I've just been refused entry at the gym because they've had a issue with my direct debit payment. Ive been a member at this gym for the last 5 year's and have never had this issue. So i turn up to the gym after work but the so called manager (short/fat/ginger ) lady said I have to pay the balance before I can go in but unfortunately I had no method of payment on me. So I explained the fact that I've been abroad for the last 4 months and paid about £180 and not used the gym , can't she take that into consideration? She says to me if you sign a contract MATE you have to pay for it wether you like it or not !! HOW RUDE! So I tell her to cancell my membership and she wants the money for the month my dd did not go through, I mean how cheeky is that. Seriously Nuffield you need to train your staff properly so they don't be RUDE costumers. Anyways your loss plenty more gyms out there.

This gym is a big misunderstanding. Most of equipment doesn't work. The few of the mirrors are cracked. Dirt everywhere a specially in changing room area. Lockers are in such a bad state. Very poor air conditioning. You can smell awful poo stench in the whole change room. Disgusting. Pool shower doesn't works second month in the row. Of course there is more issues in this particular gym but I'm fed up already to writing about all of these things...I will not renew the membership. I'm not going to pay 44£ per month for this extremely poor service. Nuffield please reflect on it if you dear. Train this useless and rude staff. It should be 0 here but there isn't a option without star. Nuffield deserve no more than 0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣🅾️🅾️🅾️🅾️🅾️🆘🆘🆘

I have complained multiple times over the space of a year about the lift at the gym. It ya out of service several times a week / month. Every time I hear that the lift isn’t the clubs. No, but the members are! To have this kind of distancing attitude is really really detrimental to customer relationships and loyalty. The club is facing some kind of possible descrimination lawsuit if they keep on excluding their disabled members in this way. They are also ostracising people with kids yet market themselves as child friendly. If you don’t have a strategic fix for the lift - something that will fix it once and for all then you need to adopt a different stance. Communicate with the affected members when it breaks, each time so that they can decide whether to come, and reimburse them or tell them what the future looks like and release them from contract. Every time I speak to management about this issue I feel so disappointed in how little they are able to empathise with members and understand their duty of care. And mark my words it is only a matter of time someone falls carrying someone up the stairs!!!! Where is that going to leave the club? I am constantly paying through the nose asi want to sign an annual contract yet I have no assurances that this matter will ever get better. I have contacted the CEO and sadly the email was bounced back to the club. I highlighted the risks set out in this email. Seems nobody is thinking from the perspective of how serious this could be.

**UPDATE 2** Almost 2 months after all the gym floor TV's stopped working they are still broken! There appears to be a dispute as to who should pay for repairs. Entire gyms get built in less time...as a member I feel embarrassed, not sure what Nuffield are playing at? UPDATE...following this public Google review some of the listed issues that had previously been repeatedly reported have been swiftly resolved and are now in brackets (); others are still in progress and the overall rating will be reviewed once all issues are addressed. Positive feedback and thanks owed to PT's Owen and Dave on the gym-floor for their fitness advice, Gavin and Hayley for chasing the service and maintenance companies, and also to Serena on reception for her friendly demeanour and 'voluble' presence over the tannoy system ;-) This 1 star rating is limited to poolside and changing room hygiene and etiquette, which have been on the decline for a long time. Members wearing either underwear alone or beneath shorts, or their gym shorts rather than swimwear poolside, and not showering before using the facilities are never spoken to. I understand that this may be difficult for the junior lifeguards; perhaps if more senior staff could support them, provide better training, and visit poolside occasionally to do checks matters may improve? Standards generally seem much worse in the evenings. There were also some prominent signs on stands mentioning a few basic rules (no underwear/no towel drying in sauna/please shower) by the poolside steps, and outside the saunas and spa pools; standards have dropped even further since their removal. The sauna, (apart from literally falling to pieces-benches now repaired) is also frequently used as a towel dryer which creates an unpleasantly humid and smelly environment in there. The sauna thermometer and hydrometer were removed for repairs 3 months ago, and still haven't been replaced (now been finally ordered). Both the flimsy lampshades are broken (now on order). There are not enough towel hooks poolside, and requests for more fall on deaf ears. The steam room (is often too cool-fixed), and simply smelly with no hosepipe to enable surfaces to be cleaned. In the changing rooms, the communal hair dryers are often used to dry genitalia and feet which is both unhygienic and unpleasant to see. Again, these behaviours are not addressed or made impossible by shortening their power cables (now understand will be requested). The office style ceiling tiles throughout the shower cubicles are almost always mouldy due to inadequate ventilation and extraction there; (some are also missing entirely with electrical cables visible above the shower head-now fixed). (There is a shower cubicle with no shower, and another cubicle with no shampoo dispenser-now been fixed). Many lockers are dirty and permanently unavailable due to members leaving their padlocks on them when they have gone home (now will be addressed). (The main studio equipment storeroom has had no lighting since February-now eventually diagnosed as new lightbulb and lighting unit required). (Several pieces of gym equipment have worn-out upholstery-now fixed). (The technogym vario cross-trainers are all out-of order-now being fixed). It's sad that members have to make these comments on a public forum since the comment cards in the gym are no longer replied to out of courtesy.

Nuffield Broadway in Birmingham is the worst gym ever. Since virgin had sold it to Nuffield a few years ago. The standards dropped to zero. The staff are trained to lie to every question you ask them and there main concern is training there for free. Making the most of the gym not helping anyone around them. The showers and changing rooms are filthy and always smell horrible. The steam room is always broken and if it works occasionally it's never on the right temperature. The swimming pool has broken tiles in it. The staff at the pool side wouldn't know if you drowned believe me that's not even a joke. There are 2 jacuzzis at the gym. One jacuzzi is always out of order and there's always about 8 people in the one that just about works making it very difficult to use. They have a locking system on the fridges for drinks which are located right next to the mangers office who has a clear view of them through his glass screen window. I think it is a insult to the everyone who goes there. We are all working citizens there, but it feels as where being treated as criminals. Who would want to steel a drink from the fridge tho really. Last thing I'd like to mention is that they say it's free parking but the ANPR parking system crashes from time to time and you receive a parking fine for £75. I've had 2 off these in a month. So much inconvenience. I will be cancelling my membership as I have been waiting for this gym improve for too long now. I've been a member with virgin and Nuffield since 2010. It makes me sick in the stomach seeing the staff giving people introductions at gym. Knowing it's state. This is why I have taken the time to write my review. I've heard to many conversations in gym about people have had enough and are looking for new gyms to move too. It's sad really. You can get a free day pass on the Nuffield website. Anyone who's thinking of joining this gym. Take my advice. Go for a free day and look for the issues I've mentioned. Good Luck Btw Nuffileds will be cutting and pasting the same reply comment they leave on everyone's bad reviews on here about there so sorry and they appreciate all Positive and negative feedback. Blah blah.

Emergency 🚨 🆘 Date: 1 septembre 2022 Time: 8:15 PM Location: Nuffield Health gym Broadway plaza. Today a girl had a stroke while she was running on the treadmill and fell down on the floor All the sttafs was there (trainers, receptionists and security) but no one of them know what they need to do and they was shouting in the gym looking for anyone of gym members working in medical so they can help and we are lucky because a nurse was there ( he is a gym member’s was training that day and not member of the staff) he save the girl life but he said anyone one did the "emergency first aid course" could save her life too ( turn her on one side and make sure she didn’t swollen her tongue) and if we wait for ambulance she will be dead . Normally to work in a gym or security first thing they make sure you have that emergency first aid course not just on papers coz many of them they get the license without practice or fake ones so please make sure that all gym staffs or at least half of them they know how to deal with those situations.

I have been member in this gym for 2 months. Let me give some ideas about this gym. One day in the first month, there were 5-6 black young guys shouted and played in the shower room. They even throw an underwear on my body, that's so disgusting. I complained at reception, the staff told me they didn't pay for the membership. Nuffield give them free trial to making more customers. So that means this situation may keep happen. Second month, someone took my tower when I was in the spa. It is only been 10mins time. The staff can't help anything except waiting the person return the tower if the person want to. The CCTV of this Gym only for the people who get drowned so it can not playback. It's means you may lose your personal belongings and the GYM cannot help at all.

I used to love going to this gym but lately it has turned into a bog standard leisure centre at twice the price. Memberships went up and standards got worse. Equipment out of use for so long and family swim has turned into kids everywhere. You want a gym, well i joined when it was adults only, now you go in the evening and loads of kids and now weekends there is no escape. Bigger boys using ladies changing rooms and nothing is done about it. Water all over the floor so trying to get dressed your clothes get wet. Really have ruined what was once a good club. They send you emails about feedback but it doesnt get acted on. Nufflield you really need to sort it out or keep losing members

Not as bad as I thought it would be after reading these reviews. Im a member of a different branch in London in a higher tier and thought i'd come in for a couple of workouts while i was visiting Birmingham. I've probably been to around 20 of their branches and just think the people that go to this branch are far too fussy. For £45 in London there is no chance of also getting spa, shower and pool facilities. The drawbacks for me were that I tried to fill my water bottle and I was getting a trickle of water, took a while to be filled. I wasn't too keen on the atmosphere in general as a lot of regulars here are not as focussed on themselves and just stare at you, it throws me off a little, i guess this can't be controlled by the gym. I had people watching everything I do, commenting, having a go at others, its horrible. Personally I think they should just hike up the prices so that only serious people come here. You don't get this in London where you pay £100 a month. Even saw middle aged Muslim men looking through windows of the classes to perve on the ladies, they are disgusting. Also some common complaints are with the tiles in the pool and toilets, I didn't really use these so can't really comment property but the pool area is quite nice the glass ceiling is nice and quite well done up, toilets did look a bit dated. 3 hours free parking at broadway plaza where you can do more here than just go to Nuffield. Changing rooms are large and cleaner than mentioned in the reviews. Plenty of equipment here with at least 2 machines targeting each muscle area and plenty of benches and bar/dumbells, everything was working when I went. Staff were helpful as my membership card wasn't working initially and I wasn't sure how parking worked here. I didn't have the time to use pool, but from outside it all looked pretty standard. £45 is probably the cheapest i have ever see a Nuffield membership, we pay £100 in London, plus there's discounts available for student, NHS etc. £45 for a great gym, changing rooms, cafe, free parking, heated pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room and tons of classes and group workouts is great value if you can come here at least twice a week, its far far far more than what any other gym in the area can offer..

Just joined few weeks ago. Come here with the other half and kids on the weekend or normally evenings during the week. Place can get packed and have to wait for the weights - pun intended ;) Unfortunately having second thoughts on our family membership. The place is just dated with old equipment and cleanliness is DIRE! Changing rooms are awful, no loo roll, blocked toilets, no cleaning staff., dusty lockers, dirty gym equipment and machines (sweat stains and the like).... not what you expect from a gym at this price. I did want to speak to the manager but hes never around and it shows! The manager really lets this place down - he should be ashamed of himeself , he clearly doesnt care for his job, its a shame as his team (who are pleasant) and members deserve better!

Went on a 3 free day pass to compare the local gyms and see which is best. It’s safe today after day 1 I was ready to sign up. The staff and other gym users are really friendly. The gym equipment is new and well looked after, with a good range. Big shout out to Danny for a hilarious (and informative) tour. I have now signed up and will be looking to get friends to sign up also

Dirty changing rooms, lockers covered in dust and half are broke from hinges. There's not much cleaning done at this place. Most of the staff can't be bothered, few times I've seen Stuart lifeguard dosing off on a Sunday, maybe he's on a hangover, some staff members need to do a course on customer service, and the management is pathetic at this place always hiding somewhere, not dealing with issues. That's why they don't get a decent review, this is the worst unprofessional nuffield gym I use sadly.

The gym supposes to close at 10:00 pm but they close it at 9:30 pm, even some of the services earlier, such as the hot pool/ Jacuzzi. In addition, poor sanitation, especially After 6 pm, going there in the morning and evening feels like two different gyms.

Not the best for the money. Price keeps going up. Machines are always out of order. The place needs a massive upgrade. Its only convenient because they hsve everything. 1 star is for the staff who are friendly and always trying to make an effort with the place. Free car parking is a nice gesture. Also it is tier 3 which means you cannot use other gyms which are tier 2 or 1. The discount they give is nothing so for using a gym on each occasion you are paying extortionate prices. Oh yeah please sort out the water machine by the pool area. Takes like an hour to fill up a bottle. Changing rooms need to be cleaned more regularly. At busy times the place is a state. Really muckyy... I would recommend coming on a day pass before joining... Ok I just learned that they now have women only sessions in the spa area. Sauna, steam, jacuzzi and swimming. I think the men should also be entitled to a Mens only session!!! Not sure if the company has thought about that so i thought id say it. Some men may not want to mix with women either....

In my quest to get in to shape I did some extensive research into the local gyms in my area. I read some of the reviews about Nuffield Health (Birmingham Central) on google and was a little apprehensive, so I booked to have a tour of the facilities. From the moment i arrived until the time I left, I was super impressed with the facilities and the staff. I was treated with respect and my tour guide Danny was extremely knowledgeable. There's so much to do, lots of classes available and Danny informed me that members can even get a free Personal Trainer taster session too, which is all included in the membership price. I visited at 11:30am, stayed until 1pm and it was pretty quiet. I'm so glad I went to visit the facility in person instead of being put off by the negative reviews. My advice to anyone reading these reviews is to book a tour (it's free), see the facilities yourself and then make up your own mind. I am now one happy Nuffield Health member!

The pool is decent, but again following other commenters where the life guards aren't managing the pool properly. They should be moving people from fast lanes to a speed appropriate lane to avoid collisions and to uphold the pool rules. Also the amount of children's lessons seems to becoming more and more common to the point after work there are only 2 out of the four lanes available for lane swimming. I'll probably site this as a reason to leave if it continues as the pool is the only reason for my membership.

I trained here for years. Whilst I did like the equipment, most the staff and the general facilities it was the other gym users thaf put me off. One of the many times that made me realise that the people there were scum was overhearing a 10 minute conversation between 3 men where they discussed how annoyed they were at the government... because of the extreme lengths they now had to go to watch live-stream abuse porn. Add onto that the joy in their voices when talking about their next batch of rhino horn jewellery which was being delivered from relatives in Africa you'll start to get the idea of the type of people that use this place. But if that wasn't bad enough I can't count the amount of times people were curling in the squat rack, using the lat pull down for sit ups, the deadlift platform for shoulder raises and generally just throwing weights around in an attempt to look 'hard'. Obviously not everyone there was an alpha male wannabe with paedophilic tendencies, but there were more than enough to make me leave.

Ignore the dodgy reviews on google! This is a smart gym with great classes and training team. In the morning and daytime there is no issue getting the weights or machines you want. Changing rooms are ok, missing a few coat hangers etc, but they are pretty clean, and this despite the odd messy customer!

A brilliant gym in the heart of Birmingham. Pretty much all the facilities under one roof. It has 2 jacuzzi tubs, steam room, sauna, swimming pool at a reasonable size, upstairs gym is amazing. You can always find your corner and do your work out. They have the latest running treadmills which are all very clean and regularly checked. You can also bring your kids here to play around as they have a kids area section.i been going for over a year now and it's never let me down.

I don't use the gym so I can't rate it based on that. My rating is based on the swimming pool. I usually go late at night to avoid a lot people. However, sometimes I do get some people swimming at the same time as me. My only complaint is that the lifeguards never do anything to move people that are not swimming, or sometimes people that should be swimming in the slow lane, jump in the fast or medium lanes and just get in the way of everyone else and can get annoying. It should be the lifeguard's job to make sure that people respect the lanes. Besides that, I am very happy.

This was the first time my family and I ever joined a gym ( we have always worked out at home) and we also got personal trainers). Yassar showed us around, is always really helpful and accommodating. Me and my 17yr old daughter had Tiffany so she could show us the ropes , equipment and also help me with my weight loss. She was amazing , her sessions were tough but fun , she is so good at what she does and my daughter is now a confident gym user because of Tiff. My son who has mental health issue had Dan Hale-Mitchell who was equally as good. Dan was patient with him and aimed the sessions to accommodate his needs, limits and abilities. Huge thanks to both . They are a credit to Nuffield. The variety and quality of classes offered is really good and my youngest son now does the group swimming lessons which he is really enjoying . Parking is easy and reception are always at hand if needed. Only small gripes are water fountain could be bit more powerful, equipment that breaks could be fixed quicker and those who hog the equipment whilst using their mobile phones could be moved on by staff.

A great gym, convenient location with a wide range of equipment and great strength facilities, with other luxuries like a pool and sauna and free parking. As a powerlifter this gym is rapidly becoming one of the commercial gyms for strength in Birmingham. All the PT's are really enthusiastic and willing to help, especially Charlie McGivern who always gives me a hand with my strength training and organises great lifting focused classes and activities (e.g. Halloween deadlift competition. A great gym couldn't recommend more!

Gym ok but equipment dated, only 3 rowing machines and one was a death trap on its last screw. Wanted to join after my visit but left disappointed even pure gym has more rowers... embarrassment. You have a lot of staff sitting and chilling why not get them on a new cleaning schedule as the machines are often sweat drenched.

I have been a member of this gym for several years. If you read these reviews on Google you'd think this was some dirty back street gym (of which I have been a member of in the past) and nothing could be further from the truth. There is a massive selection of equipment, could be updated with alternative machines for different exercises, but on the whole pretty much is covered. I mainly use the bag area for cardio and I love it. you get the odd dreamer pretending they know what they are doing on the bags taking up space, but it's worth a good laugh sometimes and not really an issue. I think the problem with the reviews comes down to individual snobbery if I'm honest. The sort of people who dont really train but are more posers on their phones in matching lycra. The staff are friendly and on the whole but some of the P.T.s could do with learning how to smile from time to time, or even just acknowledging you are there as you walk past them. other than a spot of dusting required here and there this is a great gym.

Been going for approx 3-4 months now so feel happy to comment on these: - Really friendly staff and vibe. Always happy to help, and accommodate requests like praying or showing around - shout-out to Yasser! They also put up things for Halloween, breast cancer awareness and more which is really nice - great variety of machines, weights and rooms (sauna and steam after a swim is unbeaten). Also like the wipes around to wipe machines before and after use. - Great location - being on the ring road means it's pretty easy to get to but does get busy at rush hour like the rest of Brum. Parking is validated with a touchscreen inside the gym which gives peace of mind that you're not leaving your car somewhere random - does get a bit busy sometimes but not rammed where you're waiting.

Awful gym facility. Swimming pool staff is so rude. Family fun time was rudely interrupted and turned down for no reason. Dirty showers in female changing rooms. Receptionist is so rude too.

Worst gym ever. Avoid at all costs, its a playground of bad hygiene. Majority of the members have bad hygiene and the place smells like urine throughout. Staff could care less. Worser than a crowded pure gym. If members don't wash they shouldn't be allowed in.

Having been at Nuffield Central for years - I can honest say there is no gym like it. Staff are amazing, Gym and changing rooms are clean and the members are a family unit. Equipment covers everything you need to get a maximum work out. Gym is large with a lot of space. The classes they offer are the best around and timings should work for everybody. Car park is free for 3 hours for all members. They also have a live DJ once a month that adds to the atmosphere. Highly recommend this gym.

Very badly maintained, most of the equipments are tool old & dont function properly, Mens showers are disgusting, mole everywhere, nearly all the shower heads leak & way to old & rusty & broken, bad attitude from the staffs when your trying report the problems, you get better clean gyms like gym group or pure gym for the half of the price, plus Nuffield are putting the prices way more up then what it is, I don’t get it, it doesn’t make sense 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’m leaving soon!!

Showers stink like sewage. Sauna also smells like rotten food. Rude staff and overall a rubbish gym. There are many other places you can go to for the same price these crooks charge. I recommend virgin active in Solihull

By far one of the best gyms I've been to recently. Good selection of weights and machines. I enjoyed running on the treadmill simulation very good fun surprisingly. Very clean, good showers, spacious sauna steam and jacuzzi. Spacious and clean locker room. Polite staff also as there was a discrepancy in which the way we booked our session but the guy was helpful and resolved it for us. Will definitely be visiting again and I cant believe all the bad reviews to be honest but they where from a while back. Definitely recommend!

Definitely the best Nuffield that I have been to. Very clean changing rooms, very spacious and varied gym, great sauna and jacuzzi facilites too. Great how you can get a health check and they have different memebership options. Plenty of parking, although some spaces are tight compared to others, located near lots of other stuff which is great. Looking forward to my next visit.

Been a member for two years, mainly swimming pool. It's sad that they closed the hot tubs due to energy costs, but the atmosphere got much better — very few idle people around, mostly active swimmers and sauna goers. The gym is quite nice, has PTs for a year, really nice staff, everyone is super friendly. I would consider other centres but I cannot replace the swimming teacher here.

Nuffield Health exceeds expectations as a superb and inviting gym facility. Upon our arrival, the friendly staff greeted us warmly, always ready to lend a hand with genuine smiles and enthusiasm. Collaborating with Nuffield Health was truly enjoyable, and I must highlight Matt's remarkable accommodation throughout our experience. The overall atmosphere and the helpful team made our time there truly exceptional.

Amazing gym and lovely staff too! With COVID restrictions it’s reassuring the efforts Nuffield Health have made and make it a safe place to work out. NHS discount on membership well before the pandemic. Free parking. Could go on... so happy I found such a wonderful gym. Thank you Nuffield! No more lockdowns!

I've been going to nuffielfd for years and it is by far my favorite gym. The gym floor and pool is always clean and well maintained and they offer an excellent range of classes to suit everyone's tastes and needs. I personally love the zumba class with Marta, she's an amazing instructor. I've also had a personal trainer to help me get started on weight lifting with correct form and I'd highly recommend it to any gym newbies. Apart from all the services and facilities they offer, what really makes this gym stand out to me is the staff. The reception staff are always eager to go above and beyond to help. I'd like to give a special mention to Zee from the reception team for always being a friendly face when I enter the gym! Overall, I really love this gym and would highly recommend it to anyone. When I try out other gyms while I'm at uni, I'm reminded of how high the standard nuffield has set is.

Had a physio referral from Bupa and had excellent diagnosis and treatment by Tom at Nuffield. My arm and shoulder feel back to normal. Used to be a gym member - knocking off one start due to covid pool policy in 2020 - was supposed to be limited pre booked availability but people overstayed their slots and this wasn’t policed

Customer service and the way paying users are treated is horrific! All they care about is taking your money and ripping you off.

I've been a member for over 10 years, And I'm happy here at Nuffield Health fiveways. But the Group Exercise is one of the worst in any clubs 😕. The usual class coaches are fabulous but when it comes to cover No communication at all numerous times we are left waiting to see if anyone shows up, on many ocasion no one does! And reception team don't know what's going on due to no communication via the Group exercise manager The G.Ex manager is totally hands off. And runs the timetable poorly.

Anyone considering joining Nuffield Health in Birmingham. They are shockingly poor. I have tried to deal with them and after two days of trying to speak with someone no one can be bothered to return my call. I have now given in as being ignored clearly shows what they think of their prospective new clients. No customer service whatsoever.

Joined up online yesterday and then visited the club for the first time yesterday also. Prior to signing up, I called twice with questions. Both times, the phone was answered quickly and my query resolved. On my first visit, the staff member who issued my card was pleasant, as was the other lady who copied my student ID. The facilities appear clean, modern and well maintained. Litter that was on the changing room floor when I arrived had been removed by the time I left. The pool area was clean and civilised. The gym area I haven't used yet, but had a look and they seem to have some good kit which will hopefully help to break the monotony. They have two studios and a spin studio as well which looks really good. There is even a small bouldering wall with crash mats round it - again, might help to mix it up a bit. Two reasons I removed a star: 1) Lots of tiles missing in the pool. It seems this was appearing in reviews 4 years ago, so it's disappointing it's not been remedied. I know pool maintenance can be a big job , especially as you'd have to empty and refill the pool, but I'd have thought it shouldn't be left for 4 years. Plus, replacing tiles should in itself be fairly low cost. Albeit I understand the cost implications of having the pool out of action and the cost of refilling the pool. 2) The toilet on the pool side had no soap dispenser so no soap, which is unacceptable- especially in the current climate. If the dispenser is broken, the manager should be going to the shop to buy liquid soap to use until the dispenser is fixed. Other than that, it would be amazing if their memberships allowed you to bring a friend for free once a week or something like that - many other gyms now offer this and it would be nice to bring my partner every now and again. Also, it would be handy if their app allowed you to monitor how busy the gym is and update your direct debit details. I'd also like to be able to make the shower hotter - I know it has temperature control, but the hottest setting isn't hot enough for me! All in all, seems like a great overall offering and with my student card I am getting it for £38 a month which isn't much more than the leisure centre down the road and no doubt Nuffield is nicer. So far I'm glad I signed up but will update this review as I spend more time there.

Not a regular gym member but nice selection of equipment, classes and a decent swimming pool with saunas. Can get very crowded, so nicer to go at non-peak times

Firstly, I have to say that the facilities are top-notch. The gym is very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a variety of modern machines, weights, and other fitness equipment. It's clear that the staff take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety, which is really important in a gym environment. What really makes Nuffield Health Gym special is the friendly and professional atmosphere. The other members are always courteous and respectful, creating a positive environment that motivates me to work out harder. It's also great to see people from all walks of life coming together to improve their health and fitness. Overall, I highly recommend Nuffield Health Gym Birmingham to anyone looking for a top-quality gym with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere.
