The
rooms
were
a
mess,
in
bad
need
of
some
redecorating/care.
The
shower
filled
up
and
almost
flooded,
so
the
drainage
system
needs
some
attention.
One
of
the
rooms
we
walked
past
to
get
to
our
room
was
visibly
raining
from
the
outside
into
the
hallway,
I
don't
work
for
the
MET
office
but
I'm
pretty
sure
that
isn't
supposed
to
happen
indoors.
The
lights
in
the
actual
room
had
a
strobe
affect,
which
anyone
with
epilepsy
would
be
sure
to
love.
The
pillows
would
be
a
great
weapon
in
a
battle,
if
war
breaks
out
I'd
like
one
of
them
for
protection.
The
majority
of
the
staff
(apart
from
2
who
we
met
on
the
first
night
who
were
very
helpful
and
lovely)
were
incredibly
rude.
There
were
2
staff
members
in
particular
who
had
incredibly
bad
attitudes,
were
consistently
rude
to
us
and
made
us
feel
very
unwelcome.
My
sister
actually
ended
up
moving
hotels
because
it
was
that
bad.
On
my
3rd
day
(of
4)
I
had
some
rude
employee
come
to
my
room
door
to
demand
me
to
give
evidence
of
my
room
booking
confirmation,
once
I
had
shown
this
I
was
issued
no
apology
and
a
very
rude
girl
on
the
front
desk
tried
to
push
their
own
error
back
on
me.
I
did
not
receive
any
apology
for
their
attitudes,
their
mix
up
or
their
abruptness.
I
felt
very
unwelcome
coming
back
into
the
hotel
and
I
stayed
out
as
long
as
I
could
to
not
have
to.
