We
stayed
for
3
nights
b&b.
The
hotel
location
is
perfect,
walking
distance
to
shops,
restaurants
and
nightlife.
The
rooms
were
clean
and
modern,
however,
we
requested
twice
for
our
room
to
be
cleaned
and
for
fresh
towels
etc,
we
got
the
towels
but
our
room
was
not
cleaned.
The
check
in
staff
are
pleasant
and
welcoming.
Although
the
lack
of
good
customer
service
throughout
the
hotel
let’s
this
hotel
down.
Any
request
seemed
to
be
an
inconvenience.
On
two
mornings
2
members
of
our
group
had
to
wait
for
more
than
20
mins
for
their
cooked
breakfast
due
to
the
shortage
of
hot
food.
This
is
the
first
spa
hotel
I’ve
ever
stayed
in
that
charge
£25
per
hour
pp
for
use
of
swimming
pool,
again
staff
were
very
dry
and
preferred
to
hand
us
a
booklet
than
engage
in
conversation
regarding
spa
facilities
and
treatments.
The
hotel
has
potential
but
I
would
not
be
rushing
back
to
stay
here
again
