Great hotel in good location and good bar and grill in village hotel opposite. The rooms are standard travel lodge ones and hotel itself is very modern n quiet inside.

I found a carpet beetle sharing the room with me and this tv is only big enough for him. Its the size of a stamp! Very very poor quality room!

Nice travel lodge. Only concern. It was on a busy road. But rooms were clean. Bed comfy. However bit stingy on milk tea and coffee in rooms, but staff at entrance had plenty. You just have to ask. Or take your own!

Bed and linen clean and comfortable. Room small but OK for 1 night. Tried to check in early but nobody on reception. Called number on display, she was outside smoking and fussing a dog. Car park small.

The only good thing about this place were the staff. They were helpful. But the room was disgust. Bathroom had mold around the bath, the grout, the skirting, floor was sticky, bath was tiny. No restaurant on site. Really basic. Security in the car park park was terrible. Backs on to a wooded area with no fences. We were told anyone with vans had their vans broken In to and all their tools stolen the week before. We had a van. So were not very happy being told this after we had arrived and paid. Travel lodge should have notified customers before hand so they could cancel! Though they were working on adding extra cctv cameras now.

Everything is good, except the carpet is a bit old, free car park, convenient to drive both Liverpool and Chester. Very helpful and nice staffs

We stay here frequently and the rooms, while basic, are always clean. The staff are always polite and friendly, Dawn on reception, always has a smile and is very helpful.

Although it is badged as Bromborough, it really is within walking distance of the wonderful Port Sunlight garden village. I had a decent stay at the travelodge with no complaints.

The rooms were tiny and my carpet was stained and didn't really want to walk on it in bare feet.

I have stayed in so many Travelodges in my time and this was by far the noisiest one ever. I've stayed in city center hotels that were quieter, this one was hidden behind a Volkswagen dealership out of town. On arrival the front of the hotel was surrounded by a bunch of hells angel wannabes smoking weed. We were given a room on the ground floor, backing on to reception opposite the laundry store and staff area. Banging and crashing most of the night from the staff areas, one female member of staff was shouting along the corridor in the early hours about her upcoming operation and how much time off she would be having. Being right by the entrance the smell of whatever the crowd outside, along with staff members, was smoking lingered. Apparently the room above was occupied by an elephant wearing high heels that was doing some sort of catwalk show walking up and down as well so little to no sleep was had the first night. The second night wasn't any better, the bikers returned and were sitting with their bikes idling outside the hotel for some reason, staff members were directly outside the room window smoking again. The room itself wasn't terrible, could have done with a clean but apart from the sink plug being held on with a filthy, brown stained shoe lace was tolerable. There was one double plug socket in the room that was accessible, only one side of that worked and that didn't go all the way in properly. While we heard SEVERAL staff members we only saw one when we checked in and that was it the whole time so unfortunately I couldn't raise these issues with them. I definitely don't recommend this location.

Stayed for almost 3 weeks while visiting family. The room was OK, I'm need of some maintenance and very basic but the bed was comfortable and very quiet given the convenient location. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Forget the breakfast to go though, do yourself a favour and head off to whaleys for a full English.

Don't stay in room 101. The AC system in the lobby is attached to the floor of the room and it's a constant noise and vibration. The family, pet friendly room however was nice and big. The bathroom was very tired and the ceiling looked a mess. The rooms could also do with better sound insulation. If we stayed here again I would request that we didn't get room 101

My stay was marred by finding ladybird in the bed and on the lights and the walls. I took pictures of these and showed to the the receptionist. Moreover, the shower dispenser was broken and made it hard to dispense shampoo. The hardware dispenser was also empty.

Room was a bit sparse but it's a comfortable bed, and a clean room. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the locations great.

We booked a night stay here recently but when we checked in, we found the room to be small, hot, no aircon, no air, couldn't open the windows with just a £5 small fan from Tesco and there was a heatwave! We decided to check out and leave as it will not be comfortable and we will not be able to sleep there. I complained to customer service and asked to refund the money or even give me half as we didn't use the room but customer service refused to help at all! I was charged by Travelodge about £100 for one night stay that didn't even happen. There was no consideration and no compassion, all they are thinking is how to get money from people. This will be the last time I will book with Travelodge.

Have been here before and had a nice experience this time different.Booked a 4 night stay over the weekend. On arrival the young lad asked my surname and gave me room key. (Last time the guy gave us directions and a bit of chat) Room is very basic and had a few start hairs on the carpet before I even got into the room but I swept it out into the hall with my feet. Over the 4 nights my bedding was never changed and carpet not even hoovered. As someone with flakey skin this was very noticeable on the carpet but still not hoovered. I found every night I was itchy and felt like I was being bitten but too scared to look at the mattress incase in find anything. With the window open the busy road outside can be loud but on closing it, it's not bad until someone decides to empty their bottle bins at 3am on a Friday and sat night 🤣 After this experience I think I will pay the extra £100 and get somewhere a little bit more expensive. But you do get what you pay for. Not one for confronting people face to face or I would have said something. Room 208

The room could be better equipped, bed side table, glasses in the bathroom ect. When we got there we checked in. Went to our room, not long after we was going to have a shower realised we had no towels or shower and hair foam. So I went downstairs, the lovely lady who checked us in brought us the towels ect up. We soon went to sleep but the lights from the hotel across the road shone into the room, which was a pain and the mattress was to firm for me, I kept waking up if it wasn't the lights it was the bed, making me stiff. When we woke up, made a cup of coffee and had no spoons. So we got ready and left and had coffee else where. If I was paying £40 for the room I could understand but I had paid a lot more. I can safely say we won't be staying there again.

Stayed here one night whilst working in Wales. Tidy rooms, comfy beds. Extra pillows are provided in all rooms, a desk fan and a kettle to make tea and coffee. There's also a hand and body wash dispenser in the clean shower.

Staying here after a house fire, and all the staff have been superb, they even donated some if their own things to help us.. We are comfy, warm, and it's an excellent short term base for us while we sort things out. I've found the staff friendly with everyone they're talking to; they are outstanding examples of hospitality.

Stayed here for one night for work. We didn't arrive until late but Pete on the check-in desk was so friendly and chatty (even though we disturbed his break!), Honestly all the staff we encountered were very friendly and nice. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean. The one downside is yes the road was quite busy, however this didn't disturb our good night's sleep, hence why it still gets 5 stars. There was enough parking and enough food outlets around to be able to get something to eat. We will definitely stay here again if passing.

Nice travelodge with good staff, place was really clean. Only issue I had was the traffic noise at night and the walls are thin so it can be a tad noisy. Tip Ask for a room on the rear of the hotel as we stayed at the front and the main road was noisy.

This Travelodge is fairly easy to find. A good car park at the back. A clean room, with the bed very typical of Travelodge and covers tucked in. Staff, very polite. One minus point. Other guests let fire door near lift to thud close itself, which was loud.
