The location was excellent and good for walking to town centre & pier head. Only the apartment looked outdated and need general maintenance to keep the place in good order. Overall the staff were helpful.

Great location for the centre of Liverpool most things within walking distance. The apartment we got was OK apartment 18 clean enough and ok for the money we paid but needing a little TLC would have been as well sitting on the floor rather than the sofas the were really worn and dirty they stank as well. Tiles in bathroom cracked chairs at breakfast bar all ripped this could be a lovely apartment if just some upgrades. Loved the underground parking and he security you knew ypur car was safe . Would definitely visit again but maybe ask for an upgraded apartment as the pictures look lovely .

Very spacious apartment in a great location. 15 minute walk from Albert Dock; same to town centre. Very clean. Apartment 44 was on the top floor with views of both cathedrals. Our apartment was a bit tired - broken tiles in the bathroom, grouting missing, no plug for the sink etc. But the beds and sofas were both comfy. Parking needs to be pre-booked - we didn't and there wasn't any available. Overnight parking at ZCP was just up from Duke Street at £20. Staff were very good - helpful and friendly. Would we stay again - yes definitely.

This property is a scam, avoid booking it! I got attracted by their competitive price, Later on, I found out about their hidden fees which cost me twice the booking price. The initial rent was £100/night, but I had to pay £200 extra on top of that for late check-in, parking fee, and a large sum for the deposit. They will ask for a deposit of £400- £500 and freeze the amount for 14 days in their account before you step into the property, if they find any minor sign of wear or tear then you should forget about your deposit! It is a scam to avoid!!

Great apartments... very friendly guy to check you in.. The whole process seems harder than it should be... no idea how to check out... office locked.... and not being able to pay the security deposit upfront is problematic

Great location, service and rooms.

Appalled with the accommodation. Number of items broken. When i entered the property was hit by a smell. Shower not working properly. TV not working. Door handle to bathroom not working properly. ( PHOTOS TAKEN and FOWARDED on to company Despite the accomodatoion being paid for in advance by someone on my behalf. When I arrived you are expected to pay a 100 security deposit upfront. To be informed your deposit is not return to an indivudail within 3 to 14 days is once again appalling. The final straw was when I went to my car you are charge to park in the basement. Found the windscreen damage with substance on it. Rang to report, apparently it is not part of their building. Another third party. I would avoid using this company. Its business structure is set up to extract as much money from.the individual as they can without taking responsibilities for issues. Worse experience I have had staying in an accommodation. I do not usually write reviews, but the experience was disappointing. Especially as it was my 1st stay in Liverpool City. This is the response I have received i think its not fair to put a review base on someone else fault , i gave you the best service on check in and i hope you mention that on your review and i will pass your complain to the person in charge For those seeking to resolve issues you may be disappointed.

Good-sized apartment with all the kitchen facilities you could need. Especially for a longer stay than ours. The shower head wouldn't stay in place, so it made it tricky, but everything else was fine.

Nice but needs to be supported by more ventilation systems and air conditioning

The property owner wouldn’t let us leave until they do a thorough check of the property. They made us to wait until we missed our train, their check took forever! Avoid booking this property!

Never stay with this company if you have an issue, needed to cancel due to a member of the party getting covid bearing in mind that it’s just under the 5 days (though technically it is due to the late check in time) and would not cancel or offer to help! Not great at all only book if your stay is 110% guaranteed and don’t need to change or make any alterations!

Great location 5 mins walk to city centre through a good street with lots of restaurants. Rooms are specious and clean. For the price we have paid it is an absolute bargain. You will have to pay extra for parking but for a city centre location it is definitely not that expensive. We have stayed for 4 nights with 2 young kids and enjoyed the apartment. Overall great apartment in a great location. 5*

The gentleman that was on reception was amazing & so friendly. The overall apartment was good apart from The shower was cold, the sofa bed was horrendous avoid sleeping on this if you can! The iron was also not great but overal the apartment was very clean & the view was to die for, was incredible! Good location too!

Evening reception staff are shocking. They will do their upmost to try and fine you... for anything. Come prepared to tell them the ins and outs of your stay, where it is your going, what it is your doing ect. It’s unheard of. They also reiterated the policies there and then. We had a brilliant time in Liverpool though... but this business isn’t local and a shame for reputation.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Car park very tight entrance and exit, even for my C4 Picasso. Squeaky doors, some slight damage and dropping shower. That said great location and excellent value.

Loved my apartment. After unfortunate mistake from bookings and the place I was supposed to stay ended up picking the next spot near center and not too expensive. The staff was brilliant and the space is spotless. Absolutely love it and if I ever need a place in Liverpool this is my first option!

Stunning apartments, we stayed in the penthouse which had an upstairs. Very clean and modern. Beds were comfy. The bath was like a swimming pool! Definitely recommend. In close proximity to restaurants, bars and the town centre.
