I
have
stayed
in
many
different
hotels
in
Liverpool
some
of
the
best
and
some
of
the
worst,
this
hotel
has
taken
the
place
of
the
worst
hotel
I
have
ever
stayed
in.
My
girl
friend
and
I
decided
to
stay
here
for
New
Year’s
Eve
as
we
have
never
tried
the
hotel
before,
this
hotel
was
not
the
cheapest
for
that
night
so
at
£148
we
expected
it
to
hold
abit
of
value.
The
rooms
are
completely
unacceptable
for
that
price
never
have
I
felt
so
claustrophobic
and
uncomfortable
in
a
hotel
room,
you
cannot
fit
two
adults
in
this
room
even
one
is
pushing
it.
The
bed
is
tiny
and
hard
as
well
as
flimsy,
no
space
at
all
for
any
luggage
which
made
us
have
to
leave
our
suitcase
at
the
door
way
which
was
taking
up
more
of
the
non
existent
room.
The
AC
does
not
work
and
the
walls
are
so
thin
you
can
hear
pretty
much
every
conversation
on
the
same
floor
as
you.
And
the
very
basics
likes
cleanliness
and
kettle
station
do
not
exist.
By
far
the
worst
problem
we
had
was
the
shower
,
in
this
hotel
the
shower
room
is
not
in
its
own
room
which
isn’t
a
problem
but
when
your
room
has
no
windows
(unless
you
pay
more)
and
is
the
same
size
of
a
prison
cell
every
use
of
the
shower
leads
to
the
room
being
filled
with
mist
and
covering
every
single
mirror
in
the
room
as
well
as
making
it
difficult
to
breathe.
This
same
problem
even
caused
our
fire
alarm
to
be
set
off
as
the
mist
was
so
thick
(sorry
to
anyone
who
stayed
that
night).
I
really
want
to
stress
that
staff
were
the
only
redeeming
factor
of
this
hotel
they
are
super
friendly
and
helpful,
the
location
is
also
pretty
good.
I
can
imagine
the
company
will
reply
with
some
PR
rubbish
suggesting
it
isn’t
that
bad
but
if
you
take
anything
away
from
this
PLEASE
PLEASE
PLEASE
AVOID!
Play
the
safe
card
and
book
a
proper
hotel
chain
like
premier
inn.
I
have
never
felt
the
need
to
post
a
public
comment
on
any
hotel
even
when
I’ve
had
the
best
stay
of
my
life
but
this
is
completely
unacceptable
for
the
price
Considering
it’s
a
“budget”
hotel.
