Had a great stay even though it was only a night. Great location. Perfect if you’re going to the docks or Liverpool one. Staff are so lovely, really helpful and welcoming. Room is good for a budget hotel. Water pressure on the shower was good which you don’t get often. Gutted there wasn’t a kettle but you can’t expect everything. Clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend for the price.

I totally recommend this hotel. Staff are so kind and the facilities are so great. The bed is very comfortable. The hot water and heating works great. The hotel is super central which is great for walking the streets of Liverpool. The only thing I missed was a hairdryer. Otherwise, everything was great. I will definitely repeat this hotel on my next visit to this city. Thank you so much!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great location, pleasant and chirpy staff. Other than that not my cup of tea. Why hotel industry has no regulations regarding room sizes in our country? I know pictures of the rooms are on the website but once you there… my brain just didn’t process the fact that they actually really do fit a double beds in boxrooms. I’ve never seen a hotel like this in any country. Two orange coat hangers on the wall is genuinely all you get for storage. Not a shelf in view or any other surface except a narrow strip of floor (too small for 2 people to squeeze around). Plus the room had sewage problems and it stank bad. I didn’t even stay. Just booked Premier Inn in the Docks instead. I was so angry I just didn’t care for refund (they’d probably just offer £20 like they do with everyone else). I am superb glad I chose Premier Inn. Was very happy with it. Guys, just close your eyes and pay a bit extra because easyhotel is really not worth the stress & disappointment.

We have stayed 2 nights. Location is just perfect! Easy to get anywhere! Room was looking to main street but there is no noise inside. Room was clean and tidy. Receptionists are really helpful. You should take the hairdryer from reception. They also let us to leave our bags in storage area when we had to early check out.

I’ll be honest I was a little skeptic about this place when I booked it however it did not disappoint. Although yes the room was small it did the job for a night away. It was very clean and the staff were great especially Tom who was a great help! Would definitely recommend paying extra for a window because the view was lovely.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is at the edge of city centre. Perfect for a few days of shopping and/or sightseeing. The bed is comfortable and there are charging port (socket and usb) on each side and a small space as a night stand. AC works perfectly well and the room can cool down in just a few minutes. The room lacks open storage and only has two fixed clothes racks. The window is just a regular window so you need to put the blinds down most of the time while you are in the room if you want proper privacy. The window sill can place quite a lot of items but it's hard to access while the blind is down.

Very clean and quiet. Small rooms but a comfy double bed and good shower. Perfect for a no frills place to stay if you aren't fussed on having a spacious hotel room and just want somewhere simple to spend the night. An excellent city centre location, I will be booking here again.

For the price you pay, it’s a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect for tourists as everything is within walking distance. The view from my room was beautiful. The reception staff (Tom specifically) was really friendly and helpful. Is it perfect? No. But I can safely say I’ve paid a lot more money for hotels that don’t come close to this one.

Both times I have been welcomed by Felipe and he just lovely! Really friendly and provides great service. He was happy to accommodate my request to be on the top floor. Rooms are basic and dinky, but clean. Towels and basic shower gel is provided. TV in the rooms along with air con/heating controls. Sturdy, firm double beds with firm pillows (personally can't stand a really soft pillow, so this was great for me). Feels really secure and safe, particularly with 247 reception and key cards to enter each floor and the main door being locked (key card accessible) between 10pm and 7am. Excellent central location, right opposite a sainsburys, the gin distillery, around the corner from Costa and Pret and minutes away from town and the docks. I would have given 5 stars if a kettle and cups were provided. I am a caffeine-addict and a coffee first thing would have been the only improvement needed.

Clean rooms, really friendly accommodating staff. Great location nearby shops, bars etc. but still very quiet in rooms; no outside noise. Would definitely stay here again - would recommend a room with a window as quite disconcerting when rooms are pitch black no matter the time of day! Having said that, plenty of artificial lighting.

The hotel is the bare essentials. It has the literal bare minimum of what you'd need and is clean with AC so that is nice. It is super small for the space and you basically only have room for a bed. I got the option without windows and didn't realize how cramped it would be. But at the end of the day, if you are only using this to sleep and nothing else, the hotel does the job. If you want more, you should look for elsewhere.

I understand this is a budget hotel however there's budget and there's this. Rooms are absolutely tiny not enough to fit suitcases of 2 people in. Very awkward to get up and move around and the distance from the shower to the toilet is dreadful, knees where actually squashed in! You get 2 hangers to hang up clothes 1 per person and why do the plugs not work properly? It shouldn't take 14 hours to only half charge up a portable charger! It's also like a sweat box in there, air con is awful and no air due to the no windows. We did chose the option for no windows but we didn't expect it to be like that. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody

Had a wonderful trip to Liverpool for the weekend with my wife for our anniversary. The location of the hotel is brilliant, everywhere we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were so helpful and accommodating. The lady on reception was particularly helpful in helping us find our way around the city, she also had a great insight into the best places to go for food and drink near by. Would definitely return again, easy hotels are exactly what they say on the tin.. no drama just easy :)

Booked through Buyagift, was never told that photo ID was required. Room was windowless and cell like, room was big enough for bed and shower/toilet cubicle but any luggage became an immediate trip hazard as floor space allowed for only one person to be able to move about at a time. Stayed long enough to book another hotel. Still kept the room though to get the validated parking.

Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Only downfall, which wasn't the hotels fault, was other people staying in the hotel were quite noisy. Other than that, everything was clean and tidy.

Great location! Walking distance to everything walking Room extremely clean. Great value for the price. Minimal services but just right for the price. Staff extremely helpful , front desk were extremely accommodating and friendly. Kudos to Filppo!

Great location with a short walk to most attractions in the city. The room could have been cleaner but for a couple of nights it's all we needed. Storage for clothing is a little bit of an issue but again, for a short stay. I would suggest better maintenance of the rooms too. Our shower door did not close properly and only 1 electrical socket worked on each side of the bed. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. For what you need for a short stay and what the rooms are charged at, its not too bad.

Great location in the city center of Liverpool. The room was spotless. I was greeted by highly polite, very friendly, and helpful receptionist Filippo. The checkout process also went pretty smooth. Very grateful with all the staffs at the hotel especially Filippo, Mobin, and Emma.

Nice clean rooms. Fantastic location. Ideal if you're looking for a good value base to explore the city. Parking in multi-story nearby. Rooms are VERY small it's worth paying the extra for a window, or it would be very claustrophobic! The windows don't open. There is aircon, but it wasn't the best. Kept knocking off. If you're looking for something a bit more luxurious, this is not the place for you. But really good value if your on a budget

Location is fantastic, come out of the hotel and turn left and your on the main shopping street. The Royal Albert Dock is only about 10 minutes away too. The rooms are very small but they do the job. Staff are very friendly. Would book again if coming back to Liverpool.

Really poor levels of cleanliness on arrival. I very much appreciate that this is a cheap, basic, no-frills hotel, but I feel that there's a basic standard of cleanliness that needs to be adhered to irrespective of price. The toilet hadn't even been flushed from prior use so I can say with confidence that the toilet hadn't been cleaned. The toilet and sink were also dirty (hairs showing they hadn't been cleaned) and the very few surfaces also had dust on them. Mirror covered in smears. One of the bedside lights was broken and the door peephole had tissue stuffed inside it. The bed and towels were thankfully clean. I'm not unreasonable - the room is tiny, no window, etc. and all of that is fine as that's the operating model, but they really shouldn't be cutting corners on basic cleaning. If they can't break even with more cleaning hours, then I would honestly prefer to pay £5 more for an extra 30 minutes of cleaning. I have stayed in the same brand of hotel elsewhere and it was very clean. On the plus side, reception staff were helpful and efficient, shower worked well, bed was comfy and location is great - slap bang in the middle of the city centre, all shops and train stations within walking distance. Just improve the cleanliness and it'd be grand!

The location is excellent however, the rooms we got weren’t as the ones showed on the pictures, they didn’t have any windows. Really small and the reception doesn’t have any bathroom; we arrived at 10 am and until 3pm we weren’t able to access to a bathroom in the hotel. The receptionists communication was poor. They only good thing about this hotel is the location, really poor staff and management.

After having been allocated our room we discovered that the sink pipes were flooding onto the floor, we informed the front desk and were quickly moved to another room. The staff on the front desk were lovely and kind throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect with James Street Station less than 2 minutes away and e-scooters just down the road. Overall, excellent service, location & experience - a perfect place to stay for a week.

The hotel is located in the heart of city center with a walking distance from all the bars, clubs and Albert Dock. Around 3min walking to The Cavern pub and 10 to Liverpool One. Restaurants, pharmacy and shops are near as well. The room is clean and tidy although I believe it would be nice if they add a small table to place your belongings. I had an issue when I first booked it as the room I chose had no window. I don’t recommend this option specially if you suffer from allergies as the room has no ventilation and for that reason it has a strong smell. However, my experience in Liverpool was saved by Sara, a kind and super friendly receptionist who made sure I was having a good time. She upgraded me to a bigger room that attended my needs. Special thanks to her!

Had a decent stay here over Christmas, we knew the room would be very small and no window as that’s what we booked, really good cheap option in a pinch! Don’t expect too much, but the bed was comfy, bathroom was surprisingly nice, just a shame we couldn’t get the heating up high enough. Really pleasant, helpful and friendly staff, amazing location right in the city centre!

My experience at easy hotel in Liverpoool was fantastic. A great location slap bang in the center of the city so your never far away from doing anything. The rooms are comfortable and cosy and very clean. As far as the team members go that run the show at easy hotel are a great bunch of friendly people, keep doing what your doing I say. I had the pleasure of being checked in by a bright young woman named Sara who I must say was very attentive very welcoming and friendly. She is a credit to the company and went above and beyond to make my stay very comfortable! 5 stars all round!

Cheap, clean, easy check-in, great location. I’m writing this review because of the staff here. The person I dealt with was super kind, considerate and helpful. I thought I’d lost my bank card hours after I’d checked out. So I called reception to check if it had been handed in by the cleaners. Sara on reception very kindly went and checked the room for me, up a few flights of stairs whilst I was on the call and luckily the cleaner had kept it safe for me. People like this are awesome and they should be acknowledged and praised. This really made my day after the panic over my card.

Location was great, off the main strip of city centre and given this it was very quiet! Very simple and small room/lobby which was what was expected in a location like this. Front desk staff was very nice, gave extra towels/pillows when requested with no questions asked, very welcoming! Would visit again.

Arived just before check in time and was greeted with great service. Quick and easy check in. Room was great. We opted for a window room and had a great view. Room is small but how much room do you need if its just to sleep in. Location is perfect for Exploring Liverpool. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Stayed for 2 nights in a double room which cost £114. Location was good and the room was clean however that's where the positives end. The single pillow was extremely thin and was not comfortable at all. There was no glass or cup provided nor was there a remote for the TV. This was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, if I had a suitcase or luggage it would have had to go in the bathroom or I would be climbing over it. I'd say you get what you pay for but for £114 for 2 nights I would definitely expect more for the money.

  • 2/5 Kieran W. 7 months ago on Google
You get what you pay for to be honest so the rooms being matchbox tiny weren’t a surprise. What I will fault is the lack of decency and professionalism to be honest. Tried to check in early and was told early check in is 12 so come back then. Asked to leave the bags in, was charged to do that. Came back at 12 and was told no rooms yet come back in 20 minutes. Came back 20 minutes later and was given room 407, room was ready. Walked in, bed in a heap, rubbish everywhere, and the toilet was absolutely filthy. Went straight back downstairs and as given another room after “oh I’m not sure how that happened sorry” Second night there came back after a night out around 10, key wouldn’t work. Had to go back down to reception to be told “oh I’m not sure how that happened sorry” Beds were rock solid. Location was ok, pretty central but no matter how desperate I am for somewhere to stay, won’t be using this hotel next time. With regards to the reply from the “hotel” they’ve completely ignored the issue. The issue is not with housekeeping. Clearly the room had JUST been vacated. The problem was with the reception. Have a word with them.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. It is located just a few metres from The Tow Hall, Mathew street and near the Albert Dock and the museums. I would stay there If I paíd a visit to Liverpool again. Last but not least the staff which was more than friendly and they made our stay even better than expected. Special thanks to Sara for her attention.

That hotel makes my trip so comfortable and enjoyable. I have been there just for 4 days. The reception called Sara was so polite and kind to everyone. She also gave me some advice about the city and how I can enjoy my travelling.

Cosy small room. Good location, just a few minutes walk to most attractions, shopping, pubs, restaurants. Room a bit cramp though. The first room given to me has a loud noise coming from the bathroom. Was quickly given a better room.

Location excellent, room was clean (although no daily room cleaning) and, considering the price, can't really complain much. Weak points: room was very small, bed was uncomfortable (personal opinion) and had to pay 5£ for the custody of the luggage on the last day...

Had a great one night stay at the easy hotel in Liverpool. Cheap and cheerful room in the city centre. Right opposite the Liverpool Gin Distillery and Neighbourhood. Easy walk to everywhere in the city. No parking but we pre booked a secure car park and walked. Not too far but ubers are plentiful in the city. Much better than some other easy hotels we have stayed in. Perfect for catching a night sleep after a busy day and night in the city.

This is a great place to stay in Liverpool City Centre. Cheap and cheerful quiet and cosy. The staff a very friendly and always eager to help and make you feel welcome. I've stayed here often and will return. Great to stay and go sightseeing or for nights out in the city centre.

It is a very small room with really the basic stuff (bed and bathroom), as it says on the description. A part from that the location is right in the centre, you can walk everywhere. The room was very clean although they did not come to clean nor change the towels while we were staying. The mattress is not the best, I managed to sleep well but my partner did not. I would totally recommend it for people wanting to save money but still be in the centre. I did enjoy overall.

  • 4/5 Lauren S. 2 years ago on Google
Staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. Overall we had a great stay and it was in the perfect location to explore Liverpool! Rooms slightly small but doesn’t really matter as it’s a good place to leave your bags and go out around Liverpool! Great price too.

  • 4/5 Rebecca H. 2 years ago on Google
Really basic as advertised. Room was clean. Very small so it was a bit of a squeeze to walk around the bed. Shower was hot, towels provided. If only there had been a kettle, I would have given 5 stars. Even for a really basic hotel, I'd still expect tea making facilities (I wouldn't recommend getting hot drinks from the machine in reception). Honestly, the lack of my morning cuppa is the only complaint! Staff were lovely and really helpful. It's a perfect location to explore Liverpool as it's in the centre and about 15 minutes walk from the docks.

Enjoyed my one night stay. Chose a room with no window. It was ideal for me for one night. Staff were friendly when checking in and out.Reception is on the first floor. Location was in centre of the city but not too close to any loud music. Would book here again when next in Liverpool.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon check-in and entry to our room, I noticed room to be very dirty, with cracks in the walls, mould in the bathroom. I paid £181.80 per room and did not expect this level of hygiene. I reported my issues to reception, the response I received was, " Sorry, we are fully booked, and I can't do anything." The room both had no ventilation causing breathing difficulties throughout the night. Throughout the night, there was lots of noise from other rooms and other guests in the hallway resulting in a restless nights sleep.

  • 4/5 allison r. 2 years ago on Google
Honestly this hotel surpassed my expectations for the price of it. It has tiny rooms and no storage, but the last minute booking in the city with clean rooms is all you can really ask for. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. We had a fire alarm go off and had to evacuate while she was the only one working and she handled it very well and professionally.

I had such an great experience at Easy Hotel Liverpool. It’s such a good location as it’s not far from all the shops. My room was clean and I had fresh towels and free Wi-Fi. Shannon and Fillipo were so polite and helpful and I will definitely come back here as it was such a great stay. Thanks again! :)

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Was meant to be staying 2 nights. We managed 7 hours before we left and went somewhere else. A small room is an understatement. The shower was moldy and the pillows were thinner than pancakes. If I could leave zero stars then I would. Spend a few more pounds and stay somewhere nicer

  • 2/5 Kacey H. 2 years ago on Google
Easy hotel didn’t do it for us unfortunately. We understand and didn’t expect anything like Hilton. However paying double the amount for the room- £167 we expected the sides to be cleaned which they weren’t and the toilet roll to be changed which also wasn’t. It’s like they used half a roll and folded it into a design to make it look presentable! Usually don’t find this a huge issue however with covid I thought it wasn’t good enough. Reception staff were really nice though and did ask how our stay was. Rooms are very small and you don’t get any hand soap at the sink and we only had 1 towel for 2 people. The orange coat hangers were covered in this jel like substance which had obviously not been cleaned. It looks like to me the cleaners just go in make the bed and empty the bins. If you want to stay in a place extra clean in this current pandemic, I wouldn’t recommend easy hotel.

Fantastic hotel, definitely my new favourite for Liverpool. Rooms were a bit on the small side, but included all the basic necessaties. The rooms were spotless, the shower was top notch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is on a bit of a budget. 9/10.

I have never seen in England a hotel room with no chair no single even plastic cup in room to drink water imagine some one desperatly need emergency medication to take a tablet how on earth with no drinking facilities you can live custumers nevermind kettle or similar you only get very narrow rooms with nothing ya its cheap but significant fasilities costs nothing to poorthe owners are not available

I had to cancel my International trip to the UK scheduled in May 2020 due to the pandemic and ALL other companies - AA, YOTEL (the only hotel I booked directly), AirBNB, EuroRail (I had 3 train trips booked), The Edinburgh Playhouse, Rock N Roll Marathon Liverpool, etc. - are all working with me. They have extended my vouchers, refunded my monies, etc. due to this being an INTERNATIONAL trip (even non-refundable bookings) ...except for easyHotel Liverpool and Hotels.com. I reached out to Hotels.com and after 2 days and a tagged post on Twitter to even get a Human, and got a supervisor to call me, I was given the policies verbiage over and over and over again. Then I was told the hotel has to approve a refund or extension and they would reach out to you. As of this weekend, they are blaming you, the hotel, saying you won't approve the extension and/or issue refunds, even though I PAID HOTELS.COM they say it's on you to approve because you had already been paid and that you will not make an exception. I explained that I still cannot travel to the UK due to the pandemic and they said the hotel will still not extend my voucher or refund my money (which I don't even want, I just want to book the trip for next year). A trip that was only canceled because the country SHUT DOWN, not because I wanted to cancel it... When I do travel next year, because I'm still going, you can bet I won't use this brand of hotels.

My wife and I leave this Hotel in the morning. We have found it Central, Comfortable, Welcoming, Perfect, Clean and cannot wait to Come Back.

I have stayed in many different hotels in Liverpool some of the best and some of the worst, this hotel has taken the place of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My girl friend and I decided to stay here for New Year’s Eve as we have never tried the hotel before, this hotel was not the cheapest for that night so at £148 we expected it to hold abit of value. The rooms are completely unacceptable for that price never have I felt so claustrophobic and uncomfortable in a hotel room, you cannot fit two adults in this room even one is pushing it. The bed is tiny and hard as well as flimsy, no space at all for any luggage which made us have to leave our suitcase at the door way which was taking up more of the non existent room. The AC does not work and the walls are so thin you can hear pretty much every conversation on the same floor as you. And the very basics likes cleanliness and kettle station do not exist. By far the worst problem we had was the shower , in this hotel the shower room is not in its own room which isn’t a problem but when your room has no windows (unless you pay more) and is the same size of a prison cell every use of the shower leads to the room being filled with mist and covering every single mirror in the room as well as making it difficult to breathe. This same problem even caused our fire alarm to be set off as the mist was so thick (sorry to anyone who stayed that night). I really want to stress that staff were the only redeeming factor of this hotel they are super friendly and helpful, the location is also pretty good. I can imagine the company will reply with some PR rubbish suggesting it isn’t that bad but if you take anything away from this PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID! Play the safe card and book a proper hotel chain like premier inn. I have never felt the need to post a public comment on any hotel even when I’ve had the best stay of my life but this is completely unacceptable for the price Considering it’s a “budget” hotel.

Great place. Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms are small but pretty modern. Had an issue with a sink in the first room but they were very helpful and moved us to a different one. The location is perfect. Very near rail, bike, bus and scooter transport connections so getting anywhere was easy. I stayed for 6 nights and never faced an issue with the size of the room. Please do yourself a favour and stay here when visiting Liverpool.

Good location, and that’s everything good I can say. £10 for early check in, £5 to keep your luggage. I was just one hour early. Got £10 off. The room was so small I could hardly open my luggage. I went with my son, and the room was so small we had to walk sideways. The bathroom was leaking water out. There was no hairdryer. The TV remotes were only available on request. There were absolutely no tables or seats. All in all, one of the worst hotels one could possibly think of in England. No chance of us going again. We paid for three nights, but we changed the hotel after one. Absolutely horrendous and definitely not suitable for multiple people. Would never recommend to any of my friends.

I stayed here for a couple of nights for Eurovision. Fantastic location a short walk from the pier. Lots of great breakfast spots very close by. The room is exactly as it says on the tin. Ideal place to crash out on a comfortable bed. Staff were warm, helpful and welcoming. My first time with easyHotel - will definitely consider them again thanks to this positive experience!

Great hotel, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Reception open 24/7 for any questions or queries. Room is spacious and comfy. Perfect for a weekend away. In the best location to explore the city surrounded by great places to eat and drink. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool!

Great Central location, with great access to the attractions. Staff were extremely polite and friendly and would go above and beyond to help. A special thanks to Sara (she was one in a million, warm and welcoming and a excellent professional. An asset to your team.) and the team for making or stay pleasant and relaxing. Will definitely be staying again.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our first anniversary and was just blown away by the service provided at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were perfect for our overnight stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for easy access to the city centre on a budget! My husband was thrilled. Thank you again, to everyone working there!

What a fabulous stay! Staff were extremely kind and accommodating with any needs or questions we had. Hotel itself was very clean and an absolutely great location just a short walk from Liverpool1 and all the best cocktail bars right beside the hotel! I will definitely be returning! Staff were amazing. Thank you for a great experience.

Lovely hotel, especially for the price. The staff were very kind and welcoming, always smiling and well mannered. The rooms were nice and clean, I slept like a baby in the bed. Only stayed one night after going to Liverpool empire, but next time I will definitely stay longer.

Just spent the majority of the week here, can’t recommend this hotel enough. The customer service is beyond, nothing was too much and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are small and could do with a lick of paint, I won’t lie, but they’re just right for a couple of days in the city. And the location is perfect, right next to everything you could need. Will definitely be staying here again in the future, and recommending the hotel to friends and family who plan to visit

Fantastic value for money. Great location in city centre, perfect for a one night stay. Small room, small bed, but very clean room and bathroom. Couldn't fault it really, would be 5 stars if had a kettle, as everyone needs a brew in a morning.

I was originally sceptical about staying here but was very pleasantly surprised. The check in was very easy and the rooms considering the space were quite well thought through..there was a TV and the window meant extra storage space..the guys on reception were really helpful and the late checkout at 1pm was ideal for us...and saved us having to tramp around in the rain all day. The bathroom is small but does include toiletries and the sink is a decent size with hooks and a shelf..we were in central Liverpool for 40 quid a night..everything on the doorstep..

The location directly in the city centre is great. Convenient option when only staying a few nights and being out all day. The rooms are small, that's expected, but could have been cleaner. Staff was friendly but a bit uncoordinated with handing out receipts (only management can do, so if one checks out early, better to ask the day before or provide an email address)

Pros - Lovely clean rooms, good location, nice staff. Air conditioning good. Great wine bars and restaurants on the same street. Low cost Cons - Parking is a nightmare if you have heavy bags to carry and sat Nav took us in all sorts of directions trying to get to it due to one way and road works we just went around in circles for an hour even with previously saving it in 'what 3 words' I was claustrophobic/panicky about being on the top floor as room windows don't open and felt a bit trapped/closed in. Would stay again if lower floor available as it's clean and cheap.

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Our room was clean and air-conditioned. However, the bed was relatively small for two, but that’s standard in every easyHotel. Wifi was free and had good speed with up to 1Mbps rate. The reception staff was amiable. Recommend this for a business trip to Liverpool. It is close to St. James underground station and within walking distance to Albert Dock and the city centre.

On arrival at easyHotel, I already knew that the rooms were going to be on the more compact side, but as this is a budget hotel, I didn't mind at all. To say that the rooms are small, they have certainly managed to fit a decent room into the small space provided. The room I was given also had some of the best views in the hotel, but you must know that some rooms don't have windows. The staff were friendly and accommodating, up for a laugh and a small conversation. They also informed us about the late checkout that was available, which for the extra £10 fee to leave at the later time of 13:00 instead of 10:00 really helped. Before we left, we were also able to leave our bags behind reception so we could spend time walking around Liverpool for the day and collect our bags before we left on the train. The hotel was situated around the corner from multiple convenience stores that shut late at night, a weatherspoons and the Merseyrail station to give you quick and convenient access to Liverpool Lime Street. There was a small amount of damage in the room and there was dust in specific places as if to suggest that cleaning in the corner of the room didn't happen. The room is basic with a small private shower area which is fantastic if you don't need or expect much from your room. The air-conditioning worked amazingly and wasn't terribly loud and there was a TV in the room. But the room did lack a kettle or any coffee/tea for the room or any ironing facilities. Which I would have to consider if I was staying for a business trip. All in all, a fantastic stay and a good little budget hotel. I would definitely stay again, I would just have to consider going to a coffee shop for a morning cup of tea or coffee.

Good value for money. Sometimes the shower pressure isn't great. But the customer service is always so lovely and welcoming! I always tend to go for a room with a window since they tend to be slightly bigger and less claustrophobic! Great city centre location!

Hotel room was tiny and warm. Windows do not open but bed is comfy, no wardrobe or space at all. However for the price we paid we weren't expecting much, guys on the desk were very helpful great guys. And the location is fab right where you want to be.
