Amazing place to work out the owner lenny is an amazing person aswell as all of the other personal trainers. They make you feel welcome and make all abilities welcome to join in the classes overall a fab place to work out and to make friends been having PTs with Val for a few months and has been amazing with me

I've been a member of Dream Body HFN since last summer. I've never been a confident person and the thought of walking into a gym environment used to make me nervous but I've never felt that way since coming here. The staff and members are all friendly and helpful. Always someone to ask for help or advice. They have a PT for everyone, they're all brilliant at what they do. You can also get a sports massage here, Shanice has fixed 2 major problems for me. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Tracy Newey xx

Excellent and friendly gym run by Lenny . He always goes the extra mile along with Jan Watts , Kim Hornby and Abbey who are all willing to assist you both as personal instructors or nutrition advice to help you achieve your goals. Would not go to any other gym now.

Friendly staff and I like that you can pay as you go, do not have to pay a joining fee or commit yourself to the whole year

I always struggled to find a gym that I stuck with... Then I came across this place. There is such a variety of classes, the instructors make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much for them... Any help you need they are there. Great classes, great place & great people!!!
