Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Firstly, it's right next to the train station. It's central to a hugh amount of shops, bars & places to eat. All the staff are super friendly & helpful, nothing is a problem. The rooms are modern, clean & the beds are very very very comfortable. Tea & coffee provided. Food was amazing & freshly made.

My earrings were stolen by housekeeping. We stayed in room 118 on 17/6/22 and I left them on the side to put in my ears. I got distracted, we left the room checked out and I called the hotel around 30 minutes later once I’d remembered. They told me the earrings hadn’t been found. I walked back up to the hotel around 2 hours later and was told the exact same thing by someone else. I know 100% I left them on the side so that means only one thing - the person who cleaned the room once we had left took them. I’ve made several attempts to call the customer relations dept .. it keeps ringing out. It’s a shame as everything else about the hotel was spot on. I was adamant I didn’t want to get anyone into trouble but actually now I’m being totally ignored I feel different. The earrings weren’t worth much but they were special to me because my husband bought them for our anniversary. Dishonest staff means I won’t be visiting this Premier Inn again.

Really great stay. I got the more expensive room (can't remember the name). Bed was very comfortable. Good amenities in the room like a kettle, iron and fridge. Two small very small cups for hot drinks and two glasses. There was a bottle of still and sparkling water bottles in the fridge which was complimentary and nice chocolates. It was nice and quiet apart from the slight rumble of traffic below with *A LOT* of construction going on however. Bathroom was nice too, though pressure was a bit variable. Room was a little bit dusty on some surfaces so I suspect it had been cleaned a few days ago but very clean. There is a small floor to ceiling window that couldn't be opened however but temperature control on wall was good. Check in was easy using a touch screen computer which printed your key card and then you could just drop this into a box to check out. The hotel is signposted from the pavement as it isn't quite on the street but easy to stop and good location.

Exactly what you’d expect... Air con worked perfectly, beds were comfy, shower pressure was exception and conveniently located 5mis from Liverpool station.

First time we have stayed in a Premier Inn but definitely won't be the last. Nice size room with a king size and single beds that were very comfortable, had a great nights sleep, so much so that we are thinking of buying their mattresses! Nice size bathroom with shower over bath with hand and shower wash. Tv and complimentary tea and coffee. Lovely and clean too.Breakfast was amazing, such a great choice and all freshly cooked, as a serving dish became empty it was quickly refilled, and you could have as much as you wanted. Staff very friendly and very helpful, nothing to much trouble as I found out when a young lady helped me get my case open when I forgot my keys! Great location for where we wanted to be, everything just minutes away.

A very nice hotel had a great time. It is in an amazing location so close to the train station you can literally see it from the door. It is a little hiden but quickly found it. Only a few little things let it down so I couldn't give it the full 5 stars. Check in was ok the the self check in didn't work so we had to got to reception. It took 3 attempts to get a card that worked not the staffs fault but the system seems buggie and needs to be looked at and old cards need to be replaced. The rooms were nice and Mosley clean a clogged extract fan let it down I don't expect these to be spotless but definitely not like the below photo. Also it seems that the paint is peeling above the sink. (Photos below) but overall not bad and wouldn't affect my stay. The bed was very comfortable and they had extra plows. We had a room with an extra bed but it didn't seem very comfortable you could feel every spring but again it didn't affect us because we didn't use it but something to note if you are booking and need the extra bed. The room did have air conditioning which the temperature could be adjusted from the room. But we couldn't change the mode ourselves for some reason. So on our first day it was on hot we guess that if you put the temperature down it changed but that wasn't the case so it made the first night very hot and uncomfortable and we couldn't open the window as it didn't open so we just switched it off but it remained very hot and stuffy. The next day we did ask reception if this could be changed and they were more than happy to change the mode for us to cool rather than heat so the next night was so much better. So if you find this don't be scared to ask to get it changed as the staff are happy to change it for you not sure why it isn't an option on the panel... but this was quickly resolved so bonus point. Breakfast was amazing and had everything you need for a full English breakfast but a strange thing happened on the last day all the other days was help yourself to as much as you like for cooked food buffa style. However on the last day you had to be wait to be served but you still had to get your own toast and tea and stuff and it was ok but it took so much longer and you might not get everything you want and in the way you want and because you was doing most of it your self anyway it doesn't make sense to have to wait for the cooked bit when it's all there. May I suggest Premier Inn do one or the other make it a full help yourself or make it full service. But not a hybrid because it doesn't work. tea and coffee are fine but not this half and half for cooked by the time I got my food my toast was cold...the bathroom was amazing the shower was great had lovely and high pressure and we had a bath in our room which was a nice surprise. Provide soup was fine and smelled lovely but definitely on the cheap side but what I expected to be honest. Shower curtain was clean and they seemed to be changed and washed fo each guest. Towels were provided and were changed on request. Overall this was a lovely place to stay. It had nice and friendly staff that provided a great service, the room was clean and the food was great. Would stay again if I needed to.

I am absolutely disgusted with your treatment of my son during his stay this weekend. My son stayed alone as he was meeting his friends for drinks. He returned alone as he had early work commitments the next morning. On returning around 1am he was humiliated by your staff when he said he was unsure if his room number. He showed his booking confirmation and ID, but was still questioned. Eventually your staff member said he had guessed correctly in the first place…. Your condescending staff member told him “due to GDPr I didn’t believe you”. This is an absolute outrage, you should be ashamed….my son had told him the correct number. My son is in his early twenties and if he had been unable to gain entry to his room and something had happened to him I would be holding you responsible. In this current climate of crime against young people on their own you should be completely ashamed and the staff member needs training. I work in an industry dealing with GDPR and he obviously needs re-educating on what this means. I will be logging an official complaint against you so this does not happen to another innocent young person.

The ambience was very good 👍 and they are maintaining good cleaned room and they are providing towels, bath wash and shampoo.very nearer to station, walkable distance only. They are giving good breakfast such as bread, burger bun, fruit juices, croissant, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, corn flakes, muffins also. They have kids friendly menu. We felt very comfortable stay🤗.

Great room, clean and comfortable. Friendly efficient staff. Despite being a busy weekend was not disturbed by any noise at all.

Staff were wonderful. I use premier inn as the bed is better than mine but not in this case. Bed not as comfy and one of the single bed was small and noisy whenever you moved. All this was very disappointing. The saving grace was the staff.

Clean and spacious hotel. Just that it only gives you the basic supplies that you need to buy water and toiletries yourselves - something we didn’t expect.

Our room was great. Nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. The breakfast was a bit chaotic and everything kept running out. Waiting for eggs for a while. The only thing that disappoints me is the fact that they don’t have a laundry room. I wanted to do our laundry and expected them to at least have coin operated washing machines…. But no! I ended up washing our clothes in the bathroom sink and hanging them all around our room. Took 2 days to dry. We will be staying in more premier inns so I guess I will be doing a lot of hand washing of our clothes over the next week or so.

This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring what Liverpool has to offer. We caught a train to Liverpool and the hotel is a stones throw away. As with all Premier inns it was very tidy and everything is well presented. Beds were very comfortable and shower in the room was great. Staff seemed a little stretched but we welcoming and helped in anyway they could. Will definitely return to Liverpool and use this hotel again.

Great central location from Lime Street. A convenience store across the road. I'd use that for snacks and cold drinks as the vending machine prices are outrageous. The rooms are clean and well air conditioned.

The Hotel is located right in the heart of historic and modern part of the city centre. 5 min walk in any direction to restaurant, 10 min lovely walk to the Docks. The Hotel was immaculately clean, can't hear a noise from outside and the staff the best you can get. Alot of people say it's a bit shady around the area. We visited as a family and felt perfectly safe, however were back in by 10.00. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Had excellent nights sleep. Thanks so much for the helpful staff.

Excellent location only a walking distance from the train station and from major shops and restaurants. You are at the heart of Liverpool but I didn't like the room as it barely had a window and there was a door between mine and the room next to mine so I could hear all their conversation.

It was mine and my partners 1st time in liverpool together , lovely clean rooms with great aircon , based across the road to train station .Also a thank you to the young lady with brown hair (didn't quite catch her name) for making us feel welcome , all staff were also helpful and friendly 😊

Stayed here for a recent event, great access to the city. The staff were really nice, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet for a city, especially as I stayed on a Friday night! Breakfast was excellent too. No parking, but there is a multistorey just over the road which only cost £14 for my entire stay. Would definitely return if I were visiting Liverpool again!

Stayed one night with my 2 children during half term on a first visit to Liverpool. Great location for train station and all sites of the city. Booked a family room as hoping for double and 2 singles (children both teenagers). However, as I was honest and only booked in 3 names got a double and a single (appreciate all families different). Told by the staff I should have cheated the system and put a 4th name on my booking and just said that they couldn't come. That would have got us the 2 singles. Can't say I've seen that advice on Premier Inn's FAQS! Was told hotel was full so no other rooms. Have to say I don't know where everyone was as place was very quiet. Even at 9am for breakfast. Food at breakfast very good, lots of hot/fresh food available. Would stay again when in the city, even able to leave luggage before we booked in and after whilst we stayed in the city before our train.

Didn't even know this was here tucked away opposite Lime St Station. Very clean, no fuss stay. Rooms excellent and beds very comfy. Slight negative is the milk in the room must have been very out of date. Brewed up but it was like hot sour lemon 😂. Could've been the kettle? Anyway, breakfast OK👌

Stayed here on a visit to Liverpool for my sons 12th birthday.. (visit to Anfield etc) Was dreading the thought of staying here to he honest, BUT the place is amazing! Location is right beside the station on Lime st, a stones throw from the town center and buses from the airport stop just around the corner. The place was spotless, rooms are super comfy, and the breakfasts are superb. But the best thing is the staff, ... I've done city breaks all over the world and I have to say the staff at lime street are the most friendliest and helpful I've ever came across, they made a good stay into an amazing stay... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to friends or family and we will definitely be back next time we are in Liverpool... And for your information.. Bus number 500 goes from the airport to Liverpool... Get off at St John's shopping center.. Hotel is 200m in front of you...

Perfectly located hotel for exploring Liverpool. Stayed here over a weekend for the football with my son. The hotel itself is 2 mins walk from Lime street and house both premier inn rooms and suites at this location. We stayed in the suite rooms and they were worth the extra money having nicer decor, lighting, fridge and coffee machine. The staff at reception were amazing and a special mention to Vicki from housekeeping who helped sort out an issue we had. Breakfast was basic but had a lot of choices including hot and cold buffet. Would recommend and looking forward to staying again soon.

Came to Liverpool for my birthday, asked for extra pillows for myself and my partner and arrived back to the room with a birthday card and extra pillows! Staff couldn’t do enough for me. Will definitely stay again if I find myself in Liverpool again. Only grumble was the fact we were in a room on ground level so was woken up early hours by bins being moved. Very clean.

Great two night stay. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and nice bathroom. Clean and tidy. Staff were so friendly and attentive. We didn't see anyone on check out to pass on the shower in room 205 is not working well, makes funny noise and the pressure is very up and down. Thank you.

Overall pretty good but there should be spare toilet tissue in the room so you don’t have to ask for more. One pillow each is also a bit stingy. Good location though.

Great location opposite Lime Street Station. Slightly difficult for our mini bus to find due to all the roadworks. Has to ask for more towels and tea and coffee during a 2 night stay. Tea and coffee is already pre packed up and at the side of reception so you can help yourself. Can leave cases if arrive early or after checking out. Friendly staff and security.

Booked 1 night at this hotel as I was in Liverpool for the Eagles concert. Chuffed with the room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The best though, after returning back to the hotel very late after the concert, I was warmly welcomed by John working in the bar, with his witty banter and his friendly manner. Made my day!

Rooms are excellent as always and staff are so friendly always ready to help. This place has the best breakfast I've ever had in a Premier Inn, the chefs name was Shaun and I hope he's still there for when I next come back!

Apart from the location which was ideal Everthing else poor from food to staff to cleanliness, very disappointing , yes it’s only a premier inn but at £175 per night for room only expected better , grand national weekend or not double the normal room rate but same standard of everything else . Use premier inn for work and stopped in some pretty decent ones this was not .

Staff are as friendly as ever, the breakfast was brilliant considering the price of the over night stay. Would recommend! Stone throw from train station, wetherspoons and also the indoor Market.

The smallest Premier Inn room we (4 of us) have stayed in - they're not as 'standard' as you might think! Breakfast was chaotic - no clear walkway to the drinks station, which meant you were always stepping around diners. No proper coffee, just sachets & hot water - the coffee machine was broken throughout our visit. Suspect staff levels were low, because those we did see were run ragged. But I cannot fault the central location of this hotel.

Great location. Corridors narrow for wheelchairs. Some doors have automatic locks. Would have been handy with the wheelchair but we didn't get one.

Arrived the 16th Dec 22 had booked for 3 nights stay. Reception staff lovely. Disappointed with small room and second bed looked like a child's bed. Following morning we spoke to Megan and she was so lovely, she changed our room. And gave us a complimentary breakfast for Sunday morning. Our breakfast on Saturday morning was lovely, Megan and her team kept the food topped up and it was all lovely. Unfortunately Sunday morning, a different team, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was a shortage constantly. No sausage, then no bacon and so on. Sausages, when they did come out, looked raw. Wish Megan and her team were on as it would have been perfect. There was a constant queue of people waiting on something that was being cooked. He was not organised in his kitchen. Also he was touching the spoons instead of handles. Very unhygienic.Glad it was a complimentary breakfast as I wouldn't have wanted to pay as was not value for money.

We stayed here Jan 9th with a family and double room. The staff from start to finish were so friendly and interacted superbly with my kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable, including the nice touches left in the room. We couldn’t recommend this location anymore.
