Throughout our stay, staff were really friendly and attentive making sure everything was okay for us. Our room was great, the bed was spacious & comfortable. The room was very clean, teas/coffees/sugars etc were in sealed plastic bags. The towels were soft, the shower was spacious. Breakfast was better than expected, it was really nice on both mornings of our stay. There was quite a few options to choose from (sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, cereals, fruit, yogurts, croissants, fruit juices & teas/coffees) The hotel in general was very clean, there were plenty of sanitiser stations around the hotel. The hotel wasn’t far from any of the local attractions or shops, so it was easy to get to and from. When we checked out of the hotel, we weren’t leaving for home and it wasn’t an issue to leave our luggage at the hotel (in a secure room) and come back for it when we were ready. Overall, a brilliant stay & would happily stay here again!

I stayed in this hotel with family on 19 th august. My brother-in law left a birthday card with £60 in it . The hotel called me to say it was there and went and posted it to me . The hotel and the staff are great we had an amazing weekend. However this just confirmed how good the staff are . Thank you so much .

Very good Hotel, excellent location to all the top attractions and close to the train station, walkable distance with luggage. It’s a Beatles theme Hotel, with funny decoration all over the place, and the Hotel staff is amazing, like Alejandra and Holly, since they made possible a special occasion with fun decoration in the room. The breakfast was very good, as it is usual in a french hotel, with natural fruit, ham & eggs and an expresso machine. Definitely I’ll be back and I recommend this Hotel.

Cheap, clean hotel near train station and town center (literally walking distance from both from station and Beatles museum (and all the pubs)). Extra friendly and professional staff. Plus it is possible to safely store luggage there even after checkout...without extra fee (so you can avoid the luggage storage places with negative reviews).

Lovely clean, modern smart hotel. Staff really lovely and helpful. They work very hard. Hotel rooms all with a beatles theme and great walk in shower bathrooms. Late hotel bar. Reasonably priced. Greta continental breakfasts....all the usual but also pancakes..omelettes and porridge. I cant wait to return here. The location is spot on too. Thanks Ibis.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. Very good Hotel, excellent location to all the top attractions and close to the train station, walkable distance with luggage.

I recently stayed at the ibis hotel in Liverpool when I went to see Elton John concert and overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel is located in a great area and is very clean, which was a major plus for me. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel had a modern feel to it that I really enjoyed. One thing that stood out to me was the Beatles theme that ran throughout the hotel. As a big fan of the band, it was fun to see their influence everywhere in the decor. I did accidentally book an accessibility room, which was a bit awkward as I didn't need the features that came with it. However, this did mean that I had plenty of extra space, which was a nice bonus. I did try to contact the hotel to change the room type, but unfortunately, they didn't get back to me, so I was stuck with the room for two nights. While I appreciate that the hotel has accessibility rooms for guests who need them, I did notice that the railings for people with disabilities weren't in great condition. They stuck out, which was a bit of a shame given that everything else in the hotel seemed to be of top-notch quality. Overall, I would recommend the ibis Styles Liverpool Centre Dale Street - Cavern Quarter hotel to others. The location is great, the hotel is clean and modern, and the Beatles theme adds a fun touch. While there were a few minor issues with my room, I think that the hotel is well-prepared for guests of all abilities, which is always a good thing to see.

What a great hotel, set in the Cavern Quarter of the city. Staff were so attentive and helpful. Loved the Beatles music playing very softly in the reception area. Would certainly return there.

Superb hotel, brilliant position to explore all areas of Liverpool. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Our room wasn't large but at the end of the day we literally just slept in it. It was clean, warm and bright. Thank you and we will be back

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. The checkin process was straight forward and the staff were really helpful. The hotel itself was clean and inviting. The room was as you would expect for an Ibis hotel. It was mostly really clean and the bed was comfortable. I was however surprised how badly stained the carpets were. It wasn’t just a small mark. There was a large brown patch. Otherwise I slept well and it was really helpful to be able to leave my bags after checkout while I explored Liverpool. I would happily stay again.

Incredibly poor check in process, not made for staying on a business trip. If you don’t have a card on you for them to take a security swipe they charge you £50 on contactless to then be returned on checkout. Never experienced this when I’ve stayed in a hotel for work before. Refused to use the details already on file and wouldn’t let me check in without payment. Seemed like incredibly unnecessary hassle for what should have been an easy stop.

We had an amazing stay at Ibis Hotel. The service is great and always available and super helpful. The breakfasts were perfectly prepared. Delicious coffee from the machine. The hotel voucher discount for the parking lot for £9 per day was a great convenience. The room was perfect and I was shocked at how soundproof the windows were and I couldn't hear a thing and we slept all night without any problems in complete silence. We will definitely return to the Ibis Hotel on our next trip to Liverpool.

Not good. Staff friendly and central location but the room has lots of issues. It looks old and tired. It’s not clean - hair in shower, hair on sheets, stains on surfaces, dirty carpet. No ventilation at all in bathroom so it’s humid and smelly in the room. Air conditioning is old and does not work well. If you open the window countless air conditioning units outside make too much noise. Just not a pleasant experience.

Nice modern hotel, quick & simple check-in. Rooms okay, no USB sockets I the rooms, and more than two sachets of coffee wouldn't hurt. Comfy beds and extra pillows in the wardrobe. Hairdryers in the room which was handy, TV as well. Not very powerful shower, but did the job. Would stay again.

The hotel is great located, just 2min walking from shopping area, 2min from the Cavern and 10min from Albert dock area. Rooms are well sized and confy bed. Theres's a Tesco nextdoor and several food options. The only problem I had was that although general clean was OK, the carpet smell REALLY bad and I could not sleep well.

Everything was good and room was clean, bed comfortable. It was a bit on the small side but did not bother us. Bathroom light was a bit too bright. Shower was good and very good service throughout. Hotel is located in a convenient area, not far from station and Cavern Quarter and shops and restaurants.

Although not a 5* hotel this Ibis Styles Hotel is excellent value. Central location - 10 min walk from station and 10min walk to the cruise terminus. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. As well as tea and coffee in your room they also offer Complimentary fresh ground coffee and fruit at the bar. I will definitely return when next visiting Liverpool

Rooms were of a good size and clean, just a shame we couldn't sleep much as car alarms were going off at all hours on the car park nearby. Other than that great location bar open late and good value.

Europamunda booked this Hotel as England Dublin tour package. Worst Hotel i visited in London. Location. Near a Bar where drunk people make noice on weekends, you will see homeless sitting near Hotel. Service - Very poor especilly Asian looking guy teaching me about special need people room . Rooms - very small , Breakfast - worst in England . Not recommended at all. Good - colour combination of furniture at Reception and Iranian girl who is at reception during breakfast. Overall not Recommended to any one . Don't book tour from Europamunda.

Nice hotel, perfect position if wanting to see everything around centre of Liverpool. Obvious, but well done, theme of Beatles throughout. Room was cleaning well laid out. Car park is NCP behind hotel which is cheap with discount from hotel. Would come back!

An enjoyable stay at this place. We got upgraded to the premium room on the Strawberry Fields Forever floor. It was a really nice concept to have Beatles themes on each floor. The room was comfortable and a very good example of the best of the Ibis Styles class of hotel. It was possible to leave the luggage after an early checkout. The staff handled this task with great efficiency and kindness. We'll return to this hotel for future stays in Liverpool.

I stayed with my 13 year old daughter for a concert on a Saturday night, considering how close you are to bars/clubs we didn't hear a peep. Breakfast was a good selection, toasties were lovely! Also upgraded to a premium room free of charge. Would definitely stay again

I liked it. I think I got good value for money. A small amount of wear and tear was visible in the room, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly. If I could change anything it would be to make their breakfast options more plant-based (always preferably 100% pb, of course). Fantastic location. Close to the action but not so close that I could hear anything at night.

Gerne wieder. Ich schwanke zwischen 4 und 5 Punkten.

Great location, easy to find and the recommended parking lot was really close by. Friendly greeting on arrival. Room was nice and overall clean. Bed was comfy. Paid extra for a premium room with a nespresso machine but the water holder on the machine was dirty so didn't end up using. Although shower was overall clean the metal fixture for the shower head had thick black mold on it. Parking discount was ace though - took the overnight parking from £24 to only £9. Would stay again

Stayed one night in August. The room was great, decent size and very clean. Not much of a view though. The beds were comfortable. Check in was a minor hassle as they don't have a desk which led to minor chaos as the staff tried to get to everyone in order. Also there's a parking arrangement with a local car park so just park somewhere in the street before you check in. Very central location. Street outside was full of drunks on Saturday night but that's not the hotel's fault.

We were lucky enough to get the 7th floor which was amazing and gave us a great view!! The rooms were lovely and clean with a spacious bathroom and comfy beds. 10/10 would and will definitely be staying again!! The staff were also really helpful and kind too!! Thank you :)

Wonderful place stayed here before and just excellent. Great location - walking distance to many famous places in Liverpool but without the city centre noise. Very good breakfast and plenty of choice - just scrambled eggs and beans but plenty and hot. European choice of eats to and free beverage area open all day. Staff excellenf and they helpful. The whole hotel has the Beatles theme running through it pure nostalgia. Rooms very clean and spacious. Well done Ibis top rated again. Thanks

The premium room (free upgrade) was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. It's centrally located near to the Cavern Quarter and within walking distance of the main sites in town. The breakfast is excellent - so much variety - but the only complaint I have is that the breakfast space is very cramped!

  • 5/5 Carl S. 5 months ago on Google
Great location to get to the centre, the docks, and the surrounding areas. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and have everything you'll need. The breakfast is continental, but there are scrambled eggs and beans. Lots of breads and yoghurt fruit and fruit juice. If I were to go back to Liverpool, I would go go back to this hotel.

We stayed for my Daughters birthday. Staff welcoming, easy check, carpark round the back of the hotel which is £9 for 24hrs with a voucher from the hotel. Because it was my daughters birthday they had put balloons and a card in the room with a lovely message. The room was very clean and nicely decorated with The Beetles theme. Just a short walk down the road to the shops and bars.

When we arrived we our bags were immediately stored and we were on our way. Everything is nearby from city centre to great pubs. The rooms are clean and have a good shower and nice beds. The staff is friendly and when our flight was cancelled it was no problem to stay another night. We good even stay in the same rooms. Overall it was a good experience thx Ibis styles Dale Street Liverpool.

Disadvantages: - There are often many people in the ground floor bar. So it can be a little noisy in the evening - Unable to pay for stay in cash Advantages: - Beautiful interior inspired by The Beatles band. Each floor references a different song - Good Location. There are many shops nearby. You can reach most of the attractions on foot - Nice and clean rooms - Free luggage storage for guests - The hotel is only accessible at night with a room card, which is good for security - Very welcoming staff who are always willing to help. Many thanks to Roland for always being polite and kind to us and for the great conversation! Overall, the hotel is excellent. I recommend it and would be very happy to stay here again!

Staff is extremely friendly. Small bar, small food menu but food was very good. Rooms are very tiny with a very weird bathroom, feeling like you're in an airplane bathroom.

The staff were very welcoming and warm. I love the ambience at the hotel and the room was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back here.

  • 3/5 G K. 2 years ago on Google
Positives - Great location, staff friendly, rooms basic but clean and everything you need. Negatives - Sign in lift states complimentary continental breakfast but this is not the case. Prior to arrival I phoned the hotel 2 times but could not speak to anyone or leave a message, I e-mailed the hotel to ask about the discounted parking but did not get a reply. There are two car parks behind the hotel - I parked in the wrong one - end result I paid £69.00 for parking instead of £27.00. If hotel had responded to my e-mail his would have been avoided.

It was such a pleasure being in Ibis Styles Liverpool. Our room was inspired in Beatles theme, very original. We enjoyed the breakfast, lot of options and well presented. The atmosphere was friendly and joyful. Very good staff, always willing to help in any matter and always polite and gentle. Highly recommending experience in Liverpool.

Rooms are decent but extremely noisey sounded like there was an elephant playing 5s above me and its next to a building site that appears to start work at 5am... to top it off breakfast was pretty poor won't go back

  • 1/5 Gonia P. 2 years ago on Google
If you are travelling for work avoid at all cost. It's a party hotel. Full of hen and stag dos, so be ready not to sleep at night due to slamming doors and other noise. The rooms are well insulated for sound from the street, but its other guests that are a problem. I stayed for 6 nights and the bed is very average, room decor is dated, the bathroom is like a caravan cabin. Staff are friendly but I would not stay again

  • 5/5 C K. 2 years ago on Google
We have just returned from wonderful stay here at Ibis Styles. Fabulous rooms and spotlessly clean! All staff incredibly polite and helpful. Location and price both great too. I told them we were celebrating 25 years together and we walked in to a room of balloons, cookies and an anniversary card! Such a lovely touch! We will definitely stay again. Thank you to the Ibis Styles Liverpool Team.

We arrived in Liverpool too late to check in for our ferry. We had a 12 hour wait for the next one and had been up very early that morning. When we turned up at the hotel we were given a room straight away along with our members discount. Later that evening just before we left we had a great dinner in the dining area and when they discovered they hadn't given us the two free drinks that we get as members, they gave us 2 extra drinks. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! 100% come back when I next visit Liverpool. Girls at the front were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. The hotel felt very safe and secure as you need a keycard to get in and I always seen staff around. We were on 7th floor and our room was very clean and nice. Ideal for a 6 day stay in Liverpool. It’s also super super central In the city. Everywhere is like a 10min walk it’s ideal. Also there was a hairdryer in the room which was fab! Loved it 🥰

Staff are so lovely and friendly. My only reason for a mid score is my room wasn't clean. Carpet was stained. Shower tray should be changed as it was filthy. I did mention it at reception.

Lovely Hotel , friendly helpful staff ,convenient location rooms are not very big but we had a lovely walk in shower and for what we paid we were very satisfied. Breakfast was continental but there was plenty of choices and very tasty.

Had a great stay here good location and the NPC car park at the back was so handy, only small issue was a noise toilet. Would definitely stay again and would not let that be a put off paid the little extra for a premium room so not sure what a standard room was like.

I stayed on the top floor and got the best view, seeing the Royal Liver building right in front of my windows. The location's perfect, right in the heart of the city centre. The 10 pounds breakfast buffet was excellent, given the fact the food in Liverpool is overall very disappointing...Their breakfast is definitely a highlight of my trip! The staffs are all friendly and work effeciently, they are all young and doing their best to serve. The room is clean and quiet, comfortable bed and all. I had very good sleep every night. The only downside is you HAVE TO tell the cleaning lady to clean your room a day beforehand (before 9am), otherwise no one will clean your room even if you hang the sign on your door indicating them to enter and clean. That was the only disappointing thing about the stay. But otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

We were so happy that we choose this hotel for out stay in Liverpool. We got upgraded to a premium room which was a pleasant surprise. All the staff was super nice and everything was clean. The hotel has a great location so you can move around the main center of Liverpool by foot. If we ever visit Liverpool again we will definitely book our stay in ibis Styles again.

The location is perfect, however... I've been to other IBIS hotels and I've never had a problem with cleanliness, it was the main reason I chose this hotel, but unfortunately that's not what happened. We found hair on the bedding and several dark spots, apparently it wasn't washed well. The shower wasn't good either, the water fell on the floor and formed a kind of "cream" around the drain. I went to complain and the person in charge transferred us to another room which, unfortunately, wasn't good either. This time it was the bathroom sink, with hair too, opaque and with stains from poorly washed sinks, it looks like they just ran a cloth over there. I didn't say anything about this second room and no one bothered to check either. Complicated to burn the image of the hotel in this way. I hope they train the cleaning staff better.

Location is perfect! You can go walking for most of attractions of the city. Staff was nice. Breakfast is good and has a fair price. The Beatles theme in the hotel and rooms.

  • 4/5 Susan H. 11 months ago on Google
Generally an ok hotel. Staff were nice. Room was clean. The rooms are Beatles themed which was cool. The bed was very firm and not very comfortable especially if you are a side sleeper. Pillows were also very flat. Bathroom was small but manageable. Towels were rough. The continental breakfast was ok. They served scrambled eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt parfait, and cereal. They also served little shots of fruit juice which were good. They had non-dairy milk options- soy and oat milk.
