hour. The Greavesbury Inn next door is also lovely but make sure to book tables in advance if you are staying in a busy holiday season. The only real downside to the place is the WiFi is pretty poor, so don’t expect to be doing anything remotely requiring a good connection. Although that is pretty typical for Premier Inns generally. YouTube for example is a no-go unless you upgrade your WiFi in the room for an additional charge.

Menu is nothing to get excited about. Poor menu choices, dishes are usual, common pub fare available anywhere else.

Called in on the off chance for dinner we were early and the place was empty, so Tuesdays no need to book. I opted for fish and chips. Although pleasant, you could taste the oil they were fried in, especially the chips. Hubby opted for fajitas, which he enjoyed, and for dessert, we opted for sharing plate which had 4 small desserts and a scoop of ice cream. It was filling and delicious. Our server was polite and efficient so no problems there.

Nice clean hotel. Lovely staff. Had one of the best night's sleep I've ever had at any premier inn I've stayed at.

The hotel is well located and easy to find. It has an ample parking at front, sides and rear. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the environment quiet. Staff at reception are professional, helpful and friendly, and so are the staff at the next-by pub and restaurant. Staying at the Premier Inn Wirral has been a pleasant experience. Thank you

Very friendly staff who go the extra step. Conveniently located near main road. Nice sizeable and well decorated pub adjacent. Room was fairly modern but let down by sizeable amount of mould in the bathoom walls and a few broken fixtures in the room (bed lamps). Plenty of parking.

Some may say "boring", but I say dependable and there are no surprises. The room is lovely and breakfast in the attached Green King pub was more than enough and cooked to order. Don't forget the free WiFi!

Spotlessly clean throughout, particularly rooms and bathrooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Nicely cooked breakfast in adjacent pub.

The staff were amazingly accommodating (excuse the pun!) and couldn't do enough for us. We'd travelled a long way for a funeral and they made the room available to us for an early check in so that we could get changed in comfort. Our room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. If you're a light sleeper though I would recommend you ask for a first floor room, not ground floor, as the floorboards above make a lot of noise.

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were going to a wedding. Bit dated needs a revamp hence 3 stars. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I would give staff 5 stars. Breakfast was in adjoining pub which was nice and good selection.

Very pleasing after staying the previous night at a much larger Premier Inn. This was so welcoming with staff so keen to please. Food service in the adjacent pub was excellent. Quiet. Who needs air conditioning when you can open windows.

I only used the bar, which on a very hot day was very cool. I only had a couple of pints but the beer was good and competitively priced.

Very close to Birkenhead, perfect if you're looking to catch a ferry. Nice facilities, good pub next door. I'd go again if I'm in the area.

Brilliant little place, if you need to stay in the area, I highly recommend it. Clean, comfortable, modern and with very helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is an asset to the chain and was way beyond what I expected for the price.

Another excellent Premier Inn with very friendly, helpful and efficient staff (especially the lady from Lewisham who dealt with our queries). Spotlessly clean as usual and a nice pub attached for meals. Excellent value.

Above and beyond what is already a great stay at all Premier Inns, reception staff were First Class in all respects along with the pub next door, great food, great service, great price, the standard is clearly set at Greasby, thankyou.

Awful night’s sleep, room located next to reception. Door was banging all night, room above was noisy. No one on reception to report the issues to and Head Office premier inn not interested as not reported whilst there. Awful attitude in response to a valid issue. They’re good night’s sleep promise means nothing.

Firealarm..! I was there for 1 night as a traveller with my motorcycle some years ago.. Going to sleep short before midnight.. I was very tired doing my travel and didnt had a visit in the next door pub.. And before midnight, there was a firealarm sound going trough the building. Everyone had to leave the building, but no smoke fire was to see. We customers have all to wait in the cold rain, till the firebrigade cleared the building.. after a total of 1 hour, we are allowed to go back into the rooms.. Can you imagine, that I had the same thing going on at my next day accomodation on the Isle of Man at 5 am morning..??? (Sefton Express, across the Ronaldsway Airport) They said, someone used maybe to much hair-spray.. 🤬 If I had playing the lottery, I would be a clear winner.🍀 I like protection, but not twice in my holiday and not in 2 days.. (Berlin🇩🇪)

Lovely staff so helpful about local attractions and eateries. Only issue was no air-conditioning in the rooms but we were provided with a fan.
