    Very disappointed Decided I fancied a McDonalds meal at 10pm this evening. As it has been such a lovely warm Day I decided to walk to McDonalds from the Travelodge Bromborough. A pleasant 20 minute walk led me to the Golden Arches - Hooray it was open ! the sign says 24 hour opening ... On approaching the restaurant I was informed it was closed ! The drive thru was open thou so I walked to the ordering point and was informed I couldn't place an order as I wasn't sitting in a car . I spoke to the duty manager to voice my concerns that McDonalds were actually discriminating against non - motorists and people who chose to actually try and have an active and fit lifestyle. Surely McDonalds should be rewarding people who are trying to reduce the pollution levels that are affecting our planet so adversely. Feeling pretty annoyed with the situation I walked an additional 5 minutes to the Asda nearby and purchased a meal deal and walked back to McDonalds where I consumed my meal in the seating that was available for McDonalds customers to use .. Come on McDonalds - sort it out ! You lost a sale and a customer !

    This is a good and well run branch of McDonald's. Large restaurant with various seating areas. Drive through and sit in restaurant with plenty of parking. Always plenty of staff. Toilets are very small given size of establishment. Great for kids. Used to have a play area though not sure it's still available.

    Good fast food restaurant. Friendly and polite staff. The order was delivered quite quickly. Clean and well maintained restaurant, constantly cleaned. Very clean toilets, everything is there (dryers work, soap, etc.). Huge parking with plenty of spaces around.

    Awful place, had to ask for service more than 3 times. Only to be told by the same person I will get someone only to be served by her! 15 minutes after I arrived I got served! I was standing around for around 20minutes. I asked before I got served if the payment went through (I had a problem with the app and used a code it gave). Was assured it did, only to be told another 15 minutes later the payment didn't go through after I was told it did. I waited for over an hour for cold fries. Abysmal service

    What a shambles, not sure who's running this place but had to wait at the drive through speaker for some time while the speaker next to me was taking orders. When I got through and paid at the window I was told to park up and wait. During that time I was asked twice if an order the lady was carrying out to cars was mine. Then she eventually came back to ask what I had ordered. When I got my order although it was correct it was cold and had two different receipts in the bag from two different orders not mine. It wasn't bust either, but a lot of young staff on shift, perhaps that was the problem on this visit.

    Went through the drive through and we wanted to put in 3 separate orders as we didn’t want to pay all together, after our second order the employee on the headset asked us in a very rude way how many orders we were gonna make, as if we were taking the mick and making his life harder. Even though it was late at night and I’m guessing he didn’t expect many customers on the drive thru, it isn’t an excuse to treat customers like they are always trying to make your life harder, as someone who use to work at a McDonald’s I am appalled,

    Food is usually not bad here but our last visit the milkshakes were off! The main reason for our visit as we really fancied a shake as it had been a while. Obviously we had to throw them in the bin. As its over 15 minutes to drive here we don't come every week so were disappointed so only 3 star rating this time. Also we asked for plain burgers but relish was put on it. Hopefully next time shakes will be nice.

    Ordered through the app for delivery. Ordered 3 meals. 1 meal missing and wrong flavoured milkshake sent. Rang restaurant who were not interested and told to ring uber eats. Wouldn't send missing or replace wrong items. The number they gave us was for the drivers and unable to help. Very poor service.

    As usual not the best time to go to McDonald's. Try going when they are busy when there is less chance of limp cool chips barely warm burgers and non crispy cool apple pies. Staff helpful and the place was clean, bit the cool too much in advance living that stiff crispy chip experience and lively hot burger. Quite honestly I haven't had a realy nice meal there for a long time

    OMGOODNESS if this had zero stars it would get zero! We went once before and it was filthy, thought they must have sorted it out by now, so gave it a 2nd chance.We were told to wait in the car, 15 mins later still noone had come with our food. We went inside to be told they couldn't find us in their bay. Re cooked our food, gets to car and its the wrong order. The ice creams had started to melt. Back in and no apology nothing just took it off us we asked for full refund and got it. Whilst waiting near counter they were getting order after order wrong 🫣🙄 I said to the manager (nicely)they need to get a grip and was met with a shrug of the shoulders. If they getting it wrong front of house then what's going wrong behind the scenes. Nope, we won't be returning

    Good food, but staff attitude stinks. I went through the drive through, and chose to use Google Pay, which was slow to load. At the pay window, the 1 star repeated my bill over and over, then rattled the card payment device. Eventually, I paid with my card. Sadly, a manager type person was behind the 1 star and was very familiar with him, so I didn't see the point in complaining. When I got my food, it was pretty good for McDo, which was some consolation.

    I like this MD, their food just tastes better and the service is generally much nicer compared to other MDs. BUT the last 2 times ZERO sauces from our order were added during the drive through pick up. Disappointing:(

    Drive thru.....not sit and wait in a car park watching staff wandering around looking at licence plates...... H&S? Even the two or three parking bays for the drive thru are full also so big over flow problem surely. Also your food is usually just warm because of it......and yes, I understand they get busy at peak times, but surely they do too. Two kiosks to order ....only one to get your food , see what I'm saying. They're rich enough , sort it please ...the owner of this franchise who's probably reading this on an island in the tropics.

    In need of new management! I like how it's 24/7 but staff are incompetent. Waited over 30 mins for 2 Mcflurry this evening at 20:10 and they messed up the order. Then made us wait at Bay 1 just to forgot/avoid bringing us anything. I went in to get refunded and the guy at till told the till manager to do it and then the manager left me so I waited another another 15 minutes the guy at the till came back out and saw me still standing there so did it straight away (took a minute if that). Should not be made to wait in Bays when your staff messed up a simple 2 Mcflurry order, should be complete at the window as it takes 2 seconds but took us nearly an hour! I will be a lot more reluctant to go back...

    The food was OK. To be honest I was only there because my grandson wanted to eat there. I had a 20 minute wait before I asked for an update. Then I had to confirm my order. Not going back.

    The staff at the final step who are sorting out the order are so slow. You can see them working so slow and chitchatting when there is a stack of orders already ready and people are waiting for the food. I had just ordered a burger and it took them almost 20 mins. I could see my burger there for atleast 7-8 minutes before those guys put it in a paper bag and passed it over at the counter.

    I don't normally buy from these places but when you can get 2 cheeseburgers for £2.78 it's a bit of a bargain. Hot filling food,vit is no wonder they are popular.

    Good but would like to see faster service to those who can’t use the automated screens. Two old age pensioners were stood there for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to serve them. I had to shout and ask for someone to come and serve them

    Ate outside listening to outside entertainers.. People walking bye & enjoying atmosphere. & talking to a couple .. Daughter.. area busy with parents taking their sons & daughters to Liverpool Uni .. Never actually went in..sat outside talking.. Family going to the Law school?👃 brought meal out.Very tasty ..very good service. ..

    Very busy at 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon with my husband and 4yr old granddaughter. Not frequenting McDonald's often I asked for assistance in ordering, staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

    Food was good and well prepared and fresh. Problem is that although there were only 3 customers waiting for food, it was clear that delivery orders were jumping in front on the queue screen which shouldn't be happening when there were freshly placed food items on the hold that just needed putting in the bag. Other than that the restaurant was spotless (sadly no area for napkins and sauces) over all I wouldn't have a problem using this restaurant again as compared to some branches who can't even remember to put your desserts or paid for sauces in the bag.

    Popped in this eve after a long stressful day in work for a late tea with my daughter. Won't lie, the cleaning duties don't seem to be up to the same standard as Liscard and Charing Cross. As part of my work I spent around two weeks in both locations and saw the daily routine front of house and back and Brom need to follow suit. The reason for the five stars is the customer service from the staff. A young lady was super helpful, I didn't catch her name and a lovely lad named Jack that was exactly what you'd aim for as a franchisee. Went above and beyond whilst not encroaching on the diners. The reason for the five stars rather than four 👍🏻👍🏻✌🏻

    This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been into. I've just started work behind the estate where it is situated and working nights. You tend to get hungry so I went to McDonald's for something to eat last night and ordered a double big Mac with bacon and fries. I'm just glad I got the small fries because they were stone cold. Also, there was no bacon on the double big Mac and it looked like it was out of time. I know how McDonald's works. I used to work there. The burgers were stale and horrible and I decided to give it one more go and went back and got something different. But yes again the fries were stone cold and some up crispy wash cold. How can people pay so much money for junk food and it's rubbish not just in price but also how they keep up to date to make sure the food stays hot

    Visited here a few days ago on my day off work and ordered food for me and my brother, 2 burgers, 2 medium fries, 2 drinks. My number came straight up on the collect screen so went to go get it but I was stood waiting for 10 minutes eventually it turned up and I put my hand on one of the burgers and it was stone cold, I told the staff its cold and got called a liar and they said it wasn't cold. Eventually they said they would swap it but I said don't bother I want a refund instead. This is the 2nd time in a couple months I've had issues the other time they got everything on the order wrong and had to take it all back. Won't be going here ever again.

    Took our grandson here on Saturday and he was fascinated by the experience. It was his first Happy Meal and he ate it all. He's recently found out that he likes tomato ketchup, so everything was dipped into the tomato pot, including his apple slices. But at fifteen months everything is a new taste experience. We did queue to get in but there were plenty of tables free and there were dividers between tables. You picked up a table indicator after ordering your meal and your meal was brought to you. Our meal was short of a portion of fries but was swiftly rectified by the staff. The staff are very helpful and table cleaning was done regularly. They are a credit to McDonald's.

    Quick table service. Have to give a special mention to Donna for helping me and my son so quickly. Hes type 1 diabetic and had a very bad quick hypo. She quickly got him a pure orange juice to help him. She was speaking about allergens and was very helpful to everyone who walked in. Brilliant service.

    Supposed to be fast food but it's anything but fast. The last few times we've been it's been at least 15 minutes until we reach the bit to order. Then they never have milkshakes or ice cream, and the last time we went they didn't even have chicken burgers!? The staff were clearly distracted by something as we were asked if we'd like anything else before they asked what drink we wanted with our meal. Just a royal shambles. Speaking of shambles, the state if my burger when it finally arrived looked as though it was thrown together from 10ft away!! Massive disappointment.

    It's a trip to McDonald's, this journey was pure hangover food. Place was busy, ordered 2 x Big Mac meals. Issue with new app which was frustrating initially but once logged onto WiFi it was ok. Will use McDonald's again as it does what it does very well 🤷

    I very rarely dine at McDonald’s as I don’t eat beef burgers. On the rare occasions I have visited it is usually in the company of people who regularly eat there. I can say without fail every single chicken item I have tried has been a massive, dry, tasteless disappointment. Consistently awful chicken that never tastes fresh and is always flavourless.

    Last night kept waiting 10 minutes because they said tills had gone off?. Ordered 2 large coffee's only to be told they didn't have any large cups!???. Went again tonight and was in a queue of 5 cars ( where you give your order ) that had all turned their engines off because nobody was taking orders??? Waited 10 minutes then like the car behind me I left to go somewhere else. Poor management badly run....won't be going back.

    Waited over half hour for food to be delivered to table cold ... It was like it was took out of a fridge it wasn't just cold like it sat there it was actually chilled!!!! Had to speak with manager and demand a refund . Wouldn't mind but it was for my son's birthday so had family and a few of his friends and we waited that long for food that we had no time to go somewhere else before I took him to paintballing so we were all starving.

    If I could give a -1 star review I would. Waste of time, money and petrol attempting to go to McDonald's Bromborough. Machines always off or some other reason why you won't get a full order. If you have any sense carry on to KFC or Burger King... atleast you'll get a full order and not excuses.

    Visited 11am very quiet tables clearly not been cleaned recently at all really disgusting. Food was correct and good though. Hot chocolate always like dirty water from this place.

    just been to McDonalds Bromborough ( first time in some years against my better judgement )and ordered 2x plain cheeseburgers, 1x plain chicken burger and 3x large fries, they did not have any coke ! . Drove away a distance to eat. When opened cheeseburgers they had sauce, mustard and gherkin on, not what was ordered. If we had not been some distance away we would have taken them back so just put in bin. useless service never again.

    Went to go through the drive through today, tried to use a monopoly voucher and got told it had already been used (which it hasn’t) the young girl on the drive through till was absolutely awful with her manners! Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. Now I usually go to this one over any other but I will not be back if that’s how they speak to the customers!

    Coca-Cola is flat and the food is cold. Everytime I've come here recently something goes wrong. Also I was sat in 1 lane of the drive thru for over 5 minutes waiting to be served while cars pulled in after me in the other lane and went straight through. Dissapointed is an understatement. Told the girls at the desk and they just came up with excuses, not what you expect from a "Fast Food" joint infact it was the total opposite. Wish idve asked to speak to a manager now absolutely fuming!!! Never going back there again

    Didn’t have a clue what they were doing, sat in my car and watched the other lane get repeatedly served while our lane just sat there. Won’t be going back now a Burger King has opened on the same retail park. Better quality food there anyway.

    Literally a miserable dinner. My vegan patty was broken in half and it was all hanging out the bun were they have just slung it in the box , and no gherkins on it again! And chips were room temperature and tasted stale. And my coke is flat with no ice as usual, I don’t know why it’s so hard for them to serve food properly. Sort it out.

    Very efficient service on the morning I called in & all good with the food. Only niggle was they seemed determined to make the paper napkins ridiculously hard to find after not putting any in the bag with my order.. had to ask the woman mopping the floor in the end as none of the staff serving would stop to ask what my problem was. My cloak of invisibility remains as strong as ever!

    Never known more ignorant staff at the drive through, I had to wait to pay because one man thought it was more important to type on the phone. The windows aren't even open just the card machine left in the donation lid so you can tap your card. The happy meal boxes wernt even done up to be handed to us, bottom one left open other one shoved in the top. No friendless, No Hello, No goodbye just told the total. One lady was also handing the food out with woolen gloves on unbelievably unhygienic.
