I wanted to use my local dealer and managed to secure a deal I was happy with on a new Yamaha. There were some pricing issues brought to my attention whilst I was away on holiday. Eventually resolved by Matt I had a pleasant handover and everything was explained to me along the way. I would recommend Matt as the manager of the sales department, experienced and courteous I will be going back for my servicing and accessories and hopefully one day, another new bike.

Put deposit down on Vespa Sprint 125 s advertised on website at a reduced price of £3295 for pre registered bikes in Matt blue or grey . Contacted dealer 2 days later to confirm order . Jack (sales) told me there were none in store but 7 in country and should be ok to deliver by Xmas which I agreed to. Now told that they have made a mistake none available at that price now taken off website. If I want one they are £4795 no discount available when I said I wasn’t happy was told nothing they could do .However did say they were happy to refund me the £99 deposit . When I said I wanted to take matter further as unhappy, Ash the manager told me ‘do whatever you want to do ‘ when I questioned why I was able to place order on something listed on website was simply told no longer available and it was a one off purchase price ? They have now removed the offer from website. When I said I wasn’t happy as Jack had confirmed the price I then had the phone put down on me . Disgusting service would never purchase anything from them in future . Date of experience: 02 November 2022

It was nice to look around the shop and all of the stock. I asked about one particular bike which I decided to buy. Marc arranged everything, even the delivery, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole purchase process, everything was taken care of and the Indian FTR 1200 is amazing. Very happy customer.

Fitted me in at ultrashort notice to help me with a couple of problems I was having getting my bike through the MOT (at a completely different garage). The mechanic went the extra mile to sort out the issues I had. Really fantastic experience, highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Have visited this place a few times for last minute parts I need. The staff there are very friendly. I needed some fork oil for my bike which they didn't have. And the kind gentlemen rang a local bike shop to see if they had any. I feel he didn't have to but went the extra mile. Great service and beautiful motorcycles

Very pleasant and welcoming. Shared their experiences and knowledge. Explained the different types of bikes. Couldn't ask for anything more. Big thankyou.

What a great dealership and staff. I have just bought a new Aprilia Tuareg 660 from them. Marc and Jack were really helpful throughout and made the process simple, clear and efficient. The deal we struck was very fair. My bike was delivered bang on time to my home by their great driver Kev. My follow-up queries were answered and sorted immediately by them as well. They also have a great shop (and cafe) with many brands. I can totally recommend Motorcycle World.

Took my Suzuki GSXR in for a Bike Recall Free Part to be fitted as they are the only approved Suzuki Dealership in Northampton. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment and then they Made my Front Brakes Bind, they tried blaming it on my Bike, although the Bike had been Serviced and MOT'd the week before. They said that my Bike had an after market part fitted, so instead of letting me know they attempted to remove the parts fitted without my consent, braking the brakes. They then tried to Charge me for a new switch and new brake lever when prior to letting them have the bike it needed nothing. Then when I challenged them and waited for them to put the bike back together they then decided to say that they would replace the switch and the lever. They then had my bike for 5 days with very poor communication and not ringing me with updates. I've now got miss matched levers not the same colour, I've missed Bike meets and gone without my Bike for 5 days. The service and experience here completely unacceptable, they caused the problem but seem comfortable with making customers wait and causing problems with your bike and requesting you pay for it. This is both immoral and deceptive, Don't trust them with your pride and Joy, you are an embarrassment to Suzuki and should be taken off the Approved List for Suzuki, perhaps if you lose this right then you will realize the service you deliver is poor at Best and you have ethical obligations when you take some ones pride and joy.

Avoid. Newish rider here. Motorcycle world took advantage of me being a new rider with little experience. I was sold a bike which they told me was in great condition. I was told they would service/MOT before I received the bike. All seemed well until I took my bike for a health check after 400 miles. Was told that the tyres are in awful condition, the rear brake fluid has never been changed and also the bike needs a full service in the next 300-400 miles totalling a cost of around £700 in total. Bike shop said there was no way the tyres or fluids were like that from the 400 miles I’d rode the bike. This isn’t my first problem with motorcycle world either …. Back when I had my Kawasaki I took it for a health check here. All seemed good until I got home to find that they hadn’t even tightened the nuts up used to move the back wheel in order to tension the chain. I definitely feel I was sold a bag of rubbish. Please be very cautious when buying a bike from here or getting any work done to your bike. Won’t be returning here again.

Be aware of these guys. They ripped me off. I booked my bike for a computer diagnostic. I arrived five minutes early, handed over my key and they asked me to wait at the coffee shop upstairs. I even removed the plastic cover for easy access to the diagnostic cable, so the diagnostic should have taken actually a few minutes. My only question was to find out which of the two ABS sensors registered a fault. After an hour wait I asked what is going on, I have been told that they tried to remove my ABS sensors (even though I did not asked for that) to do further tests but they said the sensors were seized. I drove home and checked those sensors. The front one came out like it should, the rear one was a bit seized but it took me two minutes to remove. Obviously they did not try to do anything with my bike other than hold it for an hour and charge me for that. Within an hour labour they could have tested the sensors connection with the ABS so my issue could have been resolved. So I am disappointed, instead of a generous 15 min work I was charged for an hour. I could have been charged more If I would have stayed, as I was asked. It is something everyone should be aware of when you book your bike for a service.

I purchased an item for delivery but was informed it wasn’t in stock 2wks before Xmas. Terry managed to get the item to me 6days before Xmas even with the postal strikes and even popped some extra goodies in the delivery for the inconvenience. Could not rate them any more. Will definitely be using again for all my motorcycle needs.

Visited the shop today to enquire about a potential scooter purchase. Marc and the team couldn’t have been more helpful with their great advice about the scooter and accessories! Would highly recommend this place to anyone seriously considering buying a bike! Thanks guys!!

What’s not to love?! Great selection of bikes and kit (and cakes in the cafe!). Friendly and knowledgeable staff (and Marc’s passion for bikes shines through 🙂) and a relaxed vibe. Exactly how a bike dealership should be.

A great place. Went there as just about to take my first step in motorcycling. Had literally no idea where to start. Mark gave me loads of great advice and his customer service and experience is second to none. Well worth a visit.

First visit here. Came for some gloves. Quite a choice, bought Reef. Open mouthed at some of the delicious bikes 🏍 available, but far too big and powerful for me.

Collected my new v Strom this morning. The service from first contact to collection was excellent. Jack the trainee sales person was very capable answering all my questions. Marc the sale's manager was also very patient with me trying to do as much on email as possible . Would definitely recommend this motorcycle dealer. Very happy

Great shop filled with lots of things I want. The bikes there are awesome and the shop itself is well planned out making for easy browsing. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Not as cheap as online but the little extra you pay is worth it for the customer service and shopping experience.

Absolutely outstanding service from Matthew from my first phonecall enquiry to leaving the dealership on my new motorcycle. Nothing was too much trouble, I honestly couldn't have asked to be treated any better. Thanks again for all your help.

I purchased my first motorcycle here. All staff were really helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. Couldn't recommend this place, their service or their products higher. A great family vibe, too!

On visiting your premises today, I was greatly disappointed by the lack of competant staff, with the remotest knowledge of products available. The only plus to your store, was the friendly staff in the café upstairs! I Shan’t deem to come to your premises again!

Collected my Indian chieftain last week and have never been happier. The ride from the shop to the ferry and home to Ireland was a treat. I have to say that dealing with Marc was a very easy and pleasant experience. The bike was even better than he described. I highly recommend this company, especially to any Irish buyers considering taking the trip.
