I needed a fridge with icebox 55cm width. It's 30c outside. I rang in the morning they had what I wanted and although fully booked they delivered before the end of the day. Removed box and delivered to the exact location. Currys and Argos and Amazon were not able to match this local service. Would recommend this service and I feel I will more likely to go to them in future. Big thanks

Nothing but very bad experience with this business, they are selling fake stock on the website!! I have bought expensive dishwasher Neff S517T80D6E From them to only find out that they have sold out them 2 days after purchase! Now I am waiting for refund and only God will know when I will get my £1019 back. £979 for dishwasher and £40 for delivery! Avoid, avoid, avoid. It’s better to go to bigger companies who manage stock properly and not lure customers with fake products! If I could give 0 stars I would! Nothing will be retracted, online systems aka websites works on automated stock count, if product is sold, stock count is deducted by 1 or by the quantity selected by the customer. So if you sell 1 dishwasher out of 1 you have no stock and website will tell you that. As of 14:28 today 28/12/2020 you still have this product for sale on your website! This is so called FAKE STOCK to lure customers to your website. I can email you link and screen video of your product being listed for sale at this very moment!

Yet again great, fast, friendly service from O’Gormans, Bicester. I needed a new washing machine and popped into the shop. Chose the one I wanted and arranged delivery. There were a few minor issues with the installation, which were sorted quickly and efficiently. Have to give a special mention to Mike and Pauline 2 for their assistance and going above and beyond. Best place to buy your electrical goods. I popped into O’Gormans in Bicester. I wanted to buy a freezer and had spoken to quite a few people who had recommended them. I had an idea which freezer I wanted but wasn’t 100% sure if it was the correct choice. I was given excellent advice and any questions I had was respectfully answered. The freezer was delivered by Mike who couldn’t have been more helpful. Unpacked and placed the freezer where I wanted it as well as adjusted the “feet” making sure it was secure and levelled. Also need to mention (both) Pauline(s) as they both treated me with understanding and respect. Thank you. Would definitely recommend this business/shop.

Last October we had to replace my daughter's washing machine at her flat which she had just rented out. O'Gorman Bicester shop responded immediately and delivered replacement as required. This time we had to replace our own integrated washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Once again we approached O'Gorman but despite every effort by the shop team, integrated units were impossible to obtain and we decided to revert to freestanding with installation by their team. Units delivered as agreed and despite some difficulties installing within the integrated spaces this was completed speedily and the old units disposed. Once again proves the advantage of using a local business.

Absolutely incredible, such lovely people and service provided, came and installed our new washing machine, very professional and friendly!! I was looked after by Pauline in the Bicester store and she was really knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to choose a new washing machine. She explained the differences between the machines so that I could make an advised choice and arranged delivery and installation the same day. The engineer was really polite and helpful, fitted the new machine very efficiently and explained how the machine programmes worked.

Excellent service by O'Gormans a phone call to their shop at 4.45 pm on a Saturday and i had a new washing machine delivered and installed monday morning. There was fault with the machine and they attended within the hour and then again later in the day with a new machine. I cannot rate this service highly enough. Am so pleased I went with an honest local company.

Thank you to the team at O' Gormans, for helpful and prompt response, when I needed to replace an electric cooker at short notice. I wanted to find a local supplier but was unable to get to the shop. I phoned and spoke to Pauline (2), who answered all my questions and helped me decide which electric cooker was most suitable. The cooker was delivered and connected in good time. I was given advice and tips on the use of the cooker during the installation. The price was certainly competitive to less local and online suppliers and I doubt I would have received the same level of service.
