As a Manc having to visit the city for the first time in a long time... I was pleasantly surprised at how much Liverpool has come on. The water froms development is amazing! Lots to see and do for all walks of life. It's also a decent walk too, with all the historical buildings along side new. Worth a visit I'd say and I'll probably visit again soon.

Wow what a place to stroll around. Beautiful city and good vibes. I love this city so much. A lot of monuments and historical buildings all around here. I spent half a day here and Albert Dock to walk and tour around. If you love Liverpool, this is definitely one of the place you must visit when you are in the city!

Breath taking place, mixture between culture, nature and history. Recommended for taking your time to relax and meditate. Don't forget to enjoy a cup of coffee from the nearby street coffeeshop.

Upon arriving in Liverpool for a visit we decided to start our visit with a stroll along the iconic waterfront. From the moment we stepped onto the large pedestrian promenade, I was struck by the glorious views stretching out towards the Mersey river. Ships floating serenely in the water, providing a scenic backdrop to our walk. To our left, the distinctive trio of buildings known as the Three Graces stood proudly, while reflections of their facades shimmered on the river's surface. All around us, other striking landmarks like the Museum of Liverpool and Royal Liver Building added to the impressive skyline. Luckily the cold weather and post Christmas sale in shops drop away the expected crowds and we could enjoy the walk and photography without distruption. Along the way, we discovered an array of fascinating monuments paying tribute to significant figures from the city's past. From engineers who oversaw development along the docks to those who sadly lost their lives in maritime disasters, their stories brought this place's history to life. Breaking up our walk with visits to intriguing small museums and art galleries which should keep visitors engaged for hours. The waterfront on the whole seemed well-maintained and welcoming to both locals and visitors alike. Few others had also braved the cold and came to soak up the scenic views and take photos against the backdrop of towering architecture and ships. I would thoroughly recommend adding a stroll along this iconic stretch to experience the splendour of Liverpool from the water's edge. No doubt in warm weather and packed with people it is a different experience that is worth another dedicated trip.

Historically significant place with beautiful architecture (old and new) and enough to see and do to occupy you for days (Museum of Liverpool, ferries, Maritime/Slavery museum, Tate Liverpool, British music museum, tunnel tours, Albert Dock, the Three Graces, Titanic memorial, Beatles statue, etc.). Well maintained by the council and the various other businesses and landowners there - hundreds of millions have clearly been spent and as a result it's probably the best waterfront development in the UK.

Very little to complain about here. Mostly a tidy place and offers a pleasant walk to enjoy any time of the year. You can see the ferries traveling through the River Mersey and there's always a bench to sit on if you wanna take in the view, as well as places to visit along the waterfront. The only thing I dislike is seeing Birkenhead in the distance. But hey ho.

Worth a walk and make sure you look πŸ™„up andπŸ™ƒ down. Building architecture highly detailed. Variety of plaques, statues and monuments to those who contributed to Liverpools history including those Merchant Seaman who gave their lives, the Titanic to the brightly painted Ferry across the Mersey that still operates. If the wind is blowing in the right direction you can hear Gerry and The Pacemakers as it sets sail for Seacombe on the Wirral. Have a photo with the detailed excellent full size statues of the Beatles celebrating their achievements. Variety of exhibitions to enter on route to the Albert Dock. Forgot to say when you look down include the history of the Mersey Tunnels . A must is to do the Tunnel Tour down under the streets. Include James Street Station where there is access to travel on the historic length of underground railway. Google Prince's Dock to see how the liners docked and passengers transferred from trains. The Waterfront has so much more history that's easy to find out on the internet.

Visited Liverpool on Tuesday 16/05/23. A tour of the Royal Liver Building, amazing. Then free time, so a wander around the Liverpool Waterfront, a picnic overlooking the Mersey, photo opportunities; Billy Fury statue, Working Horse sculpture, and the Nightingale from the Ukraine ( looking like a big chickenπŸ˜…). Popped into the TATE for a bit of culture. Splendid day. πŸ˜πŸ‘

Beautiful area made even better by warm skies and happy people. The addition of the cruise liner terminal has further enhanced the entrance for people to sample the rich warmth that Liverpool and it's locals provide in abundance.

A breathtaking view of the City with so many Iconic buildings and a long list of sites, attractions, and amazing walks. The Iconic Three Graces, made up of The Port of Liverpool Building, the Cunard Building, and the Royal Liver Building are a Majestic site along with the Iconic Liver Birds. The Royal Liver Building's 360 Degree Tour, the British Music Experience, the Beatles Story, the Museum of Liverpool, Tate Liverpool, the Maritime Museum, the International Slavery Museum, the Royal Albert Dock, and not to forget the Icon Mersey Ferries. Many of these attractions are free to enter and each one is amazing in it's own right. Not to forget the major events that are often held at the Pier Head. Liverpool's River Festival of light was absolutely amazing. Another fantastic well run free event across the city. The Giants were outstanding. Constant music events and this years 2023 Eurovision Song Contest with the Euro Village. An amazing and well organised two-week Music event. So much to see and so much to do and a fabulous gateway into an amazing city.

Fantastic! Rooms were big, beautiful and clean. Service was amazing! They pretty much carried our ginormous luggage in all by themselves (which we REALLY appreciated as we had been on the road 4 months) Great location and pet friendly. Beautiful hotel.

What they have done with the Liverpool Waterfront is fantastic. This is a really nice area to visit. Some of the architecture and buildings are amazing, not just the old ones like the Royal Liver Building, but the new ones like the Museum of Liverpool. It’s a great place to walk and there is lots to do. Ideal place to spend some time if you are getting the ferry to the Isle of Man. I would certainly recommend a visit and to spend some time walking round here.

Just a pity about the amount of rubbish, beer cans/bottles and used fast food packaging just left dumped. What impressions do we leave for all our outsiders visiting our famous city?

We visited the Liverpool Festival of Light - a temporary free attraction on until 6 November. The whole thing was absolutely brilliant - what a great display and a credit to everyone who was involved in the planning and logistics of setting it up. What a treat to add to our visit to the city!

Had a lovely day out here recently. The weather was fantastic which made being by the docks cool and refreshing. After having something to eat in a near by restaurant we walked along The Liverpool Front. It was great to see the historic buildings such as The Liver Buildings lit up by the sun, the modern museum and the statues of The Beatles. Would definitely visit here again

We ate at Matou. Great location but it was Β£130 for 4 average tasting meals and we felt rushed from start to finish. Then we got asked if we would like to pay an Β£11 service charge which we did because were soft.

This is a great area for a walk about. Not crowded at this time of the year, and right next to the Liverpool Museum (which is fantastic by the way). Recommended.

Very beautiful waterfront. Large pedestrian space to get a view of the three buildings and the river.

The Three Graces, another iconic part of Liverpool life. You're best off going during the day even though the beautiful waterfront looks amazing at night. It tends to get very busy of a night and you have to dodge the skater kids (which isn't a bad thing) but as I said it's very busy of a night. I find it better going over to Woodside Ferry terminal (on the dark side) to view the stunning city skyline at night πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
