Low price so don’t expect much. You can’t get this many beds anywhere in Liverpool for these prices. When we were here, a lot of groups of men stayed here, wearing construction clothes, I think it’s popular for long term rental. Beware that the entire block belongs to the guest house, and you can be placed anywhere so make sure you also check the photos at the end of the list with the brown covers. We came back to the venue to find our bedroom door unlocked after cleaning THREE TIMES! We had some valuables in the room including our passports so this is unacceptable. Taxi driver said the neighborhood is very bad, be careful when going out at night. City center is about 8-12 pounds with uber. Let’s end positive: the guy at the corner office/reception was very friendly.

This place did exactly what it says on the tin. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We booked one room between 5 guys originally but only 4 of us could make it. The rooms were huge. The location is interesting but the parking and place is secure. If you're after a cheap bed for the night then you couldn't ask for anything more. This isn't the Ritz but it didn't pretend to be that's why the 5 stars. Make sure you book direct to get a discount.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! loved every minute of our stay and booked again for our next event! George is the absolute best person ever! Went above and beyond for us nothing was to much! Recommend this hotel 100%

Lovely place, very friendly owners on arriving and during our stay. Kay the member of staff was lovely, and nothing too much trouble at breakfast or with the rooms, other staff all good too. Rooms very clean. There is no lift, so if you cannot do the stairs very well, tell them when you book! It is out of town, but taxi into town around £5 with a direct line to the taxi company by reception.

Fantastic find! The guesthouse is located not to far from Liverpool city centre. Taxi or bus should get you into town within about 10-15 minutes. The staff were helpful and very homely. When I arrived they upgraded my room for free, and even included a breakfast. I couldn't recommend more. 5/5

Super nettes Personal, hilft wo es kann. Das Apartment ist geräumig und sauber. Vor der Tür fährt ein Bus. Und es birgt eine riesige Überraschung im Keller. YNWA Zu empfehlen!

Great little hotel, staff were all really friendly and helpful, beds were cosy and we even had the added bonus of a kitchen. Not close to the city but only a £5 Uber away. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay they upgraded us to an apartment which was really clean and spacious and had everything you could possibly need you come easily stay in for weeks the owners were really pleasant and helpful it was not to far from Liverpool center we would definitely recommend to friends and family and wil definitely stay again

Fantastic place to stay and very welcoming

Basic accommodation but exceptionally clean and tidy and more than adequate for what we needed. Lovely staff. Good location for taxis into the town centre. This is propose built to cater for large groups and the only issue I had was very noisy people above us who came in at around 4am. Would definitely use again though when we next visit as a group!!

Too expensive £162/night. Beds very uncomfortable, my back still hurts, no breakfast included, cattle was dirty couldn't make a cup of tea. It was a smell that we didn't like. The staff were very nice thou
