Poor service the staff didn't even know what G4 was shocking . Very pricy over the top just greed

Staff extremely friendly and very knowledgeable spent a lot of time asking about pond problem and discussing what to do and how to solve the problems we had. Also went further and offered more help if problem wasn’t sorted immediately. Extremely good training has been given to all the staff.

Used to go to world of water when it used to be over near Draycote Water. Good selection of tropical and pond fish and often buy my fish and aquarium plants from here.

Fantastic place to buy a fish tank and everything to go in it from filters sand plants and has a fabulous choice of fish both cold water and tropical. It also sells marine fish and koi carp.

Don't buy fish from here. They sell you sick fish I brought 5 discus fish from here ohhh my god, I am still in trouble they all died, and they make my other fish ill as well. I used so many ways to treat my fish tank even though I had a hospital tank as well, but that fungs and white spot disease not going from my tank

The best fish shop I’ve actually ever been to! They have everything there. They even have set up marine tanks so you can get ideas and see what your tank would look like once set up!

Recently upgraded filter system to eazypod complete. Wow after a week what a difference!! Never seen water so clear, fish seem to love it.I would like to say a massive thanks to the manager for all his expert knowledge and expertise, iota is very much appreciated. And even advised me on his day off on the phone. Thank you very much!!

First visit, pleasently suprised how much stuff they have in there. fish look healthy. Staff friendly and very helpful. Plenty of parking and if you fancy a cake or coffee, or need to spend a penny just pop next door too the garden centre.

I don't know how long this place has been here but has everything in place for our fish and pond requirements and general gardening stuff. Geographically ideally placed which has kicked Stratford-upon-Avon virtually into touch.

Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable, went with a water sample to resolve a problem with our setup and left with everything (including the knowledge) to rectify the issues. Absolutely would recommend to anyone! Thanks for your help and support.

Amazing & still Outstanding!! Update: 24/12/2023 Customer Service is the best imo. Recently bought an Oranda, great condition..although...I wanted a black one. Yes a black one came in ..i explained I'd buy new black one, but wanted to wait a while as not to Overload my bioload. Staff said no problem...well keep this fish here until your ready, and after New Black ones quarantined. This spoke volumes to me, no hard sale, no add on sales. Just plain old fish health first. Shop is,clean,friendly, staff knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else for my fish. The prices are fair too,not ridiculous...keeping the hobby,a hobby! The fish themselves,from previously have all been healthy,and strong no stress issues whatsoever. I do honestly recommend. Keep up the good work peeps 👏

Bit unsure of this place tbh, looked nice and you're able to feed the fish which is fun but we bought 17 endlers (only asked for 8 lmao but the dude clearly couldn't see well beacuse he charged us for 8 and said oh I think there's 9 in there but that's not your fault...9 was a bit off) they're all dropping like flies, bought other fish at other places and they're doing perfectly fine. Prices were pretty alright though.

Great place, our go to :) Great plants, healthy fish in enriched environments. I like it even more since they got rid of the marine tanks (to me marine has ethical questions) to a tropical set up only :) much better! Fish always healthy, in fact, I can say this is the only place I've bought fish from that have thrived with no issues. Love the summer pond plant selections too. Used to visit shirley aquatics until their recent storing of betas in cups (cruel) so this will now be my only go to store.

Great place start your journey with fishes and build your own aquarium. Plenty of extra gadgets. Also a lot technical stuff for ponds

Big place, lots of fish and all the things you need to care for them. Plus fountains and ponds You can feed the fish by buying a £1 pot of food - but the pot is v.v. small hence 4 stars.

Amazing place 10/10, they have every fish a home aquarium could need being cold water, tropical or marine. The staff are super freindly, proffesional and knowledgeable and can answer any question you may have. Me and my partner are looking for a large fish tank and we had a great experience here

Lots of fish, marine, tropical and cold water fish as well as plants, decorations, supplies, an aquariums. Best to call ahead if you require something specific. I made a special journey for 4' koi to find that they were quarantined with no set date of sale and no prices.

First real visit. Took a friend to look for some bits. Bit out of my depth but got what we wanted and staff were very helpful.
