    I joined bbf as part of the 6 week challenge after seeing a horrendous picture of me at new year and realising I need to start getting off my butt a bit more. I came to class on my own and everyone was really welcoming right from the start and so encouraging. It really felt like a proper team. I did the 6am classes as I found that although it was hard to get out of bed in the morning at that time, it fit in to my life better and as soon as I was there the session flew by and I felt all invigorated for the day. My fitness level has definitely improved and I have noticed a big difference in energy . Would definitely recommend the group to all as there is such a mixture of age groups and fitness abilities and everyone is super supportive 💪🏼 xx

    Will soon be coming up to a year with the amazing BBF family 😍😁..... After joining up I soon realised that this was the place I wanted to be. From the very first session it became apparent that everyone totally enjoyed being there. Everyone was welcoming and I soon made friends with the other women that also attended the classes. I enjoyed the workouts and all the extra information we were given to help aide us in our nutrition journey. I have enjoyed it that much that I took the step in moving forward and actually becoming a part of the coaching team. I have absolutely no regrets in starting my journey with this amazing group 😎😁👌🏻

    I joined BBF 5 weeks ago having not done any exercise for 2 years. I was struggling with my mental health due to bereavement and I was feeling overwhelmed with stress from work. I can honestly say I am dealing with each day more positively, paying more attention to self care because of all the support and advice. The added bonuses are, I am so much fitter already, I have made so many friends and I feel stronger, not just physically but mentally as well. I highly recommend trying BBF as it is so much more than an exercise class!

    I joined BBF 3 weeks ago to help me get back into fitness after a shoulder injury. The ladies have been very welcoming and the instructors are very helpful and fun. Ive not lost any weight but ive not always stuck ti thd diet. I do however feel less anxious about exercising and feel more confident. Im hoping this 6 week body blitz will help me get back into exercising regularly and improve my mental health x

    3 years ago I saw some videos of BBF- contacted Mark for more info but decided I wasn’t ready. I hate exercise truly always have and gyms are my nightmare. However I retired in July and suddenly was a lot less active ( primary teacher). My husband likes going the gym and because he was concerned about us having a long healthy retirement wanted me to join him. I had a few minor health issues and my doctor told me to increase my exercise. I decided to investigate BBF again and spoke to someone I knew who used it. I contacted Mark and laid all my issues out to him- my loathing of exercise,mental block about the gym and desire to get fitter. He encouraged me to try the 6 week programme and I’m glad I did! From session 1 I was welcomed by the trainers and other ladies in the group. I didn’t feel self conscious and was allowed to work at my own pace with constant support from the trainers. It was hard I won’t deny it and there were times when I wanted to give up but I never did because of the support I was given. After a few weeks I had lost inches and by the end of the 6th week I had lost more,was fitter and more importantly still didn’t love exercise but I didn’t hate it. My husband noticed my changes in my mental health and I was fitter! I signed up for another 3 months and I think I’m in it for the long run! The changes in my mental health and fitness has now given me the impetus to tackle my weight issues again. I have monthly chats with the health nurse and she is really pleased with the changes I have made both physically and mentally. I wouldn’t have done it without BBF, Mark,Kate and Jez and all the ladies in the group. Most of all I wouldn’t be carrying on without the new self belief I have in my ability to get and be fitter and that came from being part of BBF!

    So it was new years day 2022, I was feeling fed up and unfit and not looking forward to anything when I saw a post on FB regarding BBF. I sent a message inquiring and within the hour Mark messaged me back. He then rang and we spoke on the phone he was so easy to chat too. The next day I was booked on to my first class my goodness I was nervous It was brilliant my first instructor was Kate she greeted me and made me very welcome she kept a close eye on me all session making sure I was ok. 3 months on I'm attending 3 classes a week and loving every minute. All the coaches are amazing, the members are amazing and friendly too Ive lost 31cm and feel so much more energised fitter and more importantly happier. My husband and kids have seen a difference in me too I'm back to being a happy mum. So glad I sent that message. ❤BBF X X

    I joined BBF 6/52 ago and I’m absolutely loving it. 💕 It’s really friendly, everyone’s so supportive of each other and the coaches are fab 😍,they provide fun classes that are always different and are on hand the whole time to help and guide and always alittle boogie at the end… my favourite bit. I don’t even think about going in the mornings, I just get up a ‘go’, that’s never happened, I would always ‘talk ‘ myself out of exercise 🤣. There’s no ‘Posers’ everyone works to their own abilities and I’ve had so many belly laughs…. Which we all need.💓 Some of the classes too are outside which is fun. If in doubt just give it ago…. You won’t regret it. My body shape has changed in just six weeks, I’m stronger and more confident now. Even signed up for one of the social nights. 🥂 Ange xx

    I joined the group after seeing it pop up a few times on instagram, I can honestly say it was a good decision the class is very welcoming Kate is very inspiring, it’s fast paced but you are not under any pressure you go at your own pace with great support. I always feel energised after each class . Highly recommend it.

    I first joined BBF 5 years ago when Mark and Gemma started out. I absolutely loved it then too, the energy and passion they both had and still have for helping everyone achieve their goals. I smashed my target weight and made loads of lovely friends. I can't remember the reason I left after that though. I put a shocking amount of weight on in lockdown and struggled with my mental health. I was then yo yo dieting and tried to go to the gym but it just wasn't right for me, I felt uncomfortable and out of place with no support. I saw a post on fb recently from Mark about BBF and instantly messaged to say I wanted to come back, had a chat on the phone about my goals and re joined. I'm so happy I did, the support is amazing and everyone I've met are so lovely and friendly, all the coaches have amazing uplifting personalities and always put a smile on everyone's face, they're there to help you with any alternative exercises you may need to do or to push you a little bit further to really achieve those results, I feel comfortable around everyone and feel like I have the right support if and when I need it, so thank you for having me back 😄 xx

    I joined bbf 4 weeks ago as part of a 6 week taster. I have now joined for a further 3 months. The sessions have been really good and kept me interested, working at my own pace with no pressure but always being encouraged to do my best and correct my form when exercising. Everyone in the groups coaches and clients have been super friendly and made it a nice environment to be in. There is no judgment only support. I feel I am gaining confidence in how to complete exercises properly to get the best out of them. The most important thing for me has been the flexibility with a good variation of times across the 6 days to fit in with my busy life. Also lots of additional support around nutrition etc. Thank you everyone so far!

    I signed up to the BBF 6 week programme. My biggest weakness to fitness was mental motivation. BBF have amazing coaches, they empower you and have amazing motivational techniques that promote you to a higher level. They provide various corrections to exercises that are more effective that I didn't know about. The combined fitness, nutritional support and varied exercise routines I have found to be very effective, I would highly recommend BBF.

    I'm almost at the end od the the initial 6 week challenge. I can feel the difference. People are noticing the difference. It's really been an eye opening "It can't really be that simple" kind of moment. The ethos behind the team is fantastic. All the coaches are excellent. Constant encouragement and positivity. The advert itself popped up on FB as I liked a post because I know someone who has been a member and ran the tough mudder with the team. FB being FB I got the adverts constantly. But something caught my eye and I thought. I'll give that a go. I did and almost 6 weeks in and it's been really good.

    I can't quite believe that I've been getting up at 5.30am to join the 6am sessions.... AND looking forward to it! I've been a member of lots of gyms over the years but nothing has quite grabbed me as much as BBF. The sessions are great fun, the people are absolutely lovely and the nutrition advice has been brilliant! No two sessions are the same, so it keeps it interesting. I love the fact that all I have to do is turn up, and join in. There are no egos, just a really supportive group of women (plus Mark!). The nutrition advice has been a game changer for me. I've never focused on high protein intake before but it's keeping me really full and is far less restrictive than anything I've done before. I'm full of energy, more toned and lighter than when I started 4 weeks ago. I'd highly recommend it to anyone, no matter what your fitness levels as there's always an alternative exercise you can do, whilst your getting fitter ❤️

    I started my BFF journey 5 weeks ago. It’s made a big difference to my lifestyle. I’ve lost a dress size and toned problematic areas. I’ve a long way to go but with the support of BFF I know I can achieve great results. Great group, very supportive. If you’re having a blip there’s always support regarding nutrition and guidance 💪🏻❤️

    Today I ran for 4 whole minutes without stopping and without needing a lift to an Intensive Care Unit. I am so impressed by this! It’s one of the greatest things I have done in a very long time. 🙌 I spent last year recovering from a huge cancer operation. I put on weight, got breathless walking up small hills and every joint in my body ached! I felt like a very old lady! I’m not! I’m only 59 😂 6 weeks ago, I joined the BBF community (after weeks of deliberation). I was very nervous starting off and convinced that I wouldn’t make it to the end of the first class. From the minute I walked through the door, I was made to feel so welcome by not only the coaches, but by every member of the class. Such lovely people 🥰 It’s hard to explain “the power” of the group but it is a lovely tonic that lifts and carries you through. We have such a laugh while pushing ourselves and always encouraging each other. Every class is different, a real variety of exercises and always great fun. I look forward to going! I never thought that would happen in a million years! ☺️ Alongside the exercise classes I have made some positive changes to how and when I eat. I have followed the nutritional advice provided but have never been hungry! Before I started the 6 week programme, I recorded my measurements and took some rather unflattering photographs of my “wobbly” bits! 😱 I took my measurements again yesterday. I am truly amazed to report that I have lost a total of 13 inches all over! My clothes feel more comfortable and I am moving without pain. Such a brilliant result after only 6 weeks. But this is just the start for me. I have a long way to go! I am definitely staying with BBF and their lovely members. It is my gift to me!! 🎁

    I joined BFF 3 weeks ago so still pretty new but I’ve found everyone really friendly and welcoming and the classes hard work but good fun! I work all hours and have a young family so being able to go early in the morning with the motivation of the group of ladies that are up at silly o clock with you is more than what I’d ever achieve on my own. Starting to feel the results and definitely a healthier way of life than how I was before. Lots more than just the weekly classes too, lots of opportunity for fund raising and team challenges and shared ideas for meal choices on the FB groups too. Definitely recommend you give it a try if you’re on the fence, nothing to be worried about 😃

    I joined BBF after seeing a group exercising outside shortly after the lockdown restrictions were lifted. I was curious and signed up, and even though I've had a little break due to university commitments my whole life has changed for the better since joining this group. I was on a downward spiral of overeating, guilt, shame, remorse and then doing it all over again. Hating myself for having no willpower and wishing I could take as much care of myself as I do for others. It's so much more than a class it's a real community of ppl who care, support and can have a laugh with. My physical and mental health has improved enormously and I'm able to make such better choices after getting some structure in my life by doing regular 6am classes and changing my mindset towards my health and selfcare. If anyone is interested I'd say "just do it! What's the worst that can happen?" You won't regret it 💯

    I still relatively new to BBF I had been taking part in a Teams meeting on line and caught sight of the top of my arms on camera as I put my hair up… I was mortified at my muscle loss due to Menopause 😞 After seeing a friend tagged in an advert for BoxFit I got in touch, Mark called and explained everything to me and after having a think I signed up for the 6 week program. I noticed a difference straight away! The energy boost, the feeling of well-being and the motivation to help myself had vastly increased! BBF family have been great, fabulous group of members who all support each other, coaches who understand each member and support them accordingly.. couldn’t ask for a better environment to improve myself in. I have dropped a clothes size, lost weight and feel so much better about me.. I decided to commit fully and I am really looking forward to seeing where I am in 12 months 😁

I had a gym membership but just hit a wall and lost motivation, after speaking to Mark, BBF offered me the support, the coaching and exercise programme that feels right for me at times that fit with my lifestyle. 6am sessions with Julie get the day started 💕 A lovely group to be part of.

    I joined BBF 6 weeks ago to challenge myself to get back into fitness. I can finally say for the first time in my life, I have a buzz for fitness!!! This lovely supportive and driven group help to keep me motivated, to brush myself off and start a fresh day with a clean slate if I've had a setback, and just generally to feel okay exercising in a group of people. Absolutely love the energy and the way the coaches work to keep you engaged ❤️ couldn't recommend enough 😁

    My weight has always fluctuated, but combined with my menopause symptoms (and a big birthday looming) I decided enough was enough. After speaking with Mark, I knew BBF was something I wanted to do. I had never stuck to anything before and felt quite physically weak. The coaches and classes are brilliant and the support I have received is second to none. After my 6 week transformation, I have lost half a stone, dropped a dress size and lost 7 inches around my body ! I am so pleased with my results. My Menopause aches, pains and brain fog have gone and so has my permanent state of exhaustion and low mood. I feel more confident in my own body and feel that I have got my "mojo" back ! I have now joined BBF as a full time member and even the hubby has started with BBF as he has seen what a difference it has made to me !

    My best friend introduced me to BBF after she joined in August. I saw how much fun she was having and decided to give it a go. I was very nervous at first as Ive had many operations that I thought would stop me from actually enjoying exercise. How wrong I was. The classes are so much fun and every exercise can be tailored to meet your individual needs. I was welcomed and supported by every member and I now find myself looking forward to every session. I can't recommend BBF highly enough. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain 👍

    I’ve been with BBF for 2 months now. It’s changed my life. I just couldn’t seem to build exercise into my day before no matter how hard I tried. I have young kids and lots of hobbies and a busy job - perfect excuses for putting exercise as low priority! I’m 46 this year and want to be my fittest as I approach 50. I noticed that my clothes were getting tighter and I was so unfit in general. I’ve never been sporty or taken part in any races or events. These have always been my idea of hell. I took the plunge and joined. I was scared and even remember not sleeping the night before the first session. But the minute I’d started, I was so committed; committed to attending every session and working hard in them. This is because everyone is so friendly and non judgmental. It’s not intimidating and everyone respects everyone else is on their own fitness journeys. It’s inspirational witnessing other people’s journeys and I’ve made lots of friends. There is a lot of support not only from the coaches but from other members. Each session is different to the next and there are monthly challenges and lots of events to get involved in. It’s definitely the community and support that is keeping me motivated. I have greater overall knowledge of nutritional and have adopted good daily habits which I will hopefully stick with. My mood is better, I feel more confident, I feel stronger and have a new daily routine encompassing the nutrition and fitness and have carried on with all my other commitments. Roll on turning 50!

    I joined bbf to support my sister Laura Dunn and I needed the push too really and do you no what I’m so glad I have. I am in my 6th week and I’m really happy with the results I have lost weight and inches but I also feel like I have more energy and fitness is a lot better ( I can keep up with my little boy who likes to run off) the support from everyone is amazing too I’m looking forward to seeing more changes. 😊

    Two months ago I was out of shape, not eating properly (skipping meals and big portions) and definitely having too many glasses of vino during the week. I had developed some poor habits that I needed to break. I have always enjoyed walking/hiking but I noticed that I was finding some of the longer distances more challenging. I decided it was time for a change but did not want to join a gym as that is not the environment for me. Searching on Facebook I came across the 6 week transformation programme and thought that sounds right up my street. So two months on I am now a full time member and love the sessions and the group. I feel more motivated and have more energy. I have changed my eating habits so meals are more nutritious and I no longer skip meals. I do allow the odd treat as it is not about cutting out everything bad from your life (where is the fun in that). Plus I have started to give running a go on the days in between sessions. Learning about the importance of protein was a a game changer and has helped reduce the snack attacks 😊. Furthermore the ladies within the group are lovely, each on their own personal journey but equally supportive of my own. I have always felt welcomed. The sessions are great too and you can go at your own pace with zero judgement. Exercises are full of variety so no getting bored with the same repetition. There is plenty to do outside of the sessions too. I have jumped on nearly all of the activities including the Tough Mudder event taking place this September. I have achieved so much in the last two months, a loss of a stone in weight and I managed to climb the equivalent of half a mountain on one of my most recent walks - and survived! I recommend BBF to anyone who wants to make lifestyle changes to become a fitter and healthier individual.

    Better body fitness provides sessions which are fun, engaging and unlike other places, you deffineltly don't clock watch. Each class is different and the coaches all bring something different, all very fun and edgy. The ladies/men that attend are so welcoming, friendly and like one big family! I've been a member of better body fitness for 2 years and took part in activities that I wouldn't usually take part in, one example being tough mudder. Excited to see what 2021 will bring.

    Absolutely brilliant! I’ve loved every session, I think the best thing though is the down to Earth and honest approach, there’s no BS or false promises of amazing results. The group are fantastic and so supportive, I’ve made so much progress since I started.

    I was looking for something that would inspire me and excite me again after trying and failing at exercise over past year since having 2nd baby. My friend already went and I saw a video she was tagged in and it looked so much fun ! Since joining I have loved the classes , coaches and everyone is so welcoming and encouraging! Would definitely recommend it !

    I love the fun we have, we work hard but the amazing people who attend each session make it such a good time, we laugh a lot. Everyone works at their own pace and you are never shamed if you can’t do something, the wonderful coaches will always offer an alternative. Every session is different and never get boring. Joining BBF is honestly the best decision I’ve made, I feel so much healthier and in control 🥰

    I joined BBF just over 4 weeks ago and I was very nervous at first as I'm very self conscious about my weight which is a reason I never wanted to go to a normal gym because I always find people are judgemental. However BBF is totally different! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the support from all the coaches is amazing! Alternative exercises are always available and the zoom classes are great and allow me to fit them into my busy mum of 3 life! In just 3 weeks I lost 21 inches from all over my body and I feel physically fitter. I already can't wait to see what progress I make as the weeks go on! I would definitely recommend BBF 💜

    I joined BBF after being advised to improve my overall health by my cardiologist. I was really worried about ‘keeping up’ during workouts and thought I’d be overwhelmed with the nutrition and tracking. How wrong I was! Every workout can be adapted to meet your specific needs with alternatives incase of injury or fitness level. The coaches really take time to show you how to do this. Nutrition advice is broken down into units and explained simply yet really informative. Not overwhelming at all. The workouts are fun and even on the days you may not feel up to it by the time a warm up is complete your likely to feel motivated again. The group is amazing, support is second to none. Everybody is on a journey in the group and always there to answer questions, give moral support and sometimes just cheer each other up. I’me seeing results I didn’t think I would in only six weeks. Not only have I lost inches from everywhere! I feel amazing! I’ve more energy, I’m enjoying new foods and best of all my health has already improved massively. Thank you BBF I am learning to make lifestyle changes that can be sustained. X

    I’m into my 4th week of BBF bootcamp and immediately I feel like I’m in the right place. Like a lot of people I’ve never felt like the gym was my sort of thing, but I didn’t know what other options I had, until I saw the BBF page on Instagram. I wanted fitness, support, help to keep consistent, a sense of community and also I wanted some education on Nutrition.. I have found all of this with BBF. I’ve lived on the Wirral for 8 years now and I have found it a bit of a struggle to make friends and meet new people so it’s so nice to now belong to this amazing group of people who are all here for each other. The exercise is varied and suitable for all. I’ve gone from doing Zumba DVDs alone at home to doing workouts with others that I never thought I could manage. The support from the whole team is great and the encouragement makes all the difference. I can’t believe I actually enjoy exercise and look forward to the classes, and I can’t believe how much more I now know about the food I eat and what it does for my body. My nutritional awareness is improving and I’m growing stronger and fitter every week.. this is a change I know I can keep consistent with because I have the support of BBF 💪🏽🥰🙏🏽

    I joined BBF in August this year when we came out of Covid lockdown, after seeing the advert on Facebook. I completed the form and received a call from Kate. We had a long discussion about me. Where I was at all he moment in Mental and health state. It was strange telly no someone that I am 53 and my weight was the heaviest it had ever been. Then realising I actually haven’t done anything for me in a while. I signed up there and then for the 21 daykick start plan. Well needless to say I stayed. Yes some people might say it’s expensive, and I have been a member at several other gyms. Probably the only other one i stayed the longest was were I started hot yoga. I left as everything was in the hot room. I stopped enjoying this when I became menopausal, and was literally being sick after every class because of the heat, so I had to bow out. I’ve had a personal trainer which in the end was not about what I wanted. I didn’t want to lifting heavy weights; even though I was being told I should be lifting heavier as id been doing it a while. That I also felt a failure because it wasn’t showing on the scales even though if dropped 2 dress sizes. I dreaded my Sunday morning message asking me to weigh in. I did also used to pay £45 a month for DW; which I may add I absolutely hated and it felt like a chore going. I could never get on a class, it was very clicky and competitive. Anyway getting back to now. So I joined BBF, yes I was so nervous turning up for the first time, but doesn’t everyone feel one that. I could not have been met with more warmth and support on that day. The coaches are just brilliant, they make it fun without losing their professionalism. The classes are well planned out and keep me focused as well as enjoyable. I love that was are all over the age of 30, no one judges each other as we are all on our own journey. I loved the outdoor sessions in the summer, there is something about exercising outside. Everyone goes at the own pace, we are all on our own journey, no one judges. We are all different ages and sizes and I admire every single one of them. The support is something like I really have never experienced; yes that sounds clechae, but it’s true. I love that the classes are varied and the only place that I’ve been, that tackles the places on the body that we women struggle with in later life. I can honestly say that when we went into the second Covid lockdown, I was absolutely devastated. I dreaded the whole zoom thing. How wrong I was. I was blown away with how this made us come together more. The classes were brilliant, and I really believe this was my turning point. I literally put everything I could into it. There is always something to keep us engaged in group on the Facebook page. I am starting to see the rewards of my hard work and support from the coaches and the group. I can’t wait to see what 2021 brings. I’m so glad I took the time to complete the form and join BBF. I’m starting to feel more love me me again.

    There's no place like BBF its a great community everyone's friendly and welcoming ,its not just a fitness class theres so much more on offer I wouldn't go anywhere els now.

    I have been at BBF for 3 years now and loved every minute, fitness levels amazing I'm happy with how I look I'm always pushing myself to do more community is amazing made friends for life, always having a laugh and arranging different challange and activities, would highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve there fitness meet new people and just have fun doing it

    Joining Better Body Fitness has been the best choice I for me this year. I struggle with motivation but going to the classes and getting advice from the group I find myself wanting to do better. I love the classes there varied and I can go at my own pace with the coaches there to spur me on. Looking forward to a fitter happier 2021 with Better Body Fitness.

    I have just finished my 6 weeks transformation program and I feel amazing, more energy and feel fitter already. I lost 4 pound and 29 n half cm off the whole of my body 😀. I can’t see much of a difference in my pictures but my jeans finally fit and don’t feel uncomfortable. Can’t wait to see my end result 💪🏻. Thank you to everyone who made me feel welcome also the instructors making it a fun workout too xx

    I joined Better Body Fitness 6 weeks ago on the 6 week accelerator programme and I am absolutely loving it. The classes are varied and you can work at your own pace and the coaches are all brilliant and so very helpful, always encouraging and you get a lot of individual attention. This is by far the best fitness programme I have every joined and have just signed up for another 12 months. So in 6 weeks I've lost half a stone and 12 inches and today I ran the 5K Race For Life in 41 minutes. There is no way I could have done that 6 weeks ago, I was so unfit and over weight after lockdown. Not bad for 58 hey.....my goal is for another half stone and another 12 inches for my sons wedding in 6 weeks time. Highly recommended, the coaching staff and all the Ladies will make you feel very welcome. Thank you Mark James and everyone at BBF xx 😘❤

    I have been a member for over 2 years now and I just LOVE the atmosphere at the classes. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and each class is a giggle. The coaches are fab and they ensure the exercises are tailored to individuals as well as the group. The time goes so quickly and you can feel the positivity and impact from each class.

    I returned to BBF in June after lockdown etc put a hold on my first attempt I love the classes and the group, no one judges, every single member are supportive, I am 50 and this is the first group I have actually felt comfortable with, different ages, sizes,shapes and capabilities something for everyone I’ve never struggled with nutrition but it’s all there if I need it, I chose to do two classes a week as that fits in with my work and hone life nicely and my fitness has improved massively, I also gave up smoking 18 weeks ago after 30+ years and my exercise classes have helped me not only keep weight off but I am 11lb lighter

    I have been with BBF for nearly months now and I can honestly say, it's the best thing I ever done! From day one, everyone was friendly and welcoming .. from speaking to Kate before starting to all the coaches and members...everyone is so amazing! .. the difference with this group is the support! It doesn't matter your fitness level, people are just encouraged and work at a different pace without judgment from others!! I tell EVERYONE a out the BBF family and always want to be a part of the group!

    I joined BBF 4 weeks ago and I am really enjoying it. Everyone at BBF are so friendly and supportive , the classes are varied and everyone works at they own pace with loads of encouragement given by friendly coaches. I feel better in myself and have more energy and I now have 3 hours a week to concentrate on me. i would recommend BBF to anyone who has all the usual anxieties about fitness classes, as they will not exist after your first class, honestly. Thanks to mark and his team of coaches for your hard work and support plus all the additional events that BBF organise for its members too. ❤

    I noticed the advert for BBF on Facebook but kept putting off getting in contact. I know how scary that first step can be and how easy it is to talk yourself out of it. 😊 I am, however, so glad I got in touch. Soon after sending my enquiry Mark gave me a ring where we discussed what it was I was looking to achieve and how the group could help me reach those goals. I have tried everything - the gym, running groups, exercise dvd's etc - but i soon lose motivation and end up back where i started. This is were this group is different. It focuses on your diet and nutrition as well as your fitness. You will be exercising with women of all ages, all sizes, and all different fitness levels. The sessions are varied and challenging but always fun. Joining BBF is like joining a community who encourage and support you every step of the way. I am in week 4 of the 6 week transformation challenge and have already seen improvements and an increase in my energy levels. I am enjoying what i am doing so much that i have already signed up to become a member so i can continue making positive changes in 2022. 😁

    Wow just finished my 6 week bootcamp and what an amazing 6 weeks its been!!! I've lost nearly 7lb (1lb a week was my goal) and I've lost inches from all parts of body. I have just signed up and joined BBF indefinitely. The classes are amazing, very different from anything ive done before. I love that its up to me to put in as much effort as i can as the classes are run based on your own fitness level (they give alternative exercises 💪🙌) and you can take breaks when needed. The ladies in the classes are amazing too I've had encouragement and lovely comments which keeps you going. My diet has improved im drinking more water and eating healthy. I just love this new lifestyle change and so happy I found Better Body Fitness 🥰 Mark, Jess and Sarah have really helped me so much thank you 😘😘😘 xxxx

    I found this group on Facebook at Christmas time and I knew I needed to do something different in 2022 to get fit and lose weight. I took the plunge and enquired..spoke to Mark who made me feel comfortable stright away as I am shy and nervous about new things and starting new groups. From that first phone call, my first class and to today every person as made me feel welcome, comfortable and confident. From the first class I loved it. The coaches are all ready to help to teach you the right techniques and change the exercise if needed to suit your body. I started with focus to loose weight and get fit and it still is but I also go to the classes because I enjoy them amd i feel like i can do anything after them. I am excited to finish work to get there. It really has changed my view on getting fit, being healthy and losing weight.

    Well what can i say……….I joined BBF on a 6 week programme and started the same day I signed up. I haven’t done any fitness for many many years!! My 1st session was so welcoming and I felt part of the BBF family from that moment. Every class is varied and the coaches are always on hand for support and correction of the technics so you get the results. My journey has been a challenging one with work commitments and not making all 3 session but nobody judges you, the team and ladies just encourage you and help you always! I feel healthy and have loads more energy than before and made some amazing friends along the way. Its not just the fitness which is incredible it’s the family you enter in to which is fabulous. Everyone can get involved if they wish. I would recommend this amazing group without any doubt and you wouldn’t be disappointment💯💯💯 xxx

    I am into my 4th week and loving it! My daughter in law Jo introduced me to BBF I have watched her progress to an instructor and you would think that she has been doing it forever haha. All the coaches are unique and help me with variations to the exercises as I have a dodgy shoulder and back. I have already lost a total of 8 cms which I am pleased with. My goal is to get fit and for my asthma to improve after having Covid twice. I will be signing up for 6 months on payday and continuing on my health journey. I am happier in myself thanks to the BBF community, I’m looking forward to the retreat at the end of the month also. Everyone have a Happy Easter 🐣 💛 🐣
