2/5 Susan “Sudo” W. 2 years ago on Google
We
have
never
been
disappointed
with
a
Premier
Inn.
Until
now.
On
the
plus
side,
I
cannot
fault
the
staff,
very
pleasant
and
efficient.
Friendly
without
being
over
familiar.
We
had
booked
a
double
room,
which
was
clean.
No
shortage
of
electric
sockets.
On
the
minus
side
1,
No
air
conditioning
but
there
was
a
small
fan,
and
it
was
small,
it
was
quite
noisy
so
no
way
you
could
a
left
it
on
at
night.
2.
The
hanging
space
for
clothes
was
miniscule.
There
were
no
drawers
to
put
non
hanging
aparel.
If
you
were
here
for
one
night,
it
wouldn't
be
a
problem
BUT
we
were
there
for
4
nights
and
it
was
very
annoying
having
to
virtually
live
out
of
our
suitcase!
3.
It
seems
to
be
the
norm
now
not
to
supply
miniature
toiletries,
but
to
put
had
soap,
and
body
wash
dispensers.
I
always
take
soap
and
shower
gel
so
no
problem
for
us.
4.
Be
prepared
for
no
housekeping!
We
were
told
that
the
rooms
wouldn't
be
cleaned
daily
due
to
covid
restrictions.
It
had
been
decreed
by
the
powers
that
be.
You
could
request
your
room
to
be
done,
but
they
require
24
hours
notice.
We
were
unaware
that
we
had
to
give
this
notice
as
we
hadn't
been
told.
So
our
room
never
got
cleaned.
We
had
to
therefore
ask
for
clean
towels,
toilet
paper
and
rubbish
bags
at
reception.
We
were
not
impressed.
It
is
a
Beefeater
restaurant
if
you
choose
to
have
any
meals.
We
opted
for
continental
breakfast
which
was
priced
at
£4.99.
We
requested
porridge
for
us
both.
After
a
good
15
minute
wait
my
husband's
arrived,
mine
didn't!
This
time
a
20
minute
wait.
The
waitress
apologised
and
said
this
was
due
to
them
being
very
busy
and
staff
shortage.
I
don't
want
to
sound
unsympathetic,
but
this
was
not
our
problem.
We
decided
not
to
return
for
any
meals
and
found
a
Harvester
restaurant
close
by
whose
cooked
breakfast
was
excellent
and
priced
at
£5.99!
We
had
all
our
meals
there
for
the
duration
of
our
stay
and
couldn't
fault
anything.
For
any
future
visits
to
Liverpool
we
shall
not
be
staying
at
this
particular
Premier
Inn.
