Nice hotel not without it's issues. First room we were put in had great views but no working aircon, walls very marked, brown stains on carpet. We were moved and upgraded to a much better room but lost our view and instead had a view of construction work. Breakfast is spot on. Staff really helpful. Location is perfect. In second room we had no h9t water, not an issue for us as we stayed during a heat wave but may cause problems for guests as it starts to cool down.

Great place to stay, clean an very spacious! I've stayed here a lot of er the years for work and love it. especially the secure car park although spaces are a bit tight. Entertainment systems could do with an upgrade and instructions on how to use the microwave over would be useful also.

Very comfortable room and reasonably priced. Breakfast was enjoyable for my partner but very limited breakfast on offer for me a gluten and dairy free. Told first by assistant the sausages were gluten free and when sat down to eat was quickly told they were actually not. Good job before I ate any I thought. However the only egg option was omelette on offer. I should have known better as were obviously bought precooked as so uniform in appearance. The assistant said they were dairly free though so I ate one. That is the only item I can think of that I ate that had made me ill. I would not be surprised if there is milk products in that omelette and I urge the chef, kitchen and restaurant staff to check this before recommending to their guests. Well done to them though, I noticed they had almond milk on offer rather than just soya to go with cereal and I wish I chose the gluten free cornflakes rather than the omelette. Would definitely return though if I needed to stay in Liverpool again but avoid the omelette and take better care of what I eat. Our room was very comfortable and towels were perfect. We also had the most handsome seagull visit us on our window ledge who seemed to take great interest in what we were doing.

Clean and tidy hotel with plenty of amenities. The hotel was very quiet with little noise from outside even with the window open overnight. Plenty of restaurants around the dock outside and only a few minutes walk from the shops in Liverpool ONE and the main high street. The breakfast included in our stay was really nice and all the staff the hotel were helpful and friendly. Would recommend for a long or short stay in Liverpool

Most of reception staff were friendly, kitchen staff cheerful, plenty to choose from for breakfast, nice and clean everywhere, reception, restaurant, lifts. Our room 514 was lovely and spacious, nice and quiet, only grip was the pillows, asked at reception if they had softer pillows, the young lad said straight no something about IHG, only apologised when we got to the lifts, bit of an after thought, it seemed as though things were too much of a bother for him and we were disturbing him sitting on his butt. Apart from that enjoyed our stay for few days. Close to amenities, everything practically walking distance. Love Liverpool will be back soon.

Excellent aparthotel. Lovely rooms with well equipped kitchens. Stay here a week pretty much every month and never a poor experience. Not essential, but book one with a separate lounge for extra space. Excellent staff here. Really helpful and friendly. Any issues resolved really quickly and very accommodating.

This is a great place stay if you come to Liverpool!! Nice clean building, friendly staff, and the breakfast is amazing. Dog friendly too !! It's right next to Albert Docks. Close to shopping centre and bus station. Lots of exciting things to do ...museums, The Beatles story, tour buses.

Great location, a quick walk to both shops and the restaurants and museums at the docks. The rooms are lovely, finished to a very high standard in a friendly sort of eclectic style that makes the rooms feel luxurious without being that ubiquitous, uninteresting beige... Staff were brilliant and genuinely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff, and even the staff tending the buffet were lovely and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a bit of everything and everything fresh and delicious. Whether for a city break or for business (I stayed with colleagues for a conference), this is a great value, friendly and comfy hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Perfect stay, clean and big room and very friendly and flexible staff. Couldn‘t be better, we enjoyed our stay. Our flight was cancelled and it was no problem to extend the stay. Also perfectly situated at the docks.

We were in town for a competition that was next door at the arena. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast had a nice selection every morning. The mini kitchens in the rooms were definitely an added bonus and plenty of room. This hotel is close to so many places, Albert Dock, Liverpool ONE, and loads of other shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

Brilliant location, on the waterfront. Check in was so easy. The room was great. (OK it's more an appartement) We didn't make use of the well done kitchen area, as we were eating out. But, it was one of the best equipped we've seen. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was perfect, with a great shower and lovely toiletries. Breakfast was very good. Parking (which we didn't actually take advantage of) is on site and reasonably priced. (We'd already parked in the main King's Dock - services the M&S Arena - car park, which is a 5' walk away!) All in all, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent apartment room (though we didn't make use of the kitchen facilities) Very clean, and we'll equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was great. Location was great for the waterfront, and Arena / Exhibition Centre (if you needed them)

One of the best places to stay in Liverpool. Loved the hotel rooms and their service is just perfect. They are always available to hear you out and mitigate the same at the earliest. Loved my stay in Stalybridge. Good memories.

Visited Liverpool for 2 nights and were certainly not disappointed with our choice of hotel. The first room we were given had an industrial fan that you could hear when we opened the window. I told reception that as I am a headache/migraine sufferer I was worried that the constant sound would unsettled me was there any chance of a move, no questions asked we were moved to the opposite side of the building. Room was lovely and spacious, only criticism would be that there is only one comfy chair. Very clean. Great choices for breakfast, all you can eat, fill for the day ahead. All staff we came across were helpful, polite and friendly. On the whole couldn't have asked for more, will definitely recommend. Well done staff.

We had a perfect stay! Really friendly and helpful staff, spacious and shiny clean rooms, everything needed in the bathroom (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), fully equipped kitchen, good breakfast. They also have a great idea of socializing for the hotel guests on Mon-Wed from 18:30 till 19:30 with complimentary wine, beer and snacks.

My wife and I recently stayed here while attending a gig at the M&S arena. The hotel is in a fab location the staff are a credit to the company so friendly, approachable, and informative The suites are spotlessly clean and well-equipped beds so comfortable breakfast is plentiful and varied. 11/10.. Well done Staybridge.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms great with own kitchen area if you want to make your own food. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel had drinks and nibbles evenings which was something we have never experienced before a nice addition to our stay. Breakfast was great also. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room well equipped with kitchenette (with dishwasher too). Very well clean and room smelling good. amazing breakfast with several options (salty and sweet) Possibility to wash and dry your clothes for a reasonable price. Additionally from Monday to Wednesday, the hotel offers complementary food and drinks (you can spill your own beer!) and it’s a good way to get finger food with your friends in a nice and charming environment. Located in the Albert docks, close to good restaurants and pubs, and walking distance from the city center. Suggested for short/medium stays in Liberpool.

Absolutely ideal location for ABIT of tourism. Right near the dock and plenty of museums all in walking distance. Hotel was very comfy and spacious. Staff were very friendly

Loved the room. Good location as well. Nice place just the service can be improved significantly. I believe the room we got had good views. The hotel has laundry with dryer facility in reception lobby Car park is 20gbp per night. The entire place do not have smart tv! 2024 and still we are somewhere backward. The hotel has an app to download and then to share screen but it did not work. Also I think it is for only sharing YouTube on tv!

Absolutely great place to stay. Couple on mins walk to Albert Dock. Staff were friendly and professional. Great English or Continental breakfast. Treat of a glass of wine, beer or soft drinks and a cheese board at 6.30 free of charge Mon-Wed. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

From the moment of check in, Reception staff were smiling, very helpful and welcoming. The rooms cleanliness was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was delicious, again with helpful staff and polite and welcoming. Sad to be leaving after a 2 night stay, but we will definitely be coming back after our Baby is born, as the location is right in the middle of everything that's available in the Albert Docks. A wonderful stay, just wish we had more time to spend here.

Fabulous location and very quiet at night. Room was on 4th floor with restrictive views but was fine. Probably the best hotel shower ever had. Room was clean and tidy and well appointed. Benefit of having the little kitchen was great, even had a little dishwasher. Breakfasts were great with plenty of choices. Real plus was the free service to wash and dry your own clothes, fabulous idea. Didn't have much involvement with staff other than check in but everyone seemed friendly. My only negative comment was the extremely strong smell of garlic in the room, someone had clearly eaten in room prior to 12 noon check out, the smell lingered until the next day and we had to leave the window open the entire time, did not take away from a really great stay. Thank you!

We generally enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again. The location's good, staff were great, disabled basement parking was excellent and breakfasts were great. The downsides were a squishy mattress and four hard pillows (why not two soft and two hard?) Plus we had a room with a connecting door to one side, which meant we were disturbed twice by ignorant neighbours repeatedly trying their door (one night that woke us both), and disturbed twice by their TV (the doorway is not as well insulated as the wall). So a nice place, let down by pillows and being unlucky with neighbours.

A fantastic place to stay, very handy for the docks and all it's attractions as well as close to Liverpool One shopping area too. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfasts were just right, plenty on offer and ideal for our needs. The room- a disability room- was absolutely top. The facilities were just what my wife needed and made our stay even more pleasurable. Bear in mind though it is only bed and breakfast, other meals are down to you at the umpteen venues in the area.

What a great hotel! We loved it and were impressed with the cleanliness and the service. The evening social was such a nice touch! Breakfast was lovely and different every day and in particular, we so enjoyed and appreciated Daniel. He made each morning so much nicer. Mya at the front desk was also so very friendly as they all were. We absolutely loved our suite and the bed was very comfortable. I'm a little fussy about hotels but this one so deserves 5 stars.

My 2 daughters and I shared a suite. Which consisted of 2 spacious rooms and bathroom. 1 room had a well equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed and the other a double bed and bathroom. It was a very clean room and comfortable with a view of Liverpools Ferris Wheel. I was celebrating my 70th and my daughters asked hotel to decorate the room and they did it very well with balloons, banners and a small box of chocolates. We enjoyed a full buffet breakfast during our 3 day stay which was excellent. Good produce and plenty of it. The staff were extremely helpful. Hotel is within walking distance of many attractions and I would definitely recommend a stay there. We had a great first time visit to Liverpool.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I even got to be " Guest of the day" which was a first. I was upgraded to a suite overlooking the dock. Very nice, thank you. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of fresh fruit and a small selection of cooked produce. It's a short walk in to town and 15 minutes to the station. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. I'd happily return.

Excellent views and close to the famous docks. Our first room had an issue where the fire alarm kept going off and the staff moved us rooms which was good of them. Breakfast is a little hit and miss. Wouldn't recommend the hot food but the continental is good quality.

I was very impressed with my stay at the Staybridge Suites. We had a conference at ACC Liverpool, which is so conveniently close. Monday to Wednesday has a “social” with free drinks and snacks - a fun, generous touch. The rooms are fit with self catering units and there are charming waterside views.
