    Are they even able to delivery a parcel? I've bought a laptop using Amazon Prime scheduling the delivery for Friday. At midday Amazon say that they attempted to delivery but "we miss you". No one ring the door bell. No van saw in the street. But they added to the tracker a fake photo (maybe copied from Google maps) of a street near my home. They scheduled the delivery for Monday, but I'm not at home during working day.... It's impossible to contact them by phone: there is only an automated responder. I've upgraded the delivery (5 pounds) to re-schedule the delivery for Saturday (free Monday to Friday. If you pay, also Saturday and Sunday). But the schedule doesn't change. We managed, God only knows how, to open a chat with them (the website traking works 1%, or less, of the times) and they admit that the driver was involved in car accident (so, where does the photo come from?)... We contacted them Saturday morning and they replay with a mail full of excuses but without solutions. We tried to contact them again in the afternoon... But only the server replay that they received the message. So... 0 star for delivery. 0 star for customer service. 0 star for service in general. 0 star for the web site (I'm a software developer and a newbe could develop something better during his/her first week of work). Never upgrade the delivery: it's only charity for liar. Better give it to the Red Cross... If you can't avoid them, book 1 week of holiday, stay at home and pray for the delivery.

    Just worked for a week for a franchise owned by David & Richard At the Warrington depot. Haven’t been paid a penny although owed 7 days pay. They think I’ll leave this but I won’t. I’ve earned that money and I want it. Be careful when choosing who you trust at this company.

    Full of lazy drivers who don't show up and fail your deliveries time after time. When someone sends something DPD you stand a 50% chance at best of getting it. Unfortunately I don't get to chose my suppliers carriers. This lot would be bottom of the pile. Funny how Royal Mail never have any problems.

    Absolute disgrace of a company, ordered a valuable item that was due for delivery on Wednesday (30/11/22) tracking saying it will be on time. Dpd had it in a local centre on Tuesday 29th, then sent it 80 miles away, delayed it again, then it came back to a local centre, told again it will be delivered and delayed again. Its now Friday (02/12/22) and they have delayed it yet again on the last day that's it can be delivered by after having someone wait in for 3 days losing money. They failed to phone back when they said they would and keep diverting to different branches when trying to phone them. Avoid this service at all costs, worst courier by far and I will not be using them for my business in the future.

    Shockingly Bad Still waiting for an expensive parcel that was supposed to be delivered 7 days ago! Witnessed driver pull up outside and didn't even get out of van and then drove off. Got notification 2 mins later that driver couldn't make delivery. Absolutely fuming!! Finally managed to get the number for the depot but same excuse all the time, "we have a back log"! I can't even make a complaint.

    My parcel was tracked to the depot and after several days returned to the sellers. No attempt made to deliver. Sellers re issued the item. Yet again the parcel not delivered. Failed twice. I could collect but you can't speak to anybody on the phone. Automated answer linked to your mobile no. Can't ring from any other number it cuts off.

    DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COURIER! AVOID!!!! Waited in all day for my delivery, was supposed to go out for a meal but couldn't and then when the delivery driver DAVID gets to my door he doesn't even knock on the door I even have a doorbell that's ringing yet no he chose to park outside my house and not deliver a parcel. Lazy man I want him fired he clearly wanted to finish early and get home but he has a job to do!!! It's Friday at 8pm but if your at my door then at least deliver the item!!!! You employed him as a delivery driver yet he hasn't delivered my item. Discipline him. I'm a delivery driver myself and I would never do anything like that, he's clearly a cowboy!!!

    5 failed delivery attempts, didn't even knock or use the doorbell. The first time they didn't even post a next day delivery sheet through the door.

    Waited for a parcel then get a message saying I had missed the delivery. Nobody buzzed my apartment. I just got a photo of the apartment block front door. Had that message said the driver had arrived I could have been down in less than a minute.

    Waited for my delivery as DPD had very good communication. Tracked my driver every step of the way until he put up a picture of a door that wasn't mine and sent a message via the app saying "oh, sorry we missed you" Needless to say I was livid. Couldn't get hold of any human on their customer service lines so I drive to my local depot and asked them to track my driver (I had the name of the driver) GPS on the van showed he was near so he agreed to deliver my item at a different time. I waited 3 hours for my delivery, numerous calls to the depot (they were very nice on the phone). Finally my parcel arrived. Didn't get any apology from the driver. I would not recommend DPD's service unless you absolutely have no choice.

    DPD backlog. #DPD #warrington depot. Waiting for a parcel since 12.12.2022 - 3 parcels all part of the same delivery, they delivered 1 parcel on Monday - why? makes no commercial sense and all 3 parcels have components to make up one thing so useless to us to deliver just one of them!!! DPD communication is shocking. Now every day, same message 'estimated delivery today' then every night that moves. 14.12/15.12/16.12/17.12/18.12 - waiting in every day. I've phoned and call centre said on 16th Dec - the backlog will be cleared within 48 hours, I asked "Can you guarantee I will receive it by end of day Saturday?" Was told "YES" - still didn't arrive - nothing - again! Tried using the APP to reach DPD - that fails too. DPD Warrington - can you post an honest message via the APP or something so people know whether they will or won't get parcels before Christmas.

    Drivers incompetent of knocking on the door, and don't even wait to see if anyone is in before getting back in the van and driving off, tried to complain and keep getting fobbed off . Very poor service very unprofessional, and I'm told there is no complaints department.....what a discusting service. It has nothing to do with the order it's DPD incompetence

    The DPD drivers do not appear to have 'fit for purpose' satellite navigation systems since they claim not to be able to find me. We live on a main road in the middle of our post code with our number clearly displayed. Nobody else has ever had a problem, only DPD.

    Awful service, ordered an item next day delivery, I have now been waiting 10+ days for the parcel. Still saying a problem in the local area on the App, update says it will be delivered the next day and then keep receiving further updates each day stating further issues and delaying again a further day. Starting to wonder if I will ever receive it now.

    Shockingly bad service. I have received a message that the driver could not access the property and therefore the parcel was not delivered, don't quite get it what do they meant by it. I was home and there was no delivery attempted. It was 11 days ago and since then I am getting the same message each day, that my delivery is delayed by another day due to an unexpected problem in the area. Mobile app is totally rubbish, just automated replies. There's no person to speak to, phone line never gets picked up. No option to collect the parcel. This place is full of bots. Utterly hopeless. Should be an option to give minus stars.

    Bad Bad Bad. 1 star is still better than what they deserve. Been expecting parcel now for days and still hasn't arrived. Keep getting a myriad of excuses. First the contact name wasn't correct at the delivery address so parcel refused. Tried calling them to find out what was going on only to be hung up on after waiting 30 mins on hold. Did manage to contact them online and confirmed details were all correct. The next day got a message to say they couldn't find my address, I live on a main road in a city, it's not hard to miss! Today saw the driver pull up, didn't even get out of the van and drove off, got a message a second later to say I was out. Absolute shambles of a company!

    My parcel from DPD was delivered yesterday to the wrong address and I was totally in contact with them yesterday and they returned it back to their warehouse in Warrington bad bad bad I will be putting a complaint in just waiting for my parcel to arrive with me again today I recommend DPD to no one as they have got a bad reputation.

    Waited for parcel. Got a message that no one was home and it will be delivered tomorrow. The photo provided in the tracker is not from where I live. Cannot get through to any human. This has happened before. Absolutely incompetent service.

    Package should of arrived 12/12. Its now 19/12 and nothing! You have until the close of business tomorrow (20/12) and if it hasn't arrived I'll be arriving at your depot and I won't be leaving without MY property! If I have to walk into the warehouse and find it myself I promise you that's exactly what I'm going to do and I ABSOLUTELY DARE any of you to try and stop me!!!

    Ordered a parcel which was valuable and gave the firm Samsung my address where all my businesses are registered to (including the one that was purchasing the item) and which is on the site of another of them. He rang and we always answer with that business name and that firstly confused DPD delivery driver then he got confused about another business we have elsewhere at a different address of a similar name to the company name. He was told clearly that the delivery address stated was correct and we would have documentation to show the address was correct but he refused to deliver it that address even though it was the correct address and the only address he should deliver it to. Wasted time talking to DPD explaining all this and they refused to do anything about it or pass it to a manager and said it was up to me to ring Samsung and sort their mess out. I gave up with them then searched for Samsung number and eventually with their help DPD have now agreed to deliver it to the address they should have in the first place. I can appreciate their is fraud connected with mobile phones and their delivery and so appreciate their care in delivering to correct person and address but once I had talked to DPD they should have resolved it without my need to ring elsewhere. They were paid to deliver it to the address stated and didn't and but having failed to do so my phone call should have been met with an apology for failing to do so and the parcel delivered later that day or next without putting me to more inconvenience.

    One of their drivers parked his car in front of the electric charging points at the Runcorn Premier Inn for over 72 hours doing nothing. That's the kind of company you're dealing with here. I even reported it to them but they didn't even get back to me.

    DPD is in my opinion the best courier service today. Drivers are friendly and courteous and you know via the app when they are going to deliver it. You can even divert it to a pickup shop. Only 4 stars today as is you choose to pickup from the depot it takes an age for them to serve and then fetch it for you.

    Working at DPD via agency and i find it a good place to work at. The pay is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I can honestly say that I look forward to going to work.
