The family room was great. Better than we were expecting. Clean towels every day. Could not fault it. Breakfast though I would swerve definitely needs major improvements. But the hotel is central to liverpool and is rite next to James Street station. Great location

This was a nice basic room. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had a lovely walk in shower. The air conditioning was broken although they soon sent someone to check it. It couldn't be fixed but we were offered a change of room or a fan. The breakfast on offer was fairly bland and expensive although you could help yourself to as much as you wanted. The only downside was the noise from the hotel room doors which were that loud when banged along the corridor rattled our door and the light shades in our room.

Only stayed one night. Comfy enough. Breakfast was extra cost but reasonable. Self service breakfast. Cooked as well as pastries/muffins. Pleasant staff very helpful with luggage storage before we were able to check in and after we checked out.

Very good location. Two bars in the same street and if you want to see some tourist attraction all you need to do is take a couple mins walk. They don't have parking and they provide a discount coupon for a nearby car park. However coupon didn't work and we paid the full amount. Which is £19 per day (if you are driving, consider other hotels £19 more expensive options as it will cost you the same. They don't have a hair dryer in the rooms. You must go to info desk to get it, which is not expected from any professional hotel. So make sure you get it before you take a shower. Beds are quite old and far from being comfortable. However, due to the location and helpful staff it is still an okay hotel to stay.

Excellent location, extremely central - very close to Albert Dock and James Street Station. Lots of rooms, very spacious and clean. Good sized bathroom, hairdryer, TV and tea/coffee included in the room. Excellent breakfast - hot and cold buffet. Service was amazing, very attentive and friendly. Very good value hotel, would visit again.

Excellent standard of rooms, the staff were pleasant and supportive. It's by no means a 5 star hotel and doesn't shout luxury but that shouldn't take from what it is. It's an excellent hotel to use for an overnight / weekend stay in Liverpool with your loved ones, family or friends. Brilliant choice of stay

The room was OK. Although no information about breakfast or dinner was provided in the room. Online reviews said to avoid the dinner. The room overlooked a building site, as seen on pictures. The breakfast was okay. The fruit juices had always run out. There was out of date milk in the fridge and when I asked at reception for more milk I was told that is not the date, its a serial number. A few minutes later the receptionist apologised and I was given new, in-date milk. The shower gel had almost ran out when we arrived and was not replenished throughout the 3 days we stayed. Overall, a mediocre experience. But it was the cheapest I could find in the city for that particular weekend. You get what you pay for

/5 Good location. Good service on reception. Cleand and spacious room, good shower, good bed, lot of outlets. Not many coat hangers nor wardrobes. The room doors are noisy. My room was on the 1st floor facing the street, and the music from the pub next door was loud and ceased only on the wee hours. No fridge. Good Wifi. Recommended.
