Friendly staff. Very helpful Some lovely items to be found in the shop

After buying an engagement ring, my partner and I went to get it smaller. after a week they came to pick up and we got a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ring. The lady explained stupidly, which I did not care because that day we had an engagement party. She promised the ring would be ready next week. when we came to pick it up, it still wasn't ready. we lost a lot of money rescheduling the event. a lot of nerves explaining that we want our ring. in the end, we didn't even hear the word sorry, nor did we get any compensation as an apology. never going back there.

Went in to get a new battery in one of my watches. Didn't have the pre-paid receipt fir lifetime replacements with me but they found md on the system. New battery fitted very quickly. Excellent service, thank you.

The young lady who help us was very helpful unlike the gentleman how seemed to have little time or inclination to help! So in the end the young lady was exceptional.

We purchased twice from them.First time we had really good experience. Unfortunately we had really bad experience second time.Staff were really rude.She had only one answer on all general questions"I don't know".

DO NOT BUY ANY WATCHES FROM THIS STORE My police watch is full of water vapor within one month of purchase and now they cant offer any warranty and maintenance service. So, whats the point of buying of authentic watches with big money? The watch feels nothing different from buying £5 watch from TEMU. I doubt authenticity of their products

Took my partners watch in to get a new battery in July Finally got it back in November and they'd scratched the watch face!

Staff extremely helpful, but very disappointed with the company service having been told my item would be available for collection Friday 28th October after ordering online, only to find out it wasn't there and will not be in store untill next week which is three days late for my granddaughter's 18th birthday,so you can see why I'm not to pleased, and my wife and I use your shop very often

The assistant was friendly and helpful. I explained what I was looking for and she went and fetched a couple of selections for me to choose from. I could not fault the service in any way.

I visited on 1 St of December, my son asked for a watch for Christmas. The lady that served me was great . She helped me decide on the perfect first watch for my teenage son with special needs . While I was there I also spotted a great gift for my partner for Christmas too. I found my time in the shop was very pleasant and relaxed, and relieved to know that should my partner or son not like the presents I have picked for them then I can exchange or get a refund after Christmas. Also any watches brought in store can be taken back and links removed for free if the straps are too long. Both items I Brought come with a 2 years guarantee so if they break can be repaired or replaced.

I bought 2pairs of gold earing and they were so weak in material. One of them broke the first week and I went to the store and changed it. And three out of 4, got lost because of the poor lock and the thin poor material of the earing. I have lots of earing and never lost until I got these from this shop. Not recommended at all

First time in F.Hinds. The lady who served us was so incredible with my 6 year old, whilst piercing her ears. She really made the whole experience so wonderful and comfortable for her. The pricing was by far the best and we definitely felt confident that my child was in safe, knowledgeable hands. I will definitely become a regular customer now!!!

Clicked and reserved on the 16/12 for same day pick up. Had to ring the store as had no notification to say the item was ready to collect (system error) but gentleman on the phone was very helpful who advised it was in fact ready to collect. Beautiful wedding band which is a replacement for an old one. Lovely ring and fits perfectly.

I would like to thank the nice lady that served me and my missus today. We had perfect service and the lady was kind enough to help us with our big decision that we took today . Looking forward to receive the engagement ring we bought.

Class place, shop owner was extremely nice, approachable, all the good sorts. Comes off really enthusiastic and passionate which really helps sell the watch i bought. Would definitely go again.
