Great new cafe in Biggles ! Freshly refurbished, painted ,decorated. Kind and very pleasant team, all positive and welcoming ! Comfy chairs and high chairs by the window also great option as u can enjoy a cuppa and watch people passing through the alley. Relaxing ! Sandwiches , panini, hot and soft drinks, plenty of tea options too. Milkshakes and kids options also in place. Perhaps need more plugs for phone chargers, apart from that very nice . Don't go lounges, this may be the right place 4 u ! Good luck to new management

I visited for the first time this week. It’s been open about one month since the change in name and management. Coffee, ambience, service and comfort all great. Recommended! I did struggle with the WiFi. It looked like a BT hotspot that wanted money if you’re not a BT customer. However, since I was able to tether, I didn’t check with the staff.

(Be careful of fake 1 star reviews people) The latte here is delicious! Damn it’s good! The owners (Bella and Stella) are very lovely and very polite. They’re very welcoming too. They’ve always got a smile on their face and are ready to serve their customers. They’ll gladly bring your order to your table which I find very nice. There’s a VERY lovely lady named Emi. You can’t miss her, she’s got this amazing frizzy hair! She’s very nice to speak to and gets your food ready quick! I might have to ask for her number 😉

Lovely place to visit, served by a friendly lady of lovely latte and tasty Bakewell slice. Also picked up 2 gorgeous paintings......thank you so much.

Great cafe; always greeted with a friendly smile. They go above and beyond to make your day pleasant and help with anything they can - such as advice about where to visit in Poland or even Lithuania. A real credit to the community. PS: Parking is easy and close by at Asda, but beware time restrictions… set your timer on your phone.

I love it here! The food, the drinks, the staff, it’s all so nice! (The latte here is good!). I had a bacon and cheese toastie last week which was delicious and packed with cheese and bacon (I’m getting hungry just thinking about it) 🤤 They also allow dogs which is brilliant! My dogs enjoyed the toastie too!

I used to order lunch from Mama Rich Cafe very very often as the food is good. However, the small deluxe hot chocolate on today’s delivery was half spilt inside the brown bag. I called the Cafe to ask for a refund and their service was extremely poor on this - they completely passed the issue off on to the driver even considering I’m a very regular customer. I understand that once orders are picked up by the driver it is no longer their responsibility however, as a regular, they could’ve shown me a little more courtesy and refunded my drink. Instead their reply was cold and uncaring, and as a result I will no longer be a customer to this place purely based on the customer service experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

It is the second time here and both times greeted with friendly staff and plenty of nutritious choice. The soups are delicious and filling 😋 I had a meal deal - panini and soup which was a great combo. Such a treat

Ordered a baguette and it was pretty large then the server whispered in my ear “you like it big dont u daddy”. Icl that was abit too far then after I puked it all up
