We walked past this "hotel" twice because we thought it was a derelict building. Too our horror we discovered that this was where we were staying. If the money hadn't already been taken and because everywhere was full up I would have driven back home. It is advertised as a bed and breakfast, it isn't and there was no breakfast available, but if there had been we wouldn't have eaten there anyway. The place was dirty ,you can barely get around the bed the room was so small, there are holes in the wall. Please do not book this place ,it doesn't look like the pictures on the website.

I won't be booking it if I get to visit Liverpool again someday soon. I didn't get value for my money. First, it's too far removed from the city centre. When I was making the booking, the details gave the impression that it was a short distance to many of the must-see city sights -- misleading! It cost nearly as much money taking taxis to and fro as booking it. To make matters worse, the only socket in the room is behind the bed, so I had to move furniture around to be able to use it. For dinner, there were not enough options -- I settled for the closest thing to a proper meal I could find. And I learnt that the hotel no longer serves breakfast only after I had checked in. Now, that information should be on the hotel website (please update). And the stairwell stank!

Awful. Quite scary neighbourhood. No shops around. Dirty, old and bad kept. Affordable for a cheap overnight but not worth it

The hotel is somewhat dated. It is currently being renovated and it was very clean. All in all I had a good nights sleep after a night out in Liverpool.

Creepy place. When you arrive you need to call reception to receive a code, with the code you open your room. No human interaction at all. It took us a while to get inside the room. The building is partially abandoned. It is surprising that someone can live there. We didnt use the bathroom because of the smell (we stayed only one night). The best part of this place is leaving it, I was very happy when I left.

Clean and tidy. For price it's really worth. We are travelling a lot but first time see so good condition old style hotel. 10/10. My wife very happy. My child happy too. Good sleep. We are played for night only £23. It's best hotel a years!

Although very cheap, smell of damp as soon as you walk in. Untidy entrance hall. Cleanliness of room acceptable, walls paper thin, shower decent but bathroom badly in need of refurbishment in fact the whole establishment in need of refurbishment. At no time could we connect to the Internet but could log on to the access point. 24 hr access to customer service via intercom or telephone. Conditions reflect price.

Really good value for money! Incredibly comfortable beds and cosy room! Shower was great and everything was very clean. It was almost perfect, the only down side was that internet was practically non existent on my room on the second floor...

This bed breakfast hotel is a little bit run down, and has strange rules, like no visitors to the rooms. It's allso not that cheap, £32 a night for a double room. Other than that, it is clean with free tea and coffee and free Wi-Fi.

Looks like a crack den - just look up the derelict name of the place then the outside of the building pictures will tell you.
