Do not under any circumstances use this branch of ATS. If it were possible I would not give this business any stars whatsoever! Having arranged for four new tyres to be fitted through Black Circles, ATS damaged all four of my wheels during the fitting process (see attached photographs) necessitating the refurbishment of all four wheels which Black Circles have arranged. One of the wheels looks as if it has been dropped on the rim after the tyre has been removed. During the replacement process, it also appears that they have damaged one of the tyre pressure monitors which we have been unable to reset satisfactorily The wheel specialist today advised that the sensor was in bits within the wheel. This garage takes no pride whatsoever in their work!

Was so disappointed in this place! Not only was he 20 minutes late turning up to open and rather than just simply apologising I seen him be extremely rude to an older lady. If you're going to run a business then you need to work on your customer service. Would not recommend this place!

Visited today just for a quick check on my tyres. Despite there being a few customers before me the machanic was kind enough to spend a quick couple of minutes taking a look and reassure me all was good on my vehicle. Essentially, the ATS team at this branch have always delivered a fantastic level of service and expertise. Therefore, I can highly recommend this garage.

Would give them 0 stars if that was an option! I went today as a walk-in as I saw some cracks in my car tyres and just wanted to ask them if it was safe to drive the car or did I need to get the tyres changed (which I would have booked with them for a date as per their availability). They told me I needed to wait as they were very busy. I waited for an hour and when I went back to ask them how long it will be, the other guy told me to come back in a hour. Bearing in mind this would have taken them a maximum of 5 mins to visually inspect my tyres, they could have told me to come back later rather than making me wait and then ask me to come back later. Absolutely appalling customer service! The team don't really care about customers. Will never return!

Second visit in 2 weeks and cant thank this team enough for a professional approach and the advice given on not just tyres but suspension work needed on my van that was done to a high standard at a great price. Make a booking to be sure of their full attention and you wont regret it.

They failed my mot that some parts don't need fixing wasted £50 what a waste of time

Went twice in 3 days, needed tyres on mine and wife’s car. Both times the customer service was brilliant. Polite and keep you up to date on progress, what more can you ask! Used Blackcircles as broker, these guys were listed as fitting centre. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Customer service was 2nd to none, Kyle was so pleasant and his lovely colleague pad Thai guy was hilarious, they changed my tyres so quick pleased all round with the service thanks guys

Really lovely guys, I had my aircon regassed here, it took 50 minutes, very professional, very quick, a great offer on price and a fantastic job done, highly recommend.

I would recommend this branch due to thier 'honesty.' Previously I had a new set of tyres fitted and literally on the way back was blind-sided by a Tesla (I didn't hear it coming!) which led to the vehicle being written off. Buying a 2nd hand like-for-like car I asked this branch whether it would be worth my while swapping the tyres and even through they would have won business, they said for me it wouldn't be worth the cost of changing. Today I went in with a wheel balance issue and they sorted it and didn't charge me given that my last set of tyres was from them. Much more trustworthy than Kwik fit in Wilmslow!

Member of staff at the front desk was really rude to me for some unknown reason when I was checking in for an MOT and when I rang back to check something. I won’t be using this place again.

They do cheap car MOT'S here, but make their money by being extremely picky on minor petty faults in order to fail it, then ask exorbitant prices for repairs. Was quoted £42 for 2 new wiper blades (l bought my own Bosch ones for £20) and £32 to adjust the headlamp beam, which takes 10 seconds to adjust yourself using a plastic knob on the dashboard. More importantly, they missed the fact that a rear tyre had a potentially dangerous nail embedded in it. In summary, l won't be going again and would advise others to avoid.

The team at Altrincham ATS have always been fantastic with our cars. They never try to push extra work that doesn't need to be done. They've always been upfront and honest with us. Never hesitate to recommend them. They are a busy branch, for good reason, people trust them and keep coming back!

very helpful polite staff they listen to what you are asking and give you good sound advice...very clean job done on my car with covers over my seats and care taken bringing my vehicle in and out of the centre...not pushy and they do not try to sell you anything I highly recommend ATS Altringham and will be going again Thank you to the two technicians Carl & Ady top job well done

Really dont recommend. Placed car for aircon. They checked aircon and refilled gas. After 2 days i came back as gas went away because the high pressure valve was broke. They gave me a number to probably a friend who wanted a lot of money to fix it. I fixed it somewhere cheaper then came back to refill gas and they were angry i didnt fix at friends so suddenly it started leaking somehwere else (i think they did it on purpose) worst garage ever!!!

well done to all at ats broadheath we took our motorhome to them for an mot and service when we got it back the oil light and oil alarm were going off said to bring it back they bent over backwards to get it done for us put a new oil pressure switch which rectified the problem adie and kyle were so helpful as all the staff at the branch are and couldnt do enough for you cant recomend them highly enough thanks john and sue

Bought a cheap Groupon voucher and after reading reviews for this place I have to say I was a little unsure about whether or not to use ATS. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend ATS the service has been superb from start to finish even with the free retest because my MOT failed. I feel some of the reviews for this place are unjust

They charge a 35 GBP product 118 GBP. They changed the invoice amount 2 times, once they gave a quote of 200, the after repair they said 235 and when I said I had discount voucher of 10% the invoice value became 245GBP. I feel like they cheat you if you do not know abt car repairs. Will never trust them and never recommend them to anyone. BTW ATS guys if you are seeing this I have the invoice with product cost where you charged me more than double the market rate.

Have been using ATS for service, MOT, tyres and other minor issues for a few years now since it's near work. Most of the guys are friendly, and I have always received a good service. I've never felt pressured or ripped off at all. Only downside is that it's a very busy place, so you need to be somewhat flexible.

Anytime you're kept waiting which is a lot of the time, you're told it's because there's only two of them. It's been like this for the last few years why don't they recruit someone then?!

Nice polite staff very efficient, they did my aircon clean and regas, but also checked my brakes tyres and fluid levels, this is a bonus for some people that don't know there legal limits, very well done to this Altrincham garage,
