Wonderful building, friendly and helpful staff, and nice grounds to walk off a meal. Our room was large and bright, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent but (being really picky) the evening meal lacked the wow factor. A really enjoyable stay, thank you Inglewood.

We cannot be more grateful to all of the staff at Inglewood Manor for making our wedding day so special. Vanessa made sure we had everything we could wish for before the big day, answering numerous questions and emails. The staff on the day were all equally attentive. Matt ensured that we remembered to relax and have fun and brought such fantastic energy to our experience. Stephen ensured that every detail was exactly as we wanted it and thanks to Hayden and the kitchen team our guests cannot stop mentioning how fantastic our food was. The reception staff even made sure our hungry best wan was fed at 2am. We will cherish the memories of our wedding day at Inglewood Manor very fondly.

Checked in ok. Receptionist was glum and surly. When we asked about the lift she shrugged and said we don't have one. We were on the third floor. Six flights of stairs! She added that it was a listed building and they couldn't have one. Fabulous terrace and grounds. 34 acres of them. The wedding we attended was held outside and was enhanced by the Bougainvilla in full flower on the massive pergola. Well trained waiting staff and bar staff. Shame about the surly female receptionist who was overheard saying. "when I have kids they won't be allowed to run around etc etc" The children who were there ( 2 babies and an 8 year old) behaved as well as can be expected at that age. All in all a nice stay

We couldn't recommend Inglewood Manor enough, we have just had our wedding here and it was the most beautiful venue for our special day. Lauren our wedding coordinator was amazing from the moment we met her, she had everything set up on the day as we had asked for. The day ran perfectly due to all the staff being very efficient, the rooms were immaculate and the food was delicious. We will definitely be going back to Inglewood manor in the near future

Staff were great, helpful and obliging. The building is impressive and tidy. The menu was good, expensive but the execution of dishes was poor. Each course was below par and some inedible. Consequently we cancelled breakfast. We requested a room with a bath, we got a shower. We asked for a room with a bath, we got a room with a bath. Thank-you, but the bath taps weren't operating so we had to ask for someone to fix them. It was all done with a smile and no fuss which was fantastic. Still...its a simple request. I'd go again for the grounds and the staff.

Had our Wedding here July 2023. The day was perfect and the staff sorted out everything. Weddings include a Master of Ceremony as standard and that was a god-send on the day. Our guests were very complimentary as to the venue and the grounds. Would definitely recommend

We had our wedding here and honestly they couldn't have done more for us. The venue, grounds and the food were all amazing - it was honestly everything we could have hoped for and more. The day ran so smoothly, I felt like I was in good hands and didn't have to worry about what was happening next. Lauren was amazing, she made all of the organisation stress free, ensuring everything that we wanted would be in place and was always quick and efficient in answering our queries. Even offered to replace our Cake Topper when it got damaged which was so lovely as it was a keepsake for us. I can't thank the team here enough for everything they did for us, and wouldn't hesitate to reccomended Inglewood Manor as a wedding venue.

Lovely venue for a friend’s wedding. Room was excellent as was the food and service. My one gripe would be the venue is not really suitable for mobility impaired guests as no lift and stairs to rooms. Also enquired to pay three times for early check in due to disability and the venue was less than understanding or accommodating. With regret we’d unlikely return to the venue again.

I was a guest at my friend's wedding last night. Honestly it's a beautiful building with beautiful grounds .. but that's about it. The staff were absolutely awful. I had to leave very early as it took them over an hour to get the room ready for the evening. All the evening guests where arriving at 7 and they didn't open the room until 8. Which meant the tiny lobby is full of evening guests waiting to go in and there was no room for me and my pram. I waited outside where my daughter was eaten alive by mosquitos. I asked the lady at reception how long until they open it and she blamed the bride and groom because they were apparently running late ( they were not) so I left rather than get 10 more mosquito bites. Really poor service! Much better value for you money at other venues. I even asked for a cupcake the bride had brought with her for the baby to keep her quiet and the receptionist said no I don't think so 😂 like they where her cupcakes! I must mention the wedding planner I have forgotten her name but she was lovley I have no complaints about her ... just the majority of the staff.

A very lovely location, very close to transport links - the Wirral, Cheshire Oaks and Chester all very accessible - and in absolutely beautiful grounds. We were here because my daughter was taken unwell and we had to stay near Chester hospital (she's ok now) but I wanted to leave a review to say just how fabulous all the staff were, from reception to the restaurant to the night porters, everyone was amazingly helpful. I travel for work all over the world and this was still an outstanding set of people going above and beyond and making everything easy. Breakfast was also great quality and beautifully served. Thank you again and I recommend this place wholeheartedly for any kind of stay!

Lovely room despite being quite small and the food was lovely, breakfast in particular. The only disappointments were cold plates next to the hot breakfast (please warm them) and a 45+ min wait for food in the evening when the restaurant was very quiet. The hotel itself is beautiful and the grounds looked nice from our table and room, was too cold and wet to venture out but I been imagine come spring it'd be lovely. Thanks for a great short stay.

Inglewood is such a special place; a warm, welcoming manor house set in beautiful grounds. We were a last-minute booking (confirming in April for a date in September). In the build-up to the wedding day, Yasmin Alli was extremely helpful and responsive to our many questions - she was just fantastic and very accommodating, especially with the reduced preparation time. All the brochures and forms that were provided were easy to read and understand. No hidden extra charges to surprise you; all is presented for you to say yes or no to. On the day itself, the whole team ensured that the day went smoothly. All of our guests commented on how friendly the Inglewood team were, on how delicious the food was and just what a stunning venue Inglewood is. A huge thank you to Yasmin and the team for helping to make our special day so perfect in every way.

Our Spring wedding 4/4/23 was nothing but perfect at Inglewood Manor; beautiful venue and fantastic staff who made the experience of planning a wedding stress-free. We live in Denmark and planned a wedding in the UK, so having Lauren on hand to support us and ask questions was very valuable. Both duty managers were amazing and super professional; we appreciated them on the day. Also, the kitchen and chef did a fantastic service, and the food was perfect; as a bride I eat everything! Inglewood is perfect for any newly engaged couples looking for a wedding venue. Thank you for everything Mr and Mrs Albertsen

From the arrival until departure, everything was amazing! Staff The staff was really friendly, the check in lady was so kind and gave us an explanation about the Manor and gave us a warm welcome and the breakfast service was excellent! The waiter came a couple of times to as if everything was alright. The Hotel and the Room The hotel was very welcoming, there was a really nice smell of warm spice and the energy was so relaxed and at the same time it give some hint of luxury away. The room was big, clean, and with an amazing view over the gardens. Definitely worth the price for a 3 star Hotel. My partner got a lot of inspiration for script writing. So a perfect location for people with a creative work. Food & Beverage We had some drinks at the bar and breakfast, the bar had a nice assortments of drinks. We had an English breakfast it was really good, the food wasn't greasy at all. Beside of that there was the possibility to get some food from the breakfast buffet. Definitely coming back!

The venue is gorgeous, there's no denying that, but the service and attention to detail wasn't great. As part of the bridal party getting ready in the bridal suite, we were amazed when we ordered a bottle of champagne and were told there were no chilled bottles available. On a wedding day! We eventually settled on a bottle of rosé which was delivered with 4 dirty glasses (lipstick marks) - not great for the wedding photos! We were supposed to be served canopés between the ceremony and the meal, but after 1 tray was circulated (for 100 guests), the bride had to ask where the rest were. After the thunder storms and rain had passed early evening, I asked a member of staff if they could wipe down the outdoor seating to accommodate the evening guests. One of the team quickly brought out some blue paper towels but simply left them on a table for the guests to use rather than doing it themselves. There is only 1 small bar, which meant that guests were waiting quite a while to be served, especially as the evening guests started to arrive. Maybe more bar staff would have helped - the staff serving were great, though. Even if they were suffering from heat exhaustion! It was an extremely hot day and the majority of the bedrooms had small fans in - I dread to think how bad the rooms without them were as I struggled to sleep in the heat with the fan on high. I appreciate that this is an old manor house, but I would highly recommend investing in some kind of air conditioning given how hot summers can be these days. Overall, I would say if the service levels were better and there was more focus on attention to detail, this would be an amazing venue. Don't get me wrong, the day was great, but the bridal party should never have to ask for better service...

What a stunning venue! I was lucky enough to work here as a wedding supplier and it was a great experience. The building itself is stunning, with great options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. The rooms are lovely, bright and airy, and there’s ample parking. The grounds are beautiful and suited to every taste, from walled gardens to woodlands to a lovely sunny terrace (the wisteria is my personal favourite!) but the real jewel of this venue is the staff. So kind, helpful and generous. You can tell that this is a venue that really looks after their wedding couples and guests!

A small carpark out the front of the Manor but has a big overflow parking to the side of the garden. A very warm welcoming into the reception area with the open fire going Room(3) is a good size same a bathroom good shower ,beautiful views over the grounds. Bed was very comfortable good night sleep. Good WiFi Evening meal was good very posh not your typical pub bar food ! Menu was very limited though one veggie option! No breakfast included. It is a busy narrow country lane so not really good for a walk or running but Would I stay again and recommend YES 👍

My husband and I had our wedding here this December, and it was a fantastic day. The venue was just perfect for a winter wedding, especially when it snowed!, and Cindy who was our wedding planner was just brilliant. Clearly very experienced and ensured the day ran like clockwork. The staff, both hotel and catering team, were great! And our guests were raving about the service. We would thoroughly recommend Inglewood Manor as a wedding venue!

Beautiful setting, stunning building with friendly, helpful, polite staff! Room was described as a ‘cosy double’ but could comfortably have fitted a king size bed (which we are used to at home) but for one night we managed 🤣 We will recommend Inglewood Manor to everybody wanting a peaceful break .

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Set in exquisite grounds. Food and service was exceptional with the chef catering to my special dietary needs. A special mention to keelie on reception who went above and beyond to make sure out stay was extra special. Highly recommended and can't wait to come again.

I would just like to thank the staff (especially the receptionist) at Inglewood Manor for making afternoon tea for my grandmother's 60th birthday, a truly special experience . The staff were wonderfully kind and attentive and the venue and grounds were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting to celebrate a special occassion. Thank you so much for helping us to create wonderful memories. We will be back!!!

Not the luxury hotel we expected. Inglewood could not get the booking right. There were just a lot of small problems not befitting a 4 star hotel. To start the tea/coffee tray in the room was broken, (reported but not changed) Bits of the room were dusty, when my wife went to take a shower there was no shower gel. When I tried to phone the desk we found the phone was not plugged in. I found the wire under the bed, which I had to lift in order to get enough wire to plug the phone in. The (hotel wide wifi) simply did not work in our top floor room. The glasses in the room which we had used were not changed the next day by house keeping. The grounds are large but some what run down. Upon walking around we found dirty discarded glasses in the run down out buildings, and on the path. The food was fine but the dinner menu was very limited, and the service was some times on the slow side. Breakfast was good. When we went to checkout, they said we still had to pay for the second night! Wrong we had paid in full for two nights weeks before. Would we go back? Not a chance....
